Can’t have those benefits run out during the election. Rex Murphy at the National Post tonight has a good take on it. This sort of reminds me when I attended a lecture at a military base in Turkey. Which was a welcome change from my men and I getting shot at in a failed country I won’t mention. I wondered why the Turkish officers at the lecture were celebrating, and they explained to me that they received some new perks because an election was coming.

Is there a Canada anymore? Watched Ford hold a press conference today about the redevelopment of Ontario Place. Ford, the cabinet minister and all the speakers started off their speeches by recognizing that they were speaking on Indian land and they all kept referring to Turtle Island. Indians will be consulted all during the development stage of the project.
Ford says he’s satisfied of 75% vaccination which is at 68% currently but our ‘health advisors’ want 90%.
