    1. Should have fined him 95% of his money and not allow him to leave his house for the rest of his life.

  1. I despise using racism as a whiny excuse but Cosby’s charges were pure racism. The judge was not able to convict him the first time so he allowed the piling on of inadmissible evidence the second time. Why did it take the court 2 years to toss this. A classic example of punishment by process.

The whole premise of the conviction was that he drugged the “victims.” Anyone offering me drugs to alter my mood in a one on one situation would have been told to eff themselves. The “victims” were willing participants who likely suffered from buyer’s remorse. Their mothers didn’t do a very good job.

    1. I agree that the whole thing was a farce. Not sure that it was racism though, it was the “Me Too” hysteria which claimed so many prominent victims of the groupies that threw themselves into their beds.

There were some nasty scum that did abuse women, but far from all of those that ended being caught up in the witch hunt.

    2. I have really mixed feelings about the issue but on balance felt very bad for Cosby, perhaps merely compassion for a man falling from such a high altitude.

HOWEVER, re: the drugs, wasn’t it secret drugging of the alleged victim, not a case of being offered drugs.

That said, I have very grave misgivings over the “me too” movement which, yes, did seems like a hysteria.

      1. I have never read that the drugs were given without the victims consent. I remember them being given to relax.

      2. “These women were roofied. It was not consensual. Nonconsensual sex is rape.”

He’s a guilty as someone who passes a glass or two of Champagne to a women. The fact that anyone is stupid enough to take random pills to relax hardly proves rape.

“Shortly before Bill Cosby sexually assaulted Andrea Constand, she said, he passed her three blue pills that he called “friends to help you relax.””

        https://www.businessinsider.com/bill-cosby-andrea-constand-trial-verdict-pills-sex-quaaludes-benadryl-2017-6

        Pennsylvania Law:

““Mentally incapacitated” means that a person is temporarily incapable of appreciating or controlling the person’s conduct as a result of the influence of a controlled or intoxicating substance administered to the person without the person’s consent or that renders the person unaware a sexual act is occurring”

Bingo! And that is the primary reason he is legally not guilty. The substance was administered with her consent. Of course he was found not guilty by the State Supreme Court because of a settlement tied into the civil case. At the time the prosecutor knew he had no case, settled criminal responsibility with a big negotiated payout in the civil case. He would have likely also had his trial results reversed because the judge, failing to get a conviction the first time around, allow the introduction of way more prejudicial evidence in the second trial with no reasonable grounds for doing so.

      3. @ scar
        “he is legally not guilty”

Reminds me of another Bill whose answers were legally accurate, since all he had was contact with a pair of lips.

    3. Beautifully summarized scar. But allow me to clarify how this was racism … against a black man … by the black victim-pimping industry. By the progenitors of the BLM nonsense. The highly successful, articulate, and intelligent Bill Cosby committed the unforgivable “Uncle Tom” sin. He told black people to stop perpetuating their victimhood. He told them to get an education and personally PAID for multiple scholarship programs. He told them to stop sagging their pants, and to stop naming their litters of children kenishua and J’Quan. Stop having children they cannot possibly care for, and to stop blaming other people and other things for their malaise.

For that reason … for being an unimpeachable advocate of Americanism … he HAD to be destroyed. And he was. What should have been a routine he-said, she-said finding of fact … became multi-trials of he-said, THEY-said. Charges were leveled that could never possibly be investigated and which were so far past their expiration date of statutes of limitations as to be patently inadmissible in any American courtroom.

      1. Nailed it – just posted something similar on GAB.

If you really want to have fun – head to The Hill – upset a few thousand Democrats.

        1. Really? He raped the stable of Gloria Allred clients from the 1980’s? Rape kits? Witnesses? Toxicology reports? You need some help understanding “evidence” and “proof”

By your (Gloria Allred) standard … PDJT also raped about 30 women

        2. So you’re unawares that many, many times innocent people cop to crimes they DID NOT commit … just to make the thing go away. Don’t confuse legal tactics and minimizing exposure to REAL confessions.

  2. Cosby’s real crime was criticizing black leaders for enabling the ghetto culture.

    https://www.africanamerica.org/topic/bill-cosby-your-dirty-laundry-gets-out-of-school-at-230-every-day

“Cosby continued his tirade, “Teach our children to speak English. There’s no such thing as “talking white.” When the teacher calls, show up at the school. When the idiot box starts spewing profane rap videos; turn it off. Refrain from cursing around the kids. Teach our boys that women should be cherished, not raped and demeaned. Tell them that education is a prize we won with blood and tears, not a dishonor. Stop making excuses for the agents and abettor’s of Black on Black crime.””

    1. +++ send his comment to everyone that is whining about the injustice to blacks. Only a black talking sense can get other blacks to THINK.

  3. Fu#k all of you!!
    .
The bottom line is that filthy, old black bastard drugged, sexually assaulted and raped dozens of WHITE women and I for one wouldn’t hesitate, not even for one second,to throw him out of a helicopter and watch him fall 2000 ft and splatter himself all over the ground.

    1. “Mind if we dance with your dates?”

Dude … interracial romances have been socially-acceptable ever since … oh … about 1965. Do try to catch up.

      1. Oh I see.
So an old perverted sick fu ck black male targeting multiple young White women to be drugged, sexually assaulted, and raped is what is now called ‘interracial romance’ and is now ‘socially accepted’
        Got it.

        1. O … I see … you must have “believed” Anita too … when she said Clarence Thomas put his pubic hair on a can of COKE in an effort to get her into bed. Because women MUST be believed.

        2. Mz Greg, you sound like the ghost fella, racist as old hell, Cosby admitted to his miss deeds, after being told his words would not be used against him. So this is about the JustASS system failure, just as it failed Flynn. Your qualifying it as WHITE women outs you as a racist. Might I ask , do you go by the handle diddly squat, asking for a friend!

  4. The real story is how Hollywood and the entertainment industry in general knew about his penchant for drugging women as far back as the eighties and nineties but snickered about it while looking the other way.
Big hitters like Patton Oswalt, Seth McFarlane, Tracy Morgan, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler just to name a few. To them it was an inside joke. Basically, it was “Hey, whaddaya gonna do, it’s the Cos…let him have his fun”.
When the left lost their minds with Cosby’s comments on black culture, Hollywood was only too happy to provide names for them.
They truly are the scum of the Earth.

  5. Note at the end of the article that Cosby said he would serve all 10 years rather than offer up an apology, which suggests he was afforded the opportunity to reduce his time served for the right mea culpas

That he did not speaks volumes.

As noted above Cosbys real crime was encouraging blacks to get off the Dem plantation.

    1. If you admit guilt, you can be paroled.

But what if you’re not guilty, yet convicted? It does happen (David Milgaard, Guy Paul Morin). If you admit guilt for a crime you didn’t commit, you get out after serving 1/3 of your sentence, but if you insist you’re innocent, you serve the whole term and they call you an unrepentant and dangerous sexual predator when finally released.

      What would you do?

  6. I agree that it was Cosby’s stand on social and family issues that got him in trouble. But what surprises me is that none of his victims male relatives beat the p*** out of him. The only thing that works with creeps like Cosby is consequences. The quicker the better.

    1. That’s a good point. Back in the day as my mother used to say many women/girls would keep it a secret because they didn’t want their fathers/brothers going to jail.

  7. What Burton Said.

Horrywood covered for Cosby, Weinstein, Ellen D., Singer; and all kinds of rapists, bullies and non-sexual and sexual abusers, and PEDOPHILES. The victims were either willing to endure the abuse in silence to hopefully get ahead, and not be destroyed; or were threatened and shamed, blackmailed, and extorted into silence. The casting couch was a real, and respected Hollywood institution, joked about and laughed about by everybody, not just those in “show business.”

That said, Cosby was unfairly convicted by abusing his Constitutional Rights. He was guilty, but his trial judge and prosecutor abused his 5th Amendment Rights and was no better than what a black man being lynched was given in the 1920’s Jim Crow South (and North too).

Just like Bill Ayers, “Guilty as Sin, Free as a Bird!”

  8. Something else to consider is how easily the left seem find women to testify in sexual assault allegations – Christine Blasey Ford comes to mind, and also Sharon Bialek (Herman Cain accuser).

  9. Shrug. Wasn’t at the trial, didn’t hear any of the evidence, and certainly wouldn’t/ won’t believe any interpretation from the media.

    So, I just don’t know.

  10. The timing was always curious.
Seems when a creature is a Progressive Pervert, then it is OK by the Proggs,”Oh yes he is a perv, but he is our perv.”.
Jimmy Saville of BBC being a notable example.
Cosby’s conviction did not meet the smell test.
    Fair Trial,by ones peers?
Burn Witch Burn, has become the Just Us Systems trademark.

  11. People on here defending this dirtbag cause they had some minor agreements with him on black culture. I’d say it’s unbelievable but that’s where we are now. Serial rapists are cool as long as they are on your team.

      1. The court decision is fine. They made a deal and went back on their word. They made the deal cause they didn’t think they could convict him and wanted the civil case to move forward.
None of that exonerates him. He drugged and raped women for decades. He’s a scumbag pervert sadist.

        1. Just to clarify.
You believe “Scumbags” need no due process?
          If so,who defines “Scumbag”?
          Who is talking exoneration?.
Cosby got a political show trial, way too many of those going on.
          Where is rule of law?
          And equality before the law?

  12. Nov. 13, 2014 Bowman, who first publicly accused Cosby of sexual assault in 2006 and was a witness in Constand’s lawsuit, wrote an op-ed in The Washington Post titled “Bill Cosby raped me. Why did it take 30 years for people to believe my story?” Two days later, when asked about the charges on NPR’s “Weekend Edition,” Cosby stays silent.

  13. One can only hope that everyone personally experiences the “justice” that they wished upon people like Cosby.

  14. My sister dated a man who was a writer for the Cosby variety show in the 70’s. I remember hearing stories of Cosby’s incredible perversion way back then, far before anything went public. Cosby would have hookers under the table at conferences “servicing” him in the middle of production meetings. The guy is a sick predator and it’s a huge disgrace that he got out.
