November 26, 2021: Reader Tips

Tonight we’re proud to present a special song called Silver Sleeves. The idea for this song came to us from SDA regular Denise of London, Ontario. Here’s what she wrote:

Silver Sleeves gives a voice to all Canadians whose phlegm starts to flow once the temperature dips. Building on the tradition of Mark Steyn’s Feline Groovy, it’s a humourous offering to Canadians who like hockey, the Bluenose, and medieval insults (Sir Lotsanot, Friar Phelgm, the Dukus of Mucus). Written by my husband James to entertain himself during lockdown, maybe it will amuse you & your followers.

Much thanks to Denise and James for this! Here are some visuals to go along with James’ song. Just mute the sound on the audio until is song is done.

Your snowy or seasonal tips are much appreciated!

  1. “Dear Australian Aborigines: the New World Order Coviet Oligarch Eugenicists consider you to be sub-human. They always have, and they want you exterminated. Fight now or be genocided. “

MND: ‘Coviet’. Good companion word for ‘covidian’.

  2. BBC and Met Office at war over ‘deep freeze’ winter weather forecasts

Britain’s two biggest forecasters have predicted polar opposites for this winter.

The Met Office says: “Consistent with a warming climate, there is a reduction in the chance of cold.” Sure there is….anyone want to start a betting pool?

“Back-pedalling will be required by one of the big boys…”

  3. Is this a draft version of Canadian digital i.d.?

    https://twitter.com/Eyiamas/status/1463338249439559685?s=20

Some interesting parts to this document:

Top Right box, Fifth Line: Voter Registration. Not a Canadian term.
    Possibilities:
    1. Could be a fake document.
    2. Perhaps the government subcontracted to a service provider unfamiliar with Canadian terminology. This is not beyond the realm of possibility, remember the low bid usually wins. This could be easily changed to party membership which could be useful. If you are a scrutineer during an election, party affiliation is recorded by Elections Canada. Also, when one applies to work with Elections Canada during a campaign there is a question as to whether one has worked for a party in previous elections.

    Crime Box:
Bottom line of left side: Access to Fertilizer is interesting for two reasons. One type of fertilizer Ammonium Nitrate, is used as an ingredient in the explosive, ANFO. (Ammonium Nitrate & Fuel Oil). ANFO was especially popular with the Provisional I.R.A. I believe ANFO was also used in the Oklahoma City bombing. A second far more extreme possibility might be the regulation of just who can grow crops. Government controlled food supply?

Top line on right side of crime: Pre-crime box. This is not as far out there as one might think. As a starting point you need to look at the work of DARPA on Artificial Intelligence and Yuval Harari on Free Will. There is this idea that free will is illusory and actions can in fact be controlled. Yuval Harari has also spoken at the World Economic Forum. The leadership of the World Economic Forum has an interest in transhumanism as I believe did a former DARPA director. Regina Dugan. (See A “Leap” toward Humanity’s Destruction on unlimitedhangout.com)

Is it genuine? Who knows. It could be fake or a draft. Then again, at the way things are going, it gives way too many ideas to the Federal Government.

Ontario is already working on digital i.d., but there have already been news stories about how out of province vaccine passes are not accepted in Ontario. Perhaps that story was cover for the development of single version that works in all the provinces?

  4. Possible New Chinese Coronavirus Variant in South Africa. “Very Mutated”

    https://www.bbc.com/news/health-59418127

“The variant is called B.1.1.529 and is likely to be given a Greek code-name (like the Alpha and Delta variants) by the World Health Organization on Friday. It is also incredibly heavily mutated. Prof Tulio de Oliveira, the director of the Centre for Epidemic Response and Innovation in South Africa, said there was an “unusual constellation of mutations” and that it was “very different” to other variants that have circulated.”

“In a media briefing Prof de Oliveira said there were 50 mutations overall and more than 30 on the spike protein, which is the target of most vaccines and the key the virus uses to unlock the doorway into our body’s cells. Zooming in even further to the receptor binding domain (that’s the part of the virus that makes first contact with our body’s cells), it has 10 mutations compared to just two for the Delta variant that swept the world. This level of mutation has most likely come from a single patient who was unable to beat the virus.”

It is feared mutations may affect the effectiveness of the current vaccines? I wonder if the mutations make Ivermectin or Hydroxychloriquine ineffective?

I am going to continue with my Vitamins C, D, Zinc, and lose some weight.
I suggest everyone do the same.

      1. On zerohedge, Pfizer CEO admits new vaccine will take 100 days to make. So, I guess we can suspend the vax passport now for 3 months, right?

Plus reuters notes, “escape variants are virus versions that elude the targeted immune response brought about by vaccination.”

So, as all the real virologists have been saying from the beginning, you don’t vax during a pandemic. The vax causes these escape variants. So maybe we need the vax passport after all, just operate it in reverse now.

Hey Kenney and Moe, follow the science – lock down the vax’d!!!!

    1. And, like with the “climate change” claim of “the hottest year ever”, this mutation will be “the worst”.

I’ve heard fish stories that were more creative.

      1. Well, nothing used to strike more fear than AIDS……and, the current storyline, is that this variant came from a person with AIDS . NICE!

Look at the markets today, oil down $7.

A few of us have said for the last month, as things had the charade like appearance of resembling “normalcy” to some, that this is far from over.

Geert Vanden Bossche once again, TAKE A BOW!

    2. I am going to continue with my Vitamins C, D, Zinc, and lose some weight.
I suggest everyone do the same
I have supplemented with the same. Exercising 4-5 hours per week. Also picked up a bottle of Quercitin, just in case.
An ounce of prevention and all that…

  5. The economic recession is now well underway. World stock prices are down this morning 2-3%. Let’s see how far down this goes.

  6. Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, Canada Post announces a Margaret Atwood stamp. At least we don’t have to lick stamps anymore.

    1. OJ – I heard that they will have to discontinue them because people are spitting on the wrong side.

      1. I inherited a small fortune in uncancelled stamps from my parents. I haven’t had to buy any new ones for years. I imagine that by the time I run out, the Maggie Fathead issue will be long gone.

  7. Looks like many of the dikes in the floodplains of B.C. are crap, according to a consultants report from 2015.

    https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/dike-report-bc-assessment-1.6262638

    I liked this quote…

“There is this perceived safety called the ‘levee effect’ that makes people think, ‘Once the dike goes in, we’re safe, and we can overdevelop,'” said ‪Lilia Yumagulova, who studies resilience to natural disasters and who wrote her PhD thesis on Metro Vancouver’s flood management system.

The alternate ideas [to solve the flooding problem] being “floated” now include “wetland and dune restoration, changing land-use policies to limit the amount of buildings and economic activity in the most vulnerable areas, stricter regulation in hazard zones, and realigning existing dikes to leave more room for rivers to expand.” Huh, who would have thought of that prior to a massive flood?

How do you know that you live in a floodplain? Hint: the name of your town is “Delta”.

    1. Oh, how I laughed when I read this! Winnipeg is built on a flood plain. I lived in Calgary during the June 2013 floods. They happened on the flood plain created by the convergence of the Bow and Elbow Rivers (all of downtown was developed here). Of course the underground parking garages flooded (water runs downhill d’uh!) But what made me laugh was how the city allowed people to re-build on the flood plain again (very expensive neighbourhoods such as Elbow Park). Some of the houses were literally only a few meters from the river banks.

      1. When we first came to Calgary, the Elbow River did have a dyke running in front of all the riverside homes. As well, such homes were traditional in that their basements weren’t the fancy walk-out type. Over the years, the older homes have been demolished and replaced by fancy new mini-mansions with – you guessed it – fully developed walk-out basements. As well, some owners breached the dyke in front of their house to allow for easier access to the river. Quelle surprise when there was serious flooding; problem was that the breached dykes allowed the river to invade the neighbours’ properties as well.
But it wasn’t just the Elbow Park area that was affected; the northeast corner of Bowness was also hard-hit. A daughter lives near Market Mall and walked over to the bank there to see what was happening. Her phone call was to the effect of “…I can see the river, and I don’t think it should be flowing around the houses.”. New homes are still being built in that area as well; can tell it’s flood plain because the basement furnaces are raised up several feet.

    2. Apparently the Mayor of Abbotsford stated last week. That Ottawa and Trudeau had been petitioned for funding 4 years ago. And he ignored them.
BC voting Liberal worked good for the lotus eaters

  8. The Liberal/NDP coalition has voted for a hybrid fake parliament, for the few days parliament will be in session this year. This allows Dear Leader’s government to hide from accountability. Meanwhile Dear Leader is burning jet fuel to Tofino today, in order to examine how flooding has effected surfing.

    1. In July, there was the Lambda variant. Now there is the MU variant (pronounced MOO). I am waiting for the powers that be to show that they are really taking the piss by calling the next one Gammon. Here piggie, piggie.

  9. At 9:00 AM this morning the temperature is 13C! A normal for this time of year is about 2 to 5, for daytime highs.
My energy provider has informed me that I spent less money for energy in October of this year, than last. I expect next months bill will reflect the same trend.
My snowblower sits unused and lonely (yes I’m a bastard for treating it poorly) and my rose bush is still managing the odd bloom!
If this is the new normal I see absolutely no real downside, despite what the doomsayers believe.
Energy use down, deaths from cold which far outweigh deaths from heat, down. Less fossil fuel used for heat and in vehicles. Win win.
BTW the ocean is still where I left it yesterday and shows the same steady rise each year of less than 1 mm.
No snow in the forecast until December subject to change of course.
This might have something to do with it.

    Let’s go Brandon!

  10. More good works from the Liberals. We don’t need no stinkin’ foreign capital. Quebec must grow potatoes.

P.E.I. vows to fight federal decision to halt potato exports to U.S. over potato wart fungus

“The potato industry in Prince Edward Island is equivalent to the value of the auto industry in Ontario, the forest industry in British Columbia, the oil and gas industry in Alberta, and for a Canadian minister with the stroke of a pen in the face of good science and historical protocol to do this is inconceivable.”

    https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/prince-edward-island/pei-potato-wart-us-exports-1.6257856

    1. ““The potato industry in Prince Edward Island is equivalent to the value of…the oil and gas industry in Alberta…”

Reeeeeaaaaally? Then I can expect my transfer payment cheque courtesy PEI’s massive, lucrative, valuable potato industry exactly when?

      1. PEI’s main source of income is WELFARE they are bums of the first magnitude.
Shameless generational welfare BUMS and GRIFTERS>

        1. Oh no, Watcher. MotherCorpse just assured me that PEI’s potato industry is just as valuable as Alberta’s oil & gas industry. I want my gawdamn cheque!

In addition, their high MP to population ratio means that they are far more important than the ROC. Surely they can look down from their ivory tower & take pity on us mere peons in west.

  11. Flaming Sparky cars
As SDA readers know, Consumer Reports ranks Tesla second (to last) in automobile reliability. Perhaps the software is misaligned with the hardware. We should celebrate Tesla’s ability to sell cars that don’t work as-designed with an EV pride-day parade. To be inclusive, owners of K cars, Edsels, Navigators, Pintos , Fieros and any car built by Fiat could also participate.

    1. Don’t forget the Corsairs and Vegas, nor Dodge minivans that ate up transmissions like candy.

Oh, and for foreign contributions to help with Fix It Again Tonys, special mention to the Austin Allegro and the Reliant Robin.
      https://youtu.be/QQh56geU0X8

      1. Dan: many years ago I lived in Yorkshire and I once had the opportunity to drive a Reliant Robin. I was used to my MG, so just driving the Reliant around the block scared me to death – huge rolling at each corner.

I understand however that the Top Gear team actually ballasted that Robin to help it roll over. Apparently they are much harder than it appears to roll them.

    1. Notice it took until Thursday for the Fruit Fly Terrorist to actually issue what looked like an attempt at an apology?
This after he doubled down on his threats on Tuesday, unapologetic in his statement then.

And the newbs wonder why CSIS and the RCMP would spy on these groups. Despite denials, everyone knows this is the ultimate outcome the radicals want, to blow things up.

      The ends justify the means.

  12. “Imagine a new birth control pill, that allowed you to get pregnant, and required you to wear a condom, and be given to your kids who weren’t sexually active nor anatomically mature – for the sake of ensuring your neighbour didn’t get pregnant. REMIND YOU OF ANYTHING?”

    1. Never ever buy a legal registered handgun. Don’t be stupid.
If you want a handgun. By an illegal one from an Indian.

    1. No stop and tell them why they can Fuck Off. And tell them to go to the ghetto’s and Indian Reserves to collect.

      1. Remember, the kettle monitors aren’t volunteers, or management, they’re paid hourly to collect.
Corporate deserves the wrath. So much for a “Christian” organization

  13. Cdn agriculture is facing a growing crisis. What with the drought, mounting input costs, government regulations, rail disruptions, etc., producers face a very uncertain future.
It’s no laughing matter, as this farmer explains.

    1. I was under the misconception that An Order In Council was limited in the amount of spending it could authorize..
So $760 million is to be spent at the whim of Dear Leader?
What does the rest of those MPs serve for?
Send them all home,Dear Leader knows all,and who needs more trained seals to clap and demand more fish?

      1. “What does the rest of those MPs serve for?”

You silly. They’re his fellators & cheerleaders!

  14. Australia losing its grip. The Solomon Islanders have said enough of your NAZI SHIT Australia. And have been burning down government buildings.
Australia had imposed their NAZI Lockdowns, masks forced injections all illegal, and a Crime Against Humanity.
Hopefully soon we see some decorated Lamp post’s and more government buildings and NAZI POLICE Posts in ruins as well.
The Aussie NAZI are sending in Police and the Dirty Aussie Military against the people who reject the Crimes of Australia.

  15. Letter to a Tyrant (Not named, but sounds like Gates):

“You are a foul, fetid, festering, fiendish, fear-fomenting fecker devoid of soul, purpose, and meaning. No matter how many lives you masticate, hearts you shred, minds you menticide, and puppet strings you try to throttle us with, you will forever remain a hollow husk of a simulated human.”

  16. The Bonnie speaketh about the latest “variant”:

In other words, it’s not here yet, but we’ll make sure it will be so that we can continue abusing your rights and freedoms. I’m sure that Deena the Dominatrix will be saying something similar soon, while Kenney the spinless blog quivers in the corner.

  17. 79 year old Beatle Paul McCartney closed the 2021 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony tonight with the Beatles song “Get Back” and the band Foo Fighters accompanied him. The latter was inducted into the Hall of Fame and Paul gave them their awards.

I missed the whole show and catching it on rerun. New inductees are Tina Turner, Carole King, Todd Rundgren, The Go- Go’s, Jay-Z, LL Cool J, Foo Fighters, Kraftwerk, Charley Patton, Billy Preston, Gil Scott- Heron, and Randy Rhodes.
