  1. Harvard’s affirmative action hierarchy from most preferred to least is Black, Hispanic, White, and Asian. That’s very likely an inverse relationship to IQ according to the popularly vilified work of Charles Murray. It goes with the inverted morality of the post modern nihilism. It’s also a recipe for societal suicide thanks to the identity politics that plagues the US.

    1. Yes it is societal madness, but at least it makes it plain that blacks are simply dumber on average, even after centuries of proper nutrition and opportunity.

      1. Too simplistic. I think the difference is almost entirely one of “nurture,” not “nature.”

        The black cultures within the western civilizations have become toxic and self-defeating, dominated by anger and failure, a desire to be permanently taken care of by others, without any interest in taking personal responsibility for anything. In some respect, they’ve kept the slave mentality.

        Those few who find a way to escape this tend to do just fine.

        It’s a real shame, because up until the 1960’s, black families seemed to be on the right track.

        1. It’s absolutely nurture, not nature, but it’s real. Today black culture nurtures underachievement. Asians are penalized for providing their kids with the tools to succeed in life. Why is this allowed?

My son works at a grocery store….. never shut down….one worker off for two weeks no symptoms. Friend at SaskTel…… 200,000 site visits from techs in 2020 to homes and businesses and not one case of covid.

    1. Even as the percentage of vaccinated increases, Alberta has made increasingly stringent rules for businesses. A year ago, one would see Calgary Co-op announce that had a positive test or two at a store, but no outbreak and no shut-down. Today, one worker gets a positive test (and my understanding it doesn’t matter that the worker had a long weekend off and only felt ill after , and the whole place is shut down for ten days. The Airdrie WalMart apparently got hit with this, which is why a fair few small businesses seem to be overly cautious.

I’ve known many over the years, that although well and or expensively educated, are no brighter than other stupids, the only difference being they can boast attendance at some higher education school, and probably obtain better paying jobs or careers because of it. I’ve also known a number of people that haven’t a completed high school education that were way more savvy than the expensively educated stupids
    Intelligence is, how “well” you you use the education you’ve had, not how “much” education you have.

  11. I would so love to see the 4 year graduation data matched to those same deciles and ethnic categories.

    I really suspect that the Ivy Leagues let in huge numbers of barely qualified “preferred minorities” just to take their money and watch them fail. Heck, I saw this at State college decades ago; the campus would be “highly diverse” over the summer, all “those people” taking catch up classes. Still “very diverse” in the Fall semester, but by Thanksgiving many were gone. By the end of Spring semester there were few left, and even fewer graduated. Granted, my school didn’t have any degree programs in underwater lesbian dog polishing, or even journalism studies in those days.

  14. Most of the Asians who are admitted are the little emperors and empresses either of CCP big shots with deep pockets, or of deep-cover Chinese intelligence agents assigned to seducing and marrying American men with deep pockets.

    If your or your parents arrived in America with nothing but love for freedom and hatred both of communism and the Han Chinese, no “respectable” university will accept you, no matter how good you are at your lessons. “Legacies” pre-screened for their loyalty come first.

  15. My class valedictorian was a Black man. He also was good at basketball. He went to Stanford on a full ride. Academic full ride. He grew up in a trailer with Dad, Mom and two sisters. His father worked three jobs to support the family and had set aside money for his college. When he got the full ride they were able to buy a house instead.

    At our 20th reunion he was telling me how he was constantly put down by teachers, administrators and student’s assuming he was only at the school because he was an athlete. He graduated with a electrical engineering degree and owns three company’s. He pointed out recently that there are close to one million black millionaires in the United States and that he is one of them. He talks about god, family, an emphasis on education and working hard. He has nothing but pity and contempt for those who fall into the “America owes us” political movement.
