    Justin satisfies his base of far-leftists, and gives them what they want. He is more “real” than anyone running on our side, and that includes Sloan and Max.
    “Oh, but Must Issue Carry Permits is a sure way to lose an election!!” you all bleat, like the defeated sheep you are. Well, nobody has tried, have they?…and nobody has the balls to even try for a modicum of freedom, because muh safety. Legal cocaine?: “But the state must defend my kids from such evil, because I’m too much a fucking loser to defend my own kids!”
    In Canada, both the left and the right (such as it is) own this debacle.

  2. Too bad a reporter doesn’t go into one of these reserves with a plumber and get an accurate estimate of what it would cost to “give” them potable water. My guess is it could be well covered under the salary of the Chief. The Spawn isn’t qualified to even talk about money nor anything else that entails life skills. He is qualified for what you see in the photo – acting as someone of the in-crowd with a conscience.

    1. Our leaders are reduced to juggling clowns, with the weight of each ball dependent on how our lying media presents it, at best. They like them balls that weigh like an Albatross, if they can swing them. I hear OFoole wants to crucify women for having an abortion, and the Turd only wants to save them from crucifixion, meanwhile, they all take our guns, chip our cash registers, and plate our cars for quick and easy identification.

  4. I don’t know which is sadder, that a phoney like JT can rise to the top political job in Canada, or that half the country sees no problem with it. Probably the latter is sadder. Many people who could do a better job can’t even get a nomination in our decrepit system, where looks, and connection to one or two professions (which have given us very little over a long time) are considered so important.

    JT has one accomplishment in my view, he has managed to make Erin O’Toole look statesmanlike. Not many could claim such an achievement.

    Welfare in one form or another = 20%
    Government employees = 10%
    Crooks = 5%

    2. Mostly Conservative signs on lawns/farms in my neck of rural Ontario (with a couple NDP sadly) but I took a drive through the GTA today and saw enough Liberal ones to remind me why I loathe that place.

  8. If people of reserves don’t have clean water they can dig wells and put in purification systems like everyone else on the planet does FFS.

    1. Apparently there are 40 reserves in my province under boil water advisaries. Who would have thunk that fresh clean water would be hard to come by in Northern Ontario? I feel for the residents up there but as you pointed out the problem could easily be solved.

Trudeau is giving away our Tax dollars to other countries. Higher prices coming to Canada in the name of Inflation. The people in jail and on welfare should not be able to vote as they do not have a dog in the fight. All students going to school or universities that are getting assistance from the gov’t should not be able to vote. Roll Back pay increases to ALL gov’t employees since no one else is getting them since the start of Covid. Trudeau is all about destroying Canada and the White man and women he does not give a sh*t. He is nothing but Crony Capitalist money speaks!!

Back during the 2020 election in the States, I had heard the idea floated that the Democrats did not pick their best candidate because they did not want to waste a good candidate to lose against Mr Trump. Right or wrong, it was an interesting idea as it highlighted long-term vs short-term strategy—give up one battle to win another one later.

    This makes me wonder … are there circumstances where Mr Trudeau and/or the Liberals would deliberately flub this election to gain a better position/footing for the next? If so, might it have anything to do with the monetary policy that Mr Trudeau claims to not really think about? If memory serves, Mr Fernando recently wrote a column about something with the Bank of Canada and inflation rate coming due in October. Could that be expected to be bad enough to influence a decision to throw the election so someone else takes the blame of the fallout?

    Just wondering because I don’t know enough.

    1. The same argument is always made during re-election campaigns of presidents. It was memorably made during Bush The Elder’s re-election campaign. The democrat nominee contenders were called “the seven dwarfs”. Would that Bill Clinton had remained a dwarf.

      In Canada, this excuse is also made. It was recently made when Harper “threw the election” so that Junior could hold the reins during some impending economic collapse. In retrospect, it was postulated the crafty WLMK saw the Depression in his crystal ball and threw the election to Bennett. Which is why we had Bennett Buggies and not King Kars.

      I don’t credit politicians with having the brains needed to think that far ahead.
