  5. If there were ever a “no shit” moment, then the origin of COVID19 is it. He should get NO credit for stating what should, by now, be blatantly obvious.

    China should be international pariahs now (even though they previously should have been regarded as such). They owe the world trillions of dollars in reparations. They’ll NEVER pay of course, so any nation that has been hit by this virus and owes any debt to China should immediatley and summarily abrogate that debt in lieu of. China has NO moral platform to stand on in order to object to that.

  9. Colbert is probably the leading scumbag of late night TV, he pretty much started the current trend of ‘personal-attack humor’ that is now standard fare in the industry. His absolutely mean-spirited and unfunny schtick, at least for me, officially ended the golden late-night years of Carson, 70’s SNL, etc.. The entire genre has all been establishment-directed, anti-Republican, propaganda trash for a very long time, now.

    The trained seals in the audience in this clip didn’t have a frigging clue what they were actually laughing and applauding about. China released a virus that is killing millions worldwide and then conspired with America to cover-up it’s origins… definitely hilarious, gut-busting material.

    Hopefully, readers here noticed that through all the laughing, not one word about Americans being purposely misled and lied to by the Dems while many Republicans were vilified and censored for saying exactly what Steward just did. When you think about it, Colbert’s entire audience was laughing at the fact that Colbert himself has been purposely lying to them about this for over a year.

    I regularly refer to these simple-minded lemmings as LEFTARDS for a damn good reason.

  19. Then again, I’m cynical enough to think it may be all scripted, for what reason I don’t know yet.
    Reminded me of a Johnny Carson documentary I saw some time ago where the show’s writers claimed everything, and I do mean everything was written in, right down to Johnny coughing after intentionally bombing a joke. Everyone was fooled to think it was all spontaneous…it wasn’t. Guests were prepared in advance what questions would be asked as well informing the writers the answers Johnny could expect.
    Nothing was left to chance. Those who didn’t follow the script were never asked back…which back then was the kiss of death.

    1. Well, frankly, a lot of people who steadfastly accept the narrative that he’s mocking. If he stands his ground, this is an important defection.
