Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Close enough for government work.
You win.
Scissor, that would be true, what is also true is that there will need to be millions more to catch up to those jobs lost by government whu who flu policies and lockdowns. Much like Canada they have a long way to go to actual job recovery. With the democrats busy killing millions more jobs the only thing true about jobs is they are lying about jobs.
And soon … we will ALL “work” for the government. Work for each other … Right? How beautiful … Right?
Don’t worry … THIS TIME … they’ll get it right
In other economic and government news….
Liberal Party giving it to Canadians, good and hard….
Pornhub has been in acquisition talks with an investor group led by Chuck Rifici, a Canadian cannabis entrepreneur and former CFO of the Liberal Party.

The Workers’ Paradise: our children and grandchildren slaving in the porn factories and soma farms.
Annnnnd, Nancy Pelosi’s Twitter feed posted a pic of Nancy with BB legend Willie McCovey in a 90th birthday greeting to ….. BB legend Willie Mays. Well, they were both tall and played for the SF Giants.
Democrats math, 266,000 jobs created in April
equals = 1,000,000 jobs for April.
Mathematics is not that hard.
You white supremacist, 2+2=5 even in this part of the universe.
Don’t worry though, a universal basic income will help the economy. The real problem will be getting enough takers, so we will have to bring in millions from the third world to make the program a real success.
You know, if Trump is serious about running in 2024 (I don’t think he really is. I think he’s trolling)….but just for argument’s sake, let’s say he really is considering running again. Well, he should pull his “badgers” together and make the talk show rounds explaining why the jobs report is so piss poor…and explaining what needs to be done to correct the issue (which is consumer confidence plain and simple).
If he made the circuit with Ross, Lighthizer, Mnuchin or the like and showed his chops while the current administration continues to flail…it would go a long way. If nothing else, it would explode heads as the media fell all over themselves trying to propagate the previously discarded unwritten rules about former presidents not speaking publicly in opposition to the sitting president.
I don’t think Trump CAN run again. I am beginning to suspect, the plan all along was to admit they stole the election. They will confess, but 3.5, 4 years in. Admission means Trump actually had a second term, but he has simultaneously been robbed of a second term.
In a war between the stupid party, and the evil party, the stupid party is over matched.
As of this typing, he can run again. Whether he’d win the GOP nomination is another thing. He could also run as an independent. If you recall, when they did the impeachment theatre earlier this year one of the ultimate goals was to prevent him from running again, not only for president but for any federal office, by having part of the punishment of being convicted being that he couldn’t, as declared by Congress. So barring impeachment that ultimately succeeds or Congress passing a law that can either pass constitutional muster straight out or somehow get past SCOTUS to avoid it being called a bill of attainder, he can.
Even if they admit flat out it was stolen, he still didn’t serve a second term. You don’t have to serve them consecutively; Grover Cleveland did it in the late 1800s.
I will add that if you meant that by the time they admit fraud it would be too late for him to run again because someone else had been nominated, then you’re right. Not to mention his age, because 2024 would be his last chance.
You’d think someone from the swamp at the Dept. of Labor would have sent out a discrete message that perhaps something in the low hundreds of thousands is likely to be reported.
A look at those eco-gymnastics
“Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen Says Economic Water is Not Always Lacking Dryness
May 7, 021 | Sundance | 106 Comments
This obtuse explanation from Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen about the April jobs report is one for the record books. According to Yellen, the government handing people more free money than they would achieve with a working job is not a disincentive for employment.”

It really is Obama’s third term completely with “unexpected” failure that everyone outside DC expected.

How come we don’t have 18% interest rates now that I’m retired Janet ? Can zero rates keep an economy growing ?
Burgess, re 18% interest, no need to hold your breath, it’s coming, and it won’t be long. Probably before the fall.
Methinks this is a planned part of the great reset. There are many that have paid off their mortgages and have zero or little debt. The only way to get us joining the “owning nothing, and being happy crowd” is to ensure we need to sell our assets just to buy groceries and toilet paper in the coming great change of 2030.
