so use the proper tools to undelete all of the data…. spend the money to have a third party recovery service to recover the data. If the data is still unrecoverable, then they used specific tools in an effort to conceal information in violation of the request
Mostly works on magnetic disks – assuming they didn’t borrow Hillary’s copy of BitBleach.
However, if they use SSD drives, recovering data might be much harder/impossible.
Then, of course, they may just have used encrypted filesystems, and “forgotten” they key they used to set it up.
Phil, I’m sure Dominion has a built in destruction protocol. I’s just a case of sending em enough cash to get the encrypted data to complete the deletion. I guess the Arizona Dems finally coughed up the cash when the audit was announced.

Not a waste of time. Willful destruction of election materials before the duly authorized date is a felony. The massive obstruction that the Democrats have mounted across America to any question that the election was fraudulent is about to crumble. The New Hampshire, Michigan and Arizona court cases are more than the Democrats bargained for. The SCOTUS failure to hear evidence of fraud and coercion in the election has been circumvented by these three cases and Americans are learning through local community news and word of mouth that they have been played for suckers. The internet is spreading this news on a larger scale every day and the facade that the election officials originally reported has been exposed and fractured. The latest move by the retired military leaders will only widen this breach in the house of cards that is the American political machine. The Republicans and Democrats have been playing footsie under the Capital for too long and America is fast approaching a decision on where the Republic is headed. I for one don’t believe America will go quietly into the night.
You, not you yourself, could perhaps look at the situation where the supreme court is not in position to decide elections, they can’t and won’t. It would be also affront to the voters.
They of course can decide to order recounts and stop right there. Nothing else.

SCOTUS was not asked to determine the election only to look at the evidence presented in affidavits that would have shown the widespread non-compliance of election law in numerous States. The Texas case was a classic failure of SCOTUS to remedy disagreements between States. SCOTUS is there to adjudicate the law not declare outcomes to elections. If Georgia failed to abide by the electoral process as laid out in the Constitution that all States are governed by then Texas has standing to bring the matter before SCOTUS. To sidestep that decision is a fundamental failure by SCOTUS. One rule for thee, but another for me. Several states changed the electoral process for the 2020 election and that opened the gate for malfeasance.
Destroying phones with hammers like Hillary did was exposed and harmed her electoral chances and may have been what sunk her.
Likewise exposing this coverup is important.

Start hauling low level workers in front of a grand jury. If they claim the 5th, give them immunity to force testimony. If you never want this fraud to happen again, some people have to spend 20 years in jail.
Jail is too good by far for these thieves. Stealing an election deserves nothing less than hard time working on a road gang in front of every motorist that passes by. Bring back the road gangs of the Thirties and Forties and half of these coup plotters wouldn’t last the first month. It might save America’s reputation which at the moment is in tatters.
