Rittenhouse Verdict: NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS

Finally, justice is served.

Greenwald: I will have much more to say on this verdict and the reaction to it, but immediately after the verdict was delivered, I went live on Rumble to provide my views of why, after having watched the entire trial, I believed this verdict was just, and why the media narrative was particularly deceitful and morally repellent.

president grandad is still trippin over his stretchy scrotum…

“Biden avoided addressing whether he still thinks Kyle Rittenhouse
is a white supremacist, on the same day jurors came back with a
verdict of not guilty on all counts.”

    1. I admit … I’m SHOCKED … and thoroughly pleased. Maybe it’s the Midwest that haven’t completely lost their nut? Even WITH all the Deep Blue nutbars living there. After all … it WAS Wisc. voters who elected Scott Walker …

Now … let’s see the Wisc. Police and Nat. Guard severely put down all the ANTIFA/BLM Rioters who are CERTAIN to show up tonite …

    2. True justice would have the commies actually charged. Grossqueef for attempted murder. Others for assault. And not to mention the RIOTing that led to all this…

But this is still a big win. The decision will red pill a few people, when they wonder what actually happened.

      1. Agreed. And did you read that “Grossqueef” was just excused from his SECOND DUI prior to this trial!? WTHF!? What’s happened to our justice system?

        1. the prosecution didn’t want their star witless dirtied up with any DUI charges…. or felon in possession of a firearm….

        2. That is really shady. Makes you wonder what really goes on in D cities. You always hear stories, but now it’s all out there.

        3. It bothered me considerably that the life history of Kyle was paraded before the jury and the world for all to see but not a whisper was allowed about the characters and life history of those who attacked him. The world is a better place without Rosenbaum. I am sure (sc) the MSM will now have full page exposes about the three (or four) individuals who came up against a “kid” with more strength of character than all four combined. God speed to Kyle and his family. As for that Grossqueef or whatever his name you are lower than pond scum and I wish you all the Karma you deserve.

  1. The correct decision based on the evidence, and now Kenosha’s gonna burn again.

    **HEAVY SIGH**

    1. Maybe the people of Kenosha have caught on and will prevent any rioting. It would not take very many armed citizens to keep the peace.

      1. As an aside … I continue to be shocked and appalled that the MOB gets away with shooting POWERFUL Roman Candles at police vehicles which virtually EXPLODE on contact. Who can distinguish between Roman Candles and an RPG in flight? I’m sorry to say, but the police should return REAL gunfire in the direction of the simulated RPG. Martyrdom be damned. It’s time to restore Law and Order. It’s time to return The Peace to American streets.

Cull the herd of violent undesirables.

        1. Abso-freaking-lutely, amen, and every other expression of enthusiastic agreement you can think of.

        1. Olden days – Guns and oak trees.

5 hours west of Kenosha in Northfield, Minnesota citizens took on 8 members of the James – Younger Gang. Badasses Bill Stiles, Clell Miller were killed and Cole, Bob, and Jim Younger were wounded as were Jesse and Frank James and Charlie Pitts who was later killed by the posse. Cole Younger died in prison where his two brothers spent 25 years while the James brothers escaped. Unarmed local farmer Nicholas Gustafson was shot by the gang. That’s how things were handled in the midwest 145 years ago.

        2. “In olden days there were professionals who kept the peace.
Not sure what happened to them.”
Peace officers got replaced with LEOs.
          Big difference.

        1. You’re speaking my language. LOVE fixed-wing gunships! 🙂

Plenty of other aircraft carrying miniguns now, including helicopters. Any of them would do the job nicely.

  2. Pleasantly shocked. Big loss for pedophiles. I take comfort as well that kyle won’t have to work another day in his life after he sues the living shit out of the media.
    Kenosha will be rockin’ tonight.

  3. Awesome news!

Although…is it just me or does anybody else think it might have been a mistake to read the verdict on a Friday afternoon? That’s a long weekend for the ne’er-do-wells and a few extra days of overtime for the police/NG…

      1. ^ THAT. Priceless. Made my day.

And bless the judge/jury for their courage to do the right thing. That took stones.

        mhb23re

      2. Nope. They usually wake up suicidal. At the realization of the poor choices they’ve made for their entire lives.

        1. I hate to disappoint you Kenji, but never forget that all their problems are someone else’s fault.

After all, the system was put in place and is run by old male white supremacists! Who could possibly thrive in such a society?

          /sarc off

  4. Good, and I hope there’s about 200 people who decide that dealing with these blm/antifa terrorists in a Kyle manner makes good sense this weekend.

    1. Agreed.
      Use a Bullhorn and
Tell all the rioters that 8 or 10 young 15-16 year-old soldier wannabes ARE Carrying automatic weapons and coming this way.
Wait a few minutes and fire a gun in the air.
Take videos of Rioters trampling each other running around trying to flee.

      1. Ironic, isn’t it? That it was the Lefty BLM RIOTERS firing their guns in the air. I heartily endorse every responsible teen (like Kyle Rittenhouse) to open carry on the mean streets overrun with BLM and ANTIFA Terrorists. And use their guns ONLY when left with no option but to save their own life.

    1. STAN…
      I REMEMBER that.
They are not going to riot.
      It’s too damn Cold.
Going back home and set in front of the 85 inch TV. WAIT FOR CHECH.
Wait for warm weather, but it will be history by then, and they don’t remember history.
      Idiot’s . .

    2. That was probably the single most self defeating comment by the prosecutors. It clearly put things in perspective and reminded jurors how they felt when they were mugged, assaulted, victimized etc.

  5. I’m worried for Kyle. He could be targeted. If the lefty kooks were willing to go all out and assault Kyle with a skateboard used as a weapon, let alone point a loaded gun in his face, who knows what they will be capable of as a result of this verdict.

Kyle is going to need protection… big time. He may be found “not guilty”, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s a free man.

    1. The family will have enough money to buy a house next to OBAMAS Hawaiian paradise.
Show OBAMA the white circle thumb and fingertips every day, to remind him of White Privileges.

      1. I hope Biden has to sign-over ALL of his property, and ALL of his bank accounts … including Hunters 10% donations. The POTUS slandered Kyle and jeopardized the verdict in his case. The Biden Family must PAY for senile grandpa’s irresponsibility. Transfer ALL of his wealth into Kyle’s pockets.

And if I were a young lady of Kyle’s age … I would start messaging Kyle ASAP … you will not find another young man with his character. Kyle is going to do well … if he survives the THUG Left.

    2. His whole family, the jurors, the defence team, the judge and all of their families are all targets. I imagine they’re all planning their next move. That’s the sad reality of American society today. Socialism wrecks everything.

    3. More worried about the jury members. Kyle knows enough to be armed at all times. The verdict is the best news we have had for a long time. Justice done.

  6. Let the billion dollar libel lawsuits against Biden, CNN, NBC, Wash. Post, MSNBC, etc, begin!

      1. Not just the defense lawyers. I think the prosecutors were trying to throw the case. They made so many obvious mistakes. “Never ask a witness any question you do not know the answer.”

  7. Courtesy of the media, the poor kid’s life is still going to be forever altered, and one big reason is because of their “reporting” on this case and trial there are plenty of people who will forever consider him guilty as sin and that there has been a miscarriage of justice. As well, as already mentioned, he’s going to be in physical danger.

Although I have to say that I think the judge was prepared to dismiss with prejudice if there had been a guilty verdict on any of the counts.

From my perusal of the media outlets, the prosecution is taking a lot of heat for botching this case.

    1. What they did to this poor kid is 1000 worse than what they did to the Covington kids.
The resultant fallout, lawsuits, perhaps criminal charges should reflect this.

    2. There was no case to botch.

And BTW … Kyle should THANK GOD there was so much video and eyewitness evidence that PROVED his innocence. The one Time our surveillance State works in your favor

      1. I tried my damnedest to see the Rittenhouse raising the gun in the manipulated video as claimed by the prosecution and I couldn’t. Apparently neither could the jury. Manipulated or altered video should never be allowed, even if increased clarity is the goal. It is simply fake.

  8. YES!!! Happy Friday! At last, some good news. 🙂

But alas, yeah: that lad should probably emigrate to whatever few scraps of the planet still aren’t into Stalinism if he wants to live to a ripe old age.

  9. Im pleased that Rittenhouse got the right decision. But Im elated in the fact that he will probably go after the media with lawsuits.
    Hey ‘covington Kid” move over.

    1. Hopefully he uses different lawyers for media lawsuits. His defense attorneys seemed barely competent.

I heard that Kyle had to post $2 million cash for bail (raised for him via donations?) that should now be released to him. Might cover costs of attorneys and other expenses like safe accommodation and security.

Altho he was acquitted, the poor kid’s life is still ruined. Heaven help him.

      1. I think they did a fine job. The prosecutors asked Grosbaum’s fiancee about his release from the hospital that morning and his medication. This opened the door for the defense to ask a question that they could otherwise not have asked.

  10. I’m surprised it took the jury that long to find him not guilty. The prosecution’s case was unconvincing, to say the least. At worst, it looked like malicious prosecution.

    1. Indeed, 5 minutes of sequestration should have been more than adequate. But I suspect it was because of fear they took so long. Remember, all the evidence in the Derek Chauvin trial clearly showed that he did NOT kill George Floyd, yet the jury came back with a guilty verdict. Later jury members said they did so because of fear, fear for themselves, for their families and fear of the mayhem that the BLM folks would unleash.

      1. Well, thankfully, the jury got it right in this case. Clearly self defense.

The other case you mention probably wasn’t as clear cut as this one.

  11. The corrupt US justice system, media, and the institutional left behind them will have to have yet another try at eliminating the Second Amendment and the right to self defense. Good verdict. This poor kid is a hero.

  12. I think the mob will turn.
They didn’t get what they wanted and may decide the ones loading the gun (so to speak) should be taken to task.
    Why?
Because Antifa and BLM might finally start figuring out that the race hustlers and opportunistic silver spoon socialists have been treating them as useful idiots.

  13. I’m very pleased about this, and I hope the kid gets a good payoff.
A true hero: 17 years old, kept his cool under stress, trigger discipline so good that all of his shots hit belligerents, no stray bullets, etc. Trained adults would be hard pressed to perform so well under pressure, the kid is Special Forces material.
He should move to a rural area in a constitutional carry or must-issue CCW state that won’t arrest him when he next has to defend himself.

    1. I believe he fired, twice, at head-kicking guy and missed 🙁 … it’s hard to nail your target as your head is getting booted.

      1. He missed but the angle indicated that no one else was endangered unless by a freak falling bullet (which has happened). Otherwise, I have to agree. A lot more people would be dead or maimed if Kyle was not incredibly poised and disciplined under the circumstances. A lot of other people in the same situation, with an AR in their hands, may have emptied the clip and pulled out another. If KR was who the media claimed he was that would surely have happened.
Does this also prove that, despite the vapors from the left, the semi automatic AR-15 is indeed almost a perfect self defense weapon?

  14. According to the black commenter, a white guy who, in self defense, kills 2 and injures two white people is a racist???

    1. Dirtman – funny the fact that the owners of the car lot he was defending do not appear to be white is never mentioned. I guess that is rather inconvenient for the narrative.

  15. Bad day for pedos, globalists, their Media and woman beaters, good day for justice.
The pedo brigade known as ANTIFA and the Marxists BLM will burn the city down, hopefully fully armed citizens can deal with the pedos and commies, Rittenhouse style.

  16. It’s nice to get good news for a change. Now I hope he sues the @$$ off the MSM BS artists (sorry for being redundant) who maliciously slandered him and did everything in their power to make his life hell.

  17. Finally justice instead of liberal just-us. The pursued him, chased him, tried to attack him but he was the aggressor-it was okay to burn down private property and not get arrested but how dare he protect himself from the dredges of society. If Pantifa acts out I hope they get crushed like the dirt bags they are.

    1. I kinda liked the other guy’s answer:
“The wind in your hair, the open steppe before you, a fleet horse beneath you, and a falcon at your wrist.” IIRC.

  18. The process is the punishment. Justice will not be truly done until the prosecutors are disciplined and disbarred and the DA’s office sued out of existence for malicious prosecution. The Soros-backed DAs need to learn that there are consequences for this.

    1. Couldnt agree more.

There has to be a price for this kind of malice. The prosecutor needs to pay a price, instead of receiving a paycheck for this malice.

    2. ^^^ 100% ^^^

Prosecutorial misconduct. Fired and stripped of pension. I believe there must be SOME sort of OATH having something to do with the US Constitution that the Prosecutor swore to uphold

      1. $2M bail … while murderers are released without bail because … well … because they are “black” or “Latino”

    3. “Malicious prosecution.”

Exactly that. It should be a criminal offence and punishment should be capital.

  19. … media and regressives hardest hit!

OK Kyle, time to lawyer up for defamation. this one will be a lot easier dude.

  20. Justice will be fully served when the lawsuits start. First up Joe Scarborough and Joy Reid, just think of the hero status that Rittenhouse would achieve then. His self defence could eviscerate the MSM by re-salvoing all that Sandmann accomplished. MSM talking heads could be taken off the air, and we’ll get back to reporting real news instead of being inundated with personal opinions.
If you thought this trial was entertaining, as the man once said “You ain’t seen nothing yet!”.

  21. Two bits of good news actually, there was a lot more going on than just going after a kid who took out a few societal monsters in the process of defending himself, it was also a full frontal assault on the 2A. But not unlike our Supreme Court who granted us “free speech” on the razor thin margin of 5-4, it’s bittersweet if you acknowledge that Rittenhouse’s murder charges, excessive bail and trial should’ve never ever gotten to the point that it did.

However – Two wins today for our American friends.

  22. Yes it was a good day for Kyle, justice and ‘the right decision’.
The consequences of this not guilty verdict are still to be determined, though I can’t help hoping that we are at a turning point.

Ball in your court Demplorables !

  23. Breitbart has a list of who’s reacting to the verdict. Democrat Jerry Nadler is outraged and wants a judicial review of the decision.

  24. And let me add that I actually wept when I saw the replay of Kyle breaking down when the verdict was read. It was heartbreakingly emotional watching him hyperventilate and tremble uncontrollably … and embrace his Lawyer like he was his own mother. . He is not an unfeeling monster like the criminals he killed. He is human. A young kid, just entering manhood. And boy-howdy … he’s earned his man card.

Anyone who wants to argue that his tears, and his emotions are FAKE … are inhuman themselves. Anyone who FEELS … recognizes the sincerity of Kyle’s emotions. They are raw and real.

And let me say again … his Legal Team prepared Kyle SUPERBLY for Trial. His every answer under cross examination was (frankly) far better than I would have been able to muster. His demeanor throughout the entire Trial was exemplary. What a SUPERB Defense Team.

  25. And from now on, I will ask everyone I encounter who laments the not guilty verdict why they’re on the side of pedo-arsonists and when they expect to commit their next act of kiddie-diddling.

  26. “But the sacred narrative..won’t someone please think of the narrative”..
Already heard part of CBCs “analysis” ..They really do think their viewers are retards.
    They are probably right.
Is the kid crowd sourcing for his lawsuits against all the lying scum?
I would love to see Sleepy Joe’s defence,,”I don’t remember”.
    “I’m a Demon Rat,we lie about everything”.
“My experts told me he ‘s a white supremest”.
As for the Media, they are still lying,Rittenhouse will be a billionaire if he ever gets his day in civil court.

    1. Indeed. The first conservative billionaire that has libtard malfeasance to thank for his fortune. May there be many more.

  27. Stay tuned for the clips of Jack Posobeic doing adverts for My Pillow on Rekieta law aimed at liberals upset with the verdict.

“Can’t sleep at night after Kyle was acquitted? Buy a My Pillow and use promo code ‘POSO’…..”

My Pillow helped fund Kyle’s bail.

Also: ‘Somewhere the 5 boys who were victimized by Joseph Rosenbaum are glad this day has come’

  28. A true verdict, that should have happened about ten minutes after the judge sent the jury to deliberate.
Yes, I too, hope Kyle has a bunch of lawsuits against every steaming pile of crap that attacked him, media, Biden, BLM, Antifa, etc. With luck he’ll never need to work another day in his life. I would bet though, that this type of decent citizen will work to further the betterment of his community. As Kenji said above, He earned his man card. This is great news to end the week on. I also don’t think this is the last we’ve heard from Kyle Rittenhouse.

  29. Great news! Now I hope that justice also follows the evilly partisan prosecutor who crassly broke multiple laws in his mission to wrongfully convict Kyle.

I hope some justice catches up to NBC/MSNBC, too.

  30. Good for Kyle.
Maybe this will inspire everyone normal to shoot Antifa /BLM looting, burning, rioting, scumbags?
    Not advocating, just wondering…

    1. Only urbanite clowns would put up with BLM/Antifa antics.
If they tried it in any rural setting, they would be dealt with quite quickly.

  31. Credit must be given to Judge Schroeder for conducting this Trial to a fitting end, and for allowing the entire trial to be televised for all the world to educate themselves on due process of Wisconsin law.

His stated faith in the ability of a jury to decide a complex issue was realized.

  32. Now watch all the lawyers line up to represent Rittenhouse in malicious slander cases against the MSM etc.

  33. As the court case dragged on you paid attention. Whenever possible you watched the actual proceedings, or listened in. No time was given to the traditional media or obviously biased persons on social media. You may have read some filings and learned certain legal terms. After all, it is what is presented in court that matters. Nothing in the media.

As the case came to a close, you agreed to the outcome given the facts presented in court. The case followed legal norms, and the plaintiff made numerous mis-steps.

Of course, I am talking about the 60+ election related cases. What did you think I was talking about?

Criminal or civil, it does not matter. If you present a flawed case, it will not survive. I can tell from experience, none of you paid anywhere near as much attention to the election cases as you did in this case.

For the record, justice was definitely served in the Rittenhouse case. Just like the election cases.

    1. What did you think I was talking about?

      Today, Allan S, I honestly don’t give a fuck.

      (Sorry Kate)

    2. Allan… C’mon, man.

You know the election cases were never heard in court. They were dismissed because of standing, which in my honest opinion, is a legal loophole exercised by judges when they want to avoid the obvious hot potato such a case would bring. It was all political. How can you render a verdict if the justices refuse to hear the evidence?

The election issue is FAR from over, even from a legal standpoint. Stay tuned.

However, I am glad that we can agree on the Rittenhouse verdict.

      1. You just proved my point. Many of the cases were dismissed for reasons other than standing. Very few cases were dismissed on standing alone. When a judge reads a motion to dismiss, they assume that everything in the complaint is true.

Which loops me back to the original point, why are people paying more attention to the details in this case and not the election cases?

Why are people here more likely to listen and agree with talking heads on the election cases, but drill down to much finer details in the Rittenhouse case?

        1. Which “talking heads” are you talking about in this illogical fantasy of yours?

The few “talking heads” who note that little about the election is as rosy as you paint it were also saying Rittenhouse did nothing wrong. The “talking heads” who were pushing the Rittenhouse white supremacist vigilante angle are the ones saying “nothing to see here, move along” about the fraudulent election.

Well, I’m sure it made sense in your mind.

          1. Karenhouse,

“Talking heads” as a whole. Even including Donald Trump. If you can find a single ruling by a judge that is flawed in an election case go ahead and post the filing. They are easy to find on Courtlistener. Please provide citation as to why they are wrong.

My guess is, you haven’t read a single filing even though I have been posting them for months. I bet you know far more about he Rittenhouse case than you do of all the election cases combined.

          2. How am I a “Karen”? You’re the one screaming your hysterical little head off about masks and vaccines and lockdowns. Again, total lack of logic. As standard.

And just to name one, the Georgia “no standing” ruling is ridiculous. Claiming plaintiffs were not harmed by vote dilution is tantamount to saying no citizen can investigate an election. Utterly absurd. No wonder you found great merit in it.

    3. Bitch please, none believes that you have supported Kyle. Everyone knowns the election was stolen. Save it for another day.

  34. What did you think I was talking about?

    Today, Allan S, I honestly don’t give a fuck.

    (Sorry Kate)

  35. From what I can see, the jury’s verdict was thrown out and the judge dismissed all charges with prejudice. That means no appeal or charged for anything else related.
