Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich [Twitter Acct Here] writes a strong letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and Deputy AG Lisa Monaco after their public threats to intervene in state election audits.
While reminding the DOJ about the 10th amendment, Brnovich writes: The DOJ seems “more interested in supporting the hysterical outcries of leftist pundits on cable television, rather than the rule of law.” … “My office is not amused by the DOJ’s posturing and will not tolerate any effort to undermine or interfere with our State Senate’s audit to reassure Arizonans of the accuracy of our elections…

Glad to see push back from Arizona to this blatant attempt to cover-up the major cheat of the last election. I think this could end up in the Supreme Court. At this point I have little faith that even the Court will do the right thing, but it will be interesting to see the tactics the Feds use to defend themselves, and a major court case should be enough for Americans to wake up to the sorry state of their electoral process and the blatant duplicity in their politics.
Thinking here, the supremos or any judge don’t want to decide elections. It is very likely against democratic process, though not against the law. There are in fact established rules and if they are not followed there is an established remedy.
In Arizona they need to find who did what to whom and by some process nullify or do what ever relative to the results of the elections.
And bust the suckers that cheated.
In this case, the Supremes would be legislating on the question of States rights vs. Federal authority. They would not be deciding the election directly, but simply allowing investigations to go forward. There are others besides Arizona in the works. With enough states identifying a fraudulent process, states could withdraw their election endorsements. I don’t know what happens after that but the Biden government would be exposed as fraudulent.
I have looked at some of the evidence that has been put forward, and I am pretty certain it was cheating that got Biden elected. Americans need to take back their country.
It doesn’t need to end in court, though Dems may try to force it. The evidence is/will be overwhelming.
People with nothing to hide do not block investigations, they demand them. Isn’t it telling to see that the Dems, credibly accused of widespread voter fraud, apparently have absolutely no interest in establishing their innocence.
The left wails and bitches about the wild lies of conservatives over the last US election, but then wails and bitches even more when efforts are made to expose those supposed lies. Honest people do not conduct themselves that way. Anyone here wrongly accused of multiple crimes would be demanding their right to clear their good name.

The questions being asked of Arizona voters by over 5000 volunteers have nothing to do with civil rights:
Did you vote?
Did you vote by mail or in person?
Did you receive ballots not addressed to you?
People aren’t obligated to answer and their voting preference is not revealed.
The canvassers are finding many unsolicited ballots, voters from empty lots, PO Boxes, commercial addresses, etc.
In Georgia election officials have engaged criminal defense lawyers. Election workers who were caught on video stuffing the same ballots through a machine a number of times have been subpoenaed. Illegal hackable software has been found on Dominion machines in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
Mainstream has zero interest in this.
If the DOJ was so all-fired interested in election integrity then the actions caught on tape in Fulton County should have been enough to charge all ‘election workers’ in the arena after the counting had supposedly been stopped. The DOJ and the FBI, with the assistance of the Democrats and some RINOs and the media, are corrupt to the core and they did everything in their power to prevent the Trump administration from properly governing. The present administration is nothing more than an old time vaudeville burlesque skit. The DOJ, the FBI and the others involved are hoping to cover this up but it appears that the fraud was overdone on many fronts and there are too many cracks in the dyke and not enough fingers to plug them. Interesting times ahead for sure.
