  1. I have an Atlas from 1864, and I must say, when it comes to land acquisition, China has done very well for itself.
And yes, there was a country called Tartary at one time.

  2. Stated sources for this story… either one, two, three or four “people”, according to the article.

Wow, with sources of that high a caliber, I am sure convinced of it’s accuracy.

  3. Now we know why Justin was so mad at the Canadian Army for cancelling troop training for the Peoples Liberation Army.

  4. A truly ugly place to wage a war. I wouldn’t want to be on the offensive team. Italy attacking Austria in WWI would be a cake walk by comparison and that was disastrous costing Italy a half million dead.

  5. The 12 Battles of the Isonzo fought in narrow mountain valleys from 23 May 1915 – 27 October 1917 – like a million or so dead. Not much room for movement.

    1. A ‘VERY DIFFERENT’ War footing today with overhead drones that have guns and missiles.
Turkey is doing extremely well in the areas with limited access and yet have a high ‘kill’ count in areas that they are interested in.

      1. Very different and even more deadly. India’s M777 howitzers can kill with accuracy at 25 miles and I’m sure China has equivalents.

  6. I believe that the Indian move is “offensive” in nature. I believe everything I read in the media where China is involved. I believe that the ChiComs were minding their own business when India did this inexplicably. I believe everything we are being told and question none of it. It’s all been reliable up to now, after all.

      1. This is one of those times when I can’t tell if it’s the faker who likes to usurp handles, or if the stupidity raised is the normal user of the handle claiming credit.

If serious. look at the results that India has been getting with Ivermectin, and hope that the Chinese troops are all vaccinated and reaping the short-term negative effects. The medium and long term effects won’t be seen for years. Though we’d already know how big a variable that is if “informed consent” meant what it used to.

  7. Well … if we are ever going to seriously thin the human herd … a raging WAR between the ChiComs and India would be a great start!

  8. Million of Peasant Bodies and Thousands of Megatons too.

That is the scary part. Because what happens after China and India each nuke a few dozen of the others cities?

Does Pakistan attack its historic enemy?
Does Russia defend a major military client?
Does Formerly Great Britain get involved? Do they send their British/French Aircraft Carrier and its USMC F-35 Air Squadrons? Australia? Canada?
    Japan?
    Taiwan?

What does Joe Biden do if he wakes up?

  9. I don’t think China will want to start trading the big ones. If it comes to trading nukes, India while having less than China, has a force multiplier if it can hit the 3 Gorges dam.
