    Unplug from the mainstream media.
    Stop listening to others opinions which so far has disastrous consequences.
    As common sense has been suppressed.

    I had to retire myself from the construction industry as the board(codes)/laws in many areas changed yearly and I couldn’t keep up to it as the retraining wouldn’t allow me to work getting more and more qualifications and licenses.

  4. How selfish of me to encourage someone in their long, hard-fought struggle to improve their own health. I guess I am just that mean-spirited and thoughtless.

  5. Excuse my sexism, but has any woman accepted a compliment without analyzing it to death? I strongly suspect the chubby gals will figure this out, and be hurt they didn’t just say it.
