    1. He will win. Trudeau is over. The only problem is it’ll take forever to get him in as leader and the other problem is the libtard wing will try to rig it against him.

      1. Runaway MAJORITY! ‘The Thing’ both this lawyer and Pierre did not name; is ‘The Reset’.

      1. Well, Harper got the PCs to merge by unreforming the Alliance. The change in governance set up future problems.
Maybe Pierre could get the PPC to merge by reforming the CPC. Get the governance fixed.

Step one is Pierre or Leslyn winning and not a Peter McKay or Joe Clark or Kim Campbell or Jean Charest.

    2. Well, Pierre. Any thoughts on your Conservative buddies voting to investigate goeffme?

What about the sharp rise in rhetoric against the peaceful truckers from Ottawa’s putz mayor and his police chief puppet? Comments?

Oh, and why your silence for the last year while your former leader sat and watched Canada rot?

      No comments , eh….

  1. It’s on! Good luck! Pound those doors get out the vote, learn from our steal get the poll watchers and watch Dominion.

They’ll probably ban any unvaxed from poll watching. It’s amazing what new rules get put in place when they’re desperate.

How long before Twitter bans him?

  2. “A Canadian is a Canadian is a Canadian!” but only if they follow the dictates, commands and orders of the Liberal party otherwise they are terrorists, racists, misogynists, homophobes, and hate-mongering deplorables. Welcome to the New World Order, now which side of the fence are you on? You had better pick a side because Trudeau has just declared there is no middle ground.

  3. Nope – I like PP but his silence over the last 2 years wrt this rona horse shit is too much for me.
Mad Max for better or worse was and still is on the front line trying to stop this crap and as such he will get my vote in the next election (again).

    1. Yea I wish Max could work with PP, haven’t a clue whether that is possible or not. I live in a part of Alberta that votes 90% CPC hands down every time 0% Liberal. I voted Max the last time knowing there was no chance of harming the CPC vote from my area, will probably do it again so his popular vote numbers stay up at least 1.

  4. That made my day.
Check the cynicism and get behind it.
    Good timing, Pierre.
Let’s get real and pragmatically conservative.
    Last chance cafe.

  5. Well, the sooner he is installed as CPC leader, the sooner we get to see if he will live up to our expectations.

I noticed on his bookshelf a copy of 1984, I hope he is not using it as a manual.

    1. Oh, he’ll live up to my expectations. The signs are already there and have been there for dome time. See my comment above.

      1. Relax, Jamie.
        People change and do better.
        Have you ever experienced that?
        Benefit of the doubt, brother.
Oh, and what is “dome” time?

    2. Yeah and Save us from the Mulroneys’. That would be O’Toole part deux with twice the carbon tax and 20% GST.

  6. IMHO … anyone … any Canadian … who does NOT choose FREEDOM over arbitrary “medical” fascism … medical fascism with NO basis in science, biology, or reality … doesn’t deserve to call themselves a citizen. No, they are subjects. Subjects to an Authoritarian State.

    Bravo Persian immigrant!! Bravo!

  7. Oh my god. People rightly rib Trudeau for being a drama queen in his speeches, but this guy takes the cake. And those breathy whispers….wow. The two of them need to hang out and share tips.

      1. Quite often I came face to face with the wild pigs of rural Japan, the 猪 (inoshishi). They’re cunning, vicious, destructive, and never to be trusted. I called them Liberals.

amirite, kinyobe-san? Where’ve you been lately anyway?

        1. I’ve heard stories about German Wildschweine. They don’t like to lose arguments with people.

      1. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Sounds sorta like freedom to me.

But God-given rights are, sigh, for Americans only.

For the denizens of Trudeauland, God doesn’t factor in. All “rights” come from the Crown, which means the PMO, as confirmed by the PM-appointed nine high priests of the supreme court.

When this Truck Fudeau thing ends in victory, we should really get us some inalienable rights.

  8. Who’s up for a macabre bet?

The elites are losing control of the prolls (proletariat). But, what do they still control that can trump that reality (and more importantly, influence that reality)? Well, there’s the virus.

So, my bet is this. Sometime very soon (days…not weeks) a new variant of Covid 19 will pop up out of no where. It will be the most contagious, most virulent, and most deadly of them all (or, at least, will be portrayed as such). And, it’s existence in such a form will make no sense based on how viruses are thought to behave (mutate). It will first be discovered in some obscure part of the world.

    Any takers?

    1. Nope Orson, you describe the playbook they are using.
      Let us label it now.
      NECROCOM.
For the death worshippers and those afraid of living and loving.
      Variant 51?.

    2. I had the most amazing day today. Have been doing my own little Freedom Protest (noon -3) near the hiway. Today I had quite a few visitors, honks, air horns etc. and some moral support from some off-duties if you know what I mean. We are not alone! Trudeau can keep on being the prick he is but WE, are the REAL CANADIANS. And the media can keep on being liars. Once Pollievre gets a majority, their funding, like their subscriptions, will vanish. Just like Facebook.

    3. It will first be discovered in some obscure part of the world.

It’s a bet. But I’m doubling down on the location of the outbreak.

      Harrington Lake.

  9. We had a great freedom rally in Swift Current today. Close to an hour of watching heavy trucks and light vehicles drive by. Everybody was smiling and waving. It was a great time of being free of “the thing.”
Moe needs to end jab mandates and passports.

  10. I’ve seen so many interviews with people from totalitarian states that get it. Poles, Russians, Chinese, and now an Iranian. What a diverse cosmopolitan fringe minority you have over there!

  11. I posted a couple of days back. That Canada was in a Constitutional Crisis, but Canadians did not know or recognize it yet.
It is worse than this also because we are bankrupted, this is a very dangerous time.
What we are seeing, is the collapse of Canada. It can no longer be held together.
Trudeau and the Left and the the very poor undemocratic system called Canada is broken beyond words and can not be fixed by voting.
It is much to late for politics to fix this anymore.
The best we can hope and pray for is that we do not descend into civil war.
    And this is entirely possible.
Canada has been blessed with internal peace for many years.
But in my family we did have family members in the Upper Canada Rebellion.
Not a serious fight but there is no Universal Law somewhere that says Canada will always have peace and no civil wars.
Every country pretty much in the world has had civil war or strife.
Our Political Leaders better back down and fast.
Trudeau and the name Trudeau is finished in Canada. He should resign immediately same with most of the Premiers. They are all unfit for office.
They probably many of them be put on trial.
    Anyway Prepare for bad news.
Pierre Poilievre announced on the floor of the Commons that Canada is now 9 Trillion in Debt.

The collapse when it comes will be shockingly fast.
Alberta Prepare To Become Your Own Country Finally
In order for the mess to be cleaned up, the whole country will fall, there is no other way.

    1. I would have to agree. While the truckers convoy has brought out the best in people from coast to coast and has provided some hopium that the nightmare will soon be over, Canada has been destroyed. After the turdhole leaves, it is basically a husk of its former self. The incoming recession will be one that can never be gotten out of. Alberta has a chance and must take it quickly. SK may join but the rest of the country will be a smoldering ruin. The Canadian industry that is competitive in the world is energy and it is here. What is the rest of Canada got going for them? What are they going to do without transfer payments? What are you going to do with the army of government workers? What are they good for now?

    2. As Watcher says.
If you are not already prepared, you have a very short time window to convert your soon to be useless Canadian dollars and digital bank accounts into trade worthy assets.
After listening to the Idiot Police Chief of Ottawa and our elected freeloaders,do you still count on others to defend you, your property or right to exist?
Apparently protest of government criminality is worthy of police investigation and government punishment..
      The kleptocracy is in collapse.
      Get yourself ready.
So many people to “reward” for getting us here.
Oddly I still find hope,in the strangest places.
The chord these Truckers have struck in their fellow Canadians, has surprised me.
Seems we all get sucked in by Government lies, believing that we are few and powerless,we who see the fools and bandits for what they are.

Finally let me offer up a sarcastic prayer of thanks,to Saint Alan of Rockhead, who was instrumental in preparing so many citizens for these coming days.

    3. You guys owe $7 trillion in USD for 40 million people???!!!

How much in assets? Retirement, etc?

That’s only federal. Add in the provinces.

We owe $30 trillion federal and then the states….

    4. It was posted here many times, long before Peter Pepper or whatever his name is “announced” it, that the BIS in Basel identified Canada as the worst of all the major industrialized economies for per capita and per GDP debt, across households, businesses, and governments. But the reaction to such posts was always…wait, I think I hear crickets.

Not that anyone can really have anything to say about it anyway.

Wait until the BOC either tries to up the prime rate a tick and everything comes crashing down, or else the inflation rips the face off of wage earners and fixed income consumers. At that point, Trudeau will be happy to escape with his life down to the Trudeau Foundation’s Bahamian HQ. While foresighted others will be happily ensconced in their Montanan fortified redoubts.

  12. Best case scenario, based on Johns Hopkins conclusion lockdowns directly saved .2% of covid deaths, not counting collateral deaths.

Canada, entire pandemic is at 34,635 deaths as of yesterday, so 92 per 100,000 population, or .092%.

So applying the 2 deaths per thousand “saved” by lockdowns, halving the deaths to actual covid (charitable imho) = 35 lives “saved.”

FOR THE ENTIRE PANDEMIC. Of those, government negligence in not protecting care homes remains the primary factor. Meanwhile –

“In a new report from the Canadian Vital Statistics Death Database released on Monday, StatCan found there were 5,535 more deaths than expected in those younger than 65 from the end of March 2020 to the beginning of April 2021.”

Over the same period, the agency says 1,380 COVID-19 deaths were attributed to the same age group, suggesting that the excess mortality is “in large part related” to unintentional side-effects of the pandemic, such as substance abuse.”

“While we sometimes observe excess mortality that is consistent with the number of deaths attributed to COVID-19, data reveal that indirect consequences of the pandemic are also having a significant impact on the number of excess deaths in Canada, particularly among younger Canadians,” https://www.ctvnews.ca/health/coronavirus/overdoses-alcohol-related-deaths-increased-in-canadians-under-65-during-pandemic-statcan-1.5506375

Let’s check out the progressive regressing to totalitarianism death watch calculator:

35 saved, except for the 5535 that lockdowns killed, after one year into the pandemic.

How about delayed hospital treatments and suicides, without even mentioning shattered families, businesses, jobs and social dignity?
