  1. Regina today was lit. Unbelievable people, and 100s of trucks. Smiling, all sorts of new Canadians too. This bullshit is done. Scott Moe, tear down that wall!!!

    1. Was just wondering if that rumour was true. Phony coward. Is anyone surprised? Is it Earth Day too?

    2. I hope it ate at the coward’s guts to see Western Canada under wing as he flew over. Pussy.

  2. The only thing “unacceptable” in Canada is the lackey to billionaire balderdash bullshyte in the PMOs office and the health care bureaucrats ACROSS the entirety of Canada.

The Prime Doofus wouldn’t know freedom until it kicks him in the keister!

    Cheers

    1. Georg … spot on. Your PM is clearly “projecting” when he speaks of “the fringe”. He and the “Emergency Health Officials” are the REAL fringe. I’m so proud of the Canadians participating and supporting the beautiful thing (and effective thing) the truckers are doing.

  3. I felt the same way on Monday/Tuesday. I thought we had lost the country until this moment. I thought most people in Canada now hated freedom and democracy and it was over. Now I know that the polls were fake just like the news. People in general know that this is wrong. This is not what our country should be. If these rules are legal they shouldn’t be and that’s a problem to be fixed. No government should be allowed to control our lives in this way ever again.

    1. Some caller on Friday on Calgary QR770 popooed the amount donated as a sign of support for the convoy. I said, look at the food being prepared and donated. THAT is where the love and support is. People show their love through small gestures of kindness and thoughtfulness. We suspected unity was there all along. Now we know. Know we are fortified. Trudeau is a liar and a cheat. A big fat fraud.

    2. What strikes me most forcefully watching the coverage this weekend is the extent to which the country, Canada, is not the government (who deliberately obscure the distinction between citizens and subjects). Nor is it the self-appointed elites, the idiots in the mainstream media, salon liberals in downtown Toronto or woke assholes anywhere. Rather it is the multitudes who have lined the highways and overpasses countrywide during the past week. There must have been a million of them or more in total. I never thought I would be proud to be Canadian ever again, but there you go!

  4. Or this is just the entire membership of the PPC out and about.

In which case, the freedom bug has not spread. I see thousands of people. The PPC got over a million votes in the election.

Who else is out there? And if they “overthrow the government” then who becomes the government? By which I mean who becomes the leader, we have the same parliament — this movement has no mandate to replace elected MPs, nor should they. So O’Toole? Some other Liberal stooge? Is that going to change anything?

I guess I’m exasperated in part because all this was obvious even before Harper turned globalist in 2006-08 and we have just been kicking this problem down the road, with idiots lecturing us about “not splitting the vote.” If their point of view had not prevailed in the recent election, we would have a sensible opposition and the government would be held accountable.

This won’t go anywhere. All of these people will have to go home fairly soon and return to their real lives. It’s the dead middle of winter, nobody can camp out for two weeks except maybe in Victoria.

Why didn’t all of the people waving these flags, if they aren’t PPC supporters, vote PPC when they had a chance?

And why are they waving that Liberal Party logo emblem that Trudeau senior dumped on us back in the day? A revolution against Trudeau under the emblem of Trudeau. It makes little sense.

    1. “And why are they waving that Liberal Party logo emblem that Trudeau senior dumped on us back in the day?”

I must’ve missed that – (you don’t mean the Maple Leaf flag do you, ’cause that was Pearson).

      1. As odious as Pierre Elliot Trudeau was, the real rot in Canada began under Lester Pearson (Liberal flag, Quebec appeasement, anti-Americanism…) Trudeau the First just accelerated it (bi-lingualism, mutliculturalism, socialism, the Unjust Society…)

        1. I would say MacKenzie King but probably it started right from the get go on Ruperts Land.
Who talks to their dead mother for help in governing anyways, total BS.
Diefenbaker wasn’t any better, remember who killed Avro at the behest of his masters.
The dear motherland of Great Britain always had problems with ” Globalists ” within her ranks and I am pretty sure it spilled over into her commonwealth countries.

Cromwell should have killed all the Royals when he had the chance.
We might have been better off, although probably not.

        2. Scott Chinsota. The flag issue came about because of the Suez Crisis. There was a need for an independent trusted nation to police the cease fire. Canada was put forward and Pearson jumped on the political train and “Peacekeeping” was born. The only problem was that Egypt would not accept the Canadian uniforms which had Union Jacks on them. The result was the United Nations blue helmet uniforms. Pearson moved forward to produce a new flag that was devoid of any historical affiliation. The result was a Logo looking for a product. Most flags tell us, or indicate something about the history of the country. The Librano flag, not so much.

        3. Pearson gave the public sector the right to strike. If you want to get over the totalitarian target, there it is.

      2. Fair point but it quickly became the flag of Trudeau and everyone associates the two, and you know as well as I do that if Justin Trudeau were not the son of the great man, he would still be teaching drama in a private school instead of practising it on the public stage.

    2. I’ll hang myself before I vote for another person from NotCanada with a speech impediment.

    3. Perhaps you need to look at the incremental effects.

If it is true that other provinces are planning on ending their mandates soon, Justin will not have a united front.

He certainly won’t be listened to as he fled the capital and used his own children as props for that act of cowardice. He certainly can’t ever leave the country again.

The knives will be out for Justin from all sides. People were willing to suck up to him when he was not challenged. Things might change now.

    4. “This won’t go anywhere. All of these people will have to go home fairly soon and return to their real lives. It’s the dead middle of winter, nobody can camp out for two weeks except maybe in Victoria. ”

Its obvious that this convoy now has massive support all across Canada.Especially with other truckers who couldn’t go. They may, in support of the convoy, decide to take their own action. And its entirely possible that, should the convoy leaders be totally ignored by blackface, to call on ALL truckers in Canada to take local action.Like stop delivering anything for a week or so.
Keep your gas tank and your fridge full.

  5. Yaa a lot of Canadians (people of the western world) are suffering under post-traumatic stress disorder.. Being enslaved tends to do that..

      1. Henry Horgan’s, I mean Mussolini’s tactics were well explained at the Victoria rally which amazingly attracted about 10,000.

    1. Just Voted. I see it’s Kelowna, that explains it – lived in/on the Gulf Islands for 8 years…they’re different people in BC.

      1. So did I, about my 3rd time.
Interesting that the poll is now almost 57% in favor of the truckers.
        Funny how the worm turns.

  6. It gives me a lift to see what is happening across the country. The cynic in me says wait a week.

    1. Agree! And look at you! Sounding so positive!
I say that out of respect because I have agreed with your perspective all along, for many years since you were OWG.
      Ezra said it well yesterday.
The convoy at this point is very successful because it has given Canadians a feeling of not being alone. We have a voice. We now know many agree with us!

    2. A key factor in this is that people who are fed up with the totalitarian edicts across the country are finding out that others agree(many millions) that it needs to end.
It may not happen quickly but it is happening.
The media isn’t covering it because they don’t want the truth known by the idiots who only watch the MSM.
I know many intelligent, informed people who aren’t racists or mysoginists or right wing terrorists who are fed up as they are finally seeing the truth.
Rome wasn’t built in a day.

  7. Sadly there is those who try to wreck or jump in the bandwagon. Saw a picture of the swastika and such in the march.

As well a tweet from a soup kitchen:

Hi everyone, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Earlier today, our staff and volunteers experienced harassment from convoy protestors seeking meals from our soup kitchen. The individuals were given meals to diffuse the conflict. Management was then informed of the (1/2)

    1. Leftist agent provocateurs… Shit disturbers paid by the liberals, not real truckers. Remember, this is Ottawa, a city filled with self-righteous SJWs and wokesters because it’s the one place in Canada where they can live the good life without lifting an finger and destroy all good things during dummy spit tantrums without consequences.

      1. So very true. I have had spats with people from Ottawa who denigrate the Convoy and all truckers. There is something rancid about any individual, who has spent their entire career, earning a comfortable secure living on the Government teat criticising independent, self employed business men and women who see everything they have built and worked so hard to achieve being destroyed by illegal mandates.

    2. One thing about a swastika, it does indeed represent the mindset of our current governments, federal, provincial and municipal. Calling them Nazis is just one more euphemism for totalitarian tyranny.

  8. Well even if let’s say one or two self-deluded neo-Nazis showed up and indicated a general support of the cause, that does not invalidate the cause. If you were walking down a street in Munich in 1938 and suddenly a guy in a limo called out, “look out, a piano is about to fall on your head,” and you recognized him as Adolf Hitler, would you say, “Well, you’re a raging fascist dictator, so I will not look out (or up), I will take my chances.”

Nope, even Adolf Hitler was right about some things. (a comedian would say far right, and a hundred new age bloggers would come on to instruct that he was a leftist, mystifying most but they have a point, left and right meet and hold hands on the dark side of the rotating political sphere). I would even probably make a fast move if Joe Stalin warned me of that piano, although I would suspect there was actually one coming from the building ahead of me. That’s because leftists are progressives while fascists are merely reactionaries.
