    1. I look forward to listening to these two fine gentleman when I get a moment. Thanks for posting Robert.

    1. That’s what happens when you don’t have the intellectual chops to understand what you’re hearing.

    2. The best part is near the end, where Rex wonders, like most of us what the bottom is going to look like.
I don’t share his optimism for the good old Canadian grit, who at all gets dirt under their nails anymore, or has to climb the ladder of life with their own HONEST thoughts?

  1. Listened to this, I would agree that it was not the strongest from either one of these two great Canadians. That being said, I realized what a great interviewer peterson is. He asks penetrating questions, and does not get distracted.

  2. They’re bright enough but “intellectual titans?” … come on.

An intellectual titan would have led a movement against voluntary communism in this country, and probably made the point strongly enough that it could not be ignored. Do you see any such person? I don’t. (lots who made the point, without much effect)

Short men among pygmies. This is where the standards are now. Peterson isn’t a titan. Nothing he’s saying is new or revolutionary or even particularly profound. What he is is brave enough to stand up and refuse to be cancelled, and just erudite enough that he can smack down the dirty smear merchants masquerading as journalists, and disdainful of celebrity enough to do so. That’s praiseworthy all on its own.

  3. A delightful meeting of minds producing great gobs of eloquent explanation about the fall of western culture from mediocrity.
