  1. Once government has the serfs where they want them, it behooves them to free the unworthy. Sociopaths have worked good and hard at achieving unlimited power over the peons and the joy it brings must be savored as long as possible. Who cares if there is no logical reason to continue the oppression which was essentially premised on hysteria.

    1. As long as possible is forever, because…variants. If that somehow fails, it’s back to plan A, climate change. Canadians will be free again if and when they take it back, by force. Not holding my breath.

    Besides, I was watching the CBC yesterday, and they had a great documentary called Our Game. It was all about Canada’s favorite game, basketball!

    In other news, immunity for people who have had covid appears to be minimum 1 year and is probably life long, like measles.

    1. Exactly, Turdeau’s criminal response to Wuhan flu ensures that people with just the first shot are not well protected, depending on which study they want to shop around 50%-90% effective. Waiting four months for a second shot ensures canaduh will NOT be enjoying a second summer.
      But there does seem to be an upside, missing two seasons of pro sports should ensure the death of many of the leagues.

    2. They just dangled a very small carrot, now 550 “fully vaccinated” health care workers can attend which, given the Leaf’s record in games 7 of late, probably carries a higher risk of death than covid. Can’t wait to hear 550 cells phone ringing, work calling.

    1. What has been proven is the vaccines are as bad or worse than the disease and long term effects of this experimental gene altering
      thing are still completely unknown.

    2. Oz, you cannot be protected from something that is not presented in the “vaccine”. There is no (covid) virus presented in the “vaccine” as it does not exist.

  6. Weird. Not that I give a sh*t about the NHL, or really any pro sports, anymore, but if masks work, as we are constantly scolded, why wouldn’t the arenas be allowed to be open, vaccination or no vaccination? It’s almost as if the “public health experts” don’t believe their own bullshit.

  10. I watched a couple of NHL playoff games from Bidenville, formerly Trumptopia, and was horrified to see thousands of people in the stands! Most are probably dead today!

    Then I watched several of the Frozen North Division playoffs, not a soul in the stands, but they still blast that goddamned foghorn when a goal was scored! And it was weird watching a player who had completed his 1000th NHL game wave to no crowd accompanied by no cheers for his efforts.

    Last night they allowed 2500 people into the Montreal arena,and all dutifully wore masks. Some of those young French Canadian women in the stands MIGHT have been hot, but I couldn’t tell. Like watching an event in downtown Tehran.
    Now I am eagerly anticipating the upcoming Vancouver bid for the 2030 Olympics , by which time we should in in the fourteenth round of the Nairobian variant, absolutely deadly to anyone over 110 or small dogs.

    Was the elites’ plan; first we fuck the peasants economically and spiritually,then we hold circuses to make ourselves feel better?

    In 2030 will PM Justin Trudeau’s hair have started to recede?

    2. I hope you’re right. There’s nothing more entertaining than watching Torontonians get reminded they’re just ordinary people living in an ordinary city in ‘just another province’. They will never have the power to unilaterally change the constitution like that province that has bested them. I hate Montreal with every fibre of my being but l hope they kick Toronto’s ass, such is my disdain for Torontonians egotistical delusions of grandeur.

    Get back to me when you or I can finally cheer on our children’s hockey games, which are invariably much more fun than watching steroid-soaked freaks beat each other bloody.

      2. No. Blood clotting has been associated with COVID since the beginning even after the illness apparently clears up. Pretending that COVID does not have risks doesn’t actually protect you from those risks. Of course Bill Shakespeare’s risks, as an 80+ year old man, were far higher.

        Still, blood clots have been associated with the jab and this bears watching.

Healthcare (aka “frontline”) workers already enjoy privileges that are denied to those whom the healthcare workers are supposed to care for. “Were all in together” I was told. Sure we are. Some lost their livelihood others got to make Tik Tok videos in empty hospitals.
