  1. Line 5, shut it down. I have been waiting all my life to see Quebec come apart at the seams.

    1. I am loving this, Kenney doesn’t have the guts to do it, I hope it stays down and eastern canada gets hosed hard by Saudi’s and whoever.
At this point they have screwed Alberta anyway looks good on them.

  2. Climate activists now trying to cancel pets! Pet Police have arrived: ‘Expert suggested reducing rate of dog & cat ownership in favor of other animals’ to reduce ‘pets’ carbon footprint’ – Equal to emissions of 13 million cars!

    1. I can see a booming market in deceased Norwegian Blue Parrots starting very soon. Beautiful plumage, cheap to keep, and next to no carbon footprint.

      (sarcasm = off)

        1. Xim/xer/xit would have a hard time trying to housebreak a pet rock

      1. “Beautiful plumage…”

Yes, but Norwegian blues can be difficult to keep in a regular parrot cage; if you don’t nail them to their perch, they’ll muscle-up to those bars and voom!

    2. W Z . I wonder what the carbon footprint is of the average welfare immigrant?

  3. “Look at what this cop had to deal with in LA. This is the environment we’ve created by demonizing police.”
    https://twitter.com/ClayTravis/status/1389350608117841920

Between the professional race baiters(Sharpton), leBron et al, BLM, that former quarterback, Media, Hollywood, etc… all of them have created this.

2:19 , worth watching to the very end.

    1. And I’ll bet she’ll be overjoyed when the LAPD is completely defunded or, better yet, disbanded.

She’s what was meant by the old bumper sticker from some 50 years ago: “Don’t like the police? Next time you’re being mugged, call a hippy.”

    2. https://www.foxnews.com/media/video-shows-driver-calling-officer-a-murderer-in-racist-attack-during-traffic-stop-youll-never-be-white

“The L.A. County Sheriff’s department told Fox News that the woman in the video called internal affairs and filed a harassment complaint against the deputy immediately after the incident. The department also said that the woman has a history of making false claims against deputies.
Fox News has identified the woman, but she has not responded to the network’s multiple requests for comment.”

      1. How is she allowed to keep her teaching job, especially at the end when she berates him for being Mexican(not even saying Latina), that he’ll never be white. That’s what too many teachers do these days, spread their bias. Others have lost their jobs for far less.

        1. The action taken against this … teacher … should be swift and final! She shouldn’t be allowed anywhere NEAR vulnerable children.

        2. How is she allowed to keep her teaching job

Being chummy with the right people in the system helps. I saw that while I was teaching at Armpit College. One could be completely incompetent or commit questionable acts but, if one happened to be buddies with certain administrators, nothing happened.

    1. It sure would be a worry if covid didn’t have a 99.8% recovery rate.

  4. https://www.blacklocks.ca/got-help-from-paid-lobbyist/

“Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault relied on claims from a lobbyist subsidized by his own department to counter criticism of a YouTube censorship bill. Guilbeault’s department approved a $375,000 grant to the lobby group Coalition for the Diversity of Cultural Expressions of Montréal prior to its endorsement of Bill C-10: “This is a huge issue.”

    1. I now know how to spell corruption. It starts with an L and end ends with an L.

    2. The Liberal/CCP Party are following their masters orders from Bejing… Bill C-10 is an extension of the CCP’s, “Great Firewall” of the internet. C-10 comes directly from Bejing.

  5. Blacklock reports that a Liberal Senator is accusing journalists of racism, for running stories that Asians are responsible for high real estate prices in B.C. And while Blackie is praising B.C. for its carbon taxes etc., his own government reports that emissions continue to rise in that province.

    1. We no longer have a citizenry in Canada. We have a racistance.

  6. Don’t know if this has been posted on SDA as yet, but yesterday the Liberals canceled a meeting by the House Committee on Defence, ready to vote on having Katie Telford testify as to the lying by the PMO on the Vance affair:
    https://www.ctvnews.ca/politics/opposition-parties-frustrated-after-debate-regarding-trudeau-s-top-aide-abruptly-cancelled-1.5412034

Guess Katie wants the cover-up to continue eh? Not that our media cartel cares about the sleaze.

  7. The Halifax International Security Forum has gone ahead and awarded Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen a human rights award, this despite pressure from communist China and their flunky allies within the Trudeau Liberal government:
    https://www.politico.com/news/2021/05/03/halifax-security-forum-taiwan-president-485294

Ordinarily, this would not be that big a deal. The Halifax forum is mostly a neo-liberal outfit which holds a dinner once a year, little more. But Xi Jinping’s China made it a big deal, and Harjit Sajjan and the defence department followed suit, threatening to withhold annual federal subsidies to the small group. Mr. Sajjan is one sleazebag.

  8. Lilley at the Toronto Sun website, reports on Blackie’s Climate Ken ordering a federal environmental assessment on a proposed highway around diverse Toronto. Barbie’s friend Ken is interfering in a provincial responsibility because the highway threatens the habitat of a species of frog and dragon fly.

    1. This is a surprise. One would think that the anti-blue-collar Liberal party and the NDP would limit themselves to blocking highways and other hard infrastructure projects west of the Manitoba-Ontario border. The Toronto region is a prime Liberal voter region. A real head-scratcher, this.

      1. National Post also reports that Climate Ken is upset that the proposed highway would interfere with indians hunting, fishing, and gathering medicines in the Toronto area. And some of the land is managed by the CBC, so somehow use of the vacant land could effect their news coverage. Nothing to do with the election of course.

      2. Window dressing.

Virtue signalling to the 905 voters. We’re protecting the environment.

        1. Yes.
A skilled conservative opposition could frame this as anti-immigrant, anti-affordable housing.
A skilled conservative opposition should be making in-roads into the immigrant-rich Brampton-area suburban ridings.
          A skilled conservative opposition….LOL.

    2. Yeah, I hear that there is a major shortage of dragonflies and frogs..…with the exception of Quebec of course.

    1. Pretty funny comments over at CTH …

This is why you cannot leave projects to computer geeks. They did a respectable job on the photoshop … EXCEPT … that little scale-perspective thing. Oops. You can’t trust a computer geek. They need babysitting.

  9. “At First Quietly, Then Much Less Quietly”
    David Cole

The Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), a branch of the U.S. Department of Defense, was launched in 1971 as the Defense Race Relations Institute (it changed to DEOMI in 1979). But whatever the name, the mandate’s always been the same: pollute the armed forces with propaganda about how America is racist, sexist, “homophobic,” and an all-around evil place filled with Klansmen and Himmlers.

DEOMI employs a trickle-down methodology, indoctrinating base commanders who then pass along the propagandizing to their rank-and-file service members.

    1. Instead, in Canada, we can run pictures of Prinz Dummkopf and/or Error O’Foole, and the caption “May the Farce be with you” would apply to each.

      1. Flammable Lithium-ion … like my electric hedge clippers take. Under the right (wrong) conditions … the battery bursts into flames and you can immolate your adversary like an unfortunate Tesla driver.

Hahaha … I amuse myself on the 4th. And tomorrow … I’ll get drunk … for a “brown person” hahahahaha ha ha. I’m such an affable guy … eh?

    1. Jesus Lord Christ people are stupid that Regina council are the fruitiest, strangest bunch of clowns the good Lord ever strung a gut through

    2. I can see a number of drains being named after certain politicians…..

  10. Blackie’s loyal Globe and Mail reports that the NDP are excited that Blackie’s RCMP are looking into teacher ads. No, not all those ads that are constantly on TV by teacher unions that Ford is Hitler. Blackie’s Mounties are looking into a group that may have broken election rules by running ads that were mean to teachers. Teachers are a protected species in Canada.

  11. Guilbeault’s extensive web of lies:

“Guilbeault has consistently made questionable claims about the content of the bill and how it compares to other jurisdictions. He told the House of Commons that the bill contains economic thresholds (it doesn’t), that it excludes news (it doesn’t), that it won’t affect Canadian ownership requirements (it will), that the entire process will be completed by the end of the year (it won’t), and that it is similar to the approach implemented in Europe (it isn’t). These are not inconsequential misstatements.”

    1. Now, did Alberta learn from Ireland or was it the other way around?

      1. Who knows? Perhaps there’s a One World Police Department and they studied from the Barney Fife Nip-It-In-The-Bud Handbook.

  12. His Imperial Highness Grand Duke Blackie of Harrington Lake, told his loyal media again that people should not travel. Meanwhile his foreign affairs minister flew to the G7 meeting, where they will discuss important things like climate change and women’s equity issues.

  13. I thought the census was supposed to be anonymous (only about your postal code), turns out they want your phone number and email address. Thinking 100-123-4567 and wtf@gmail.com. Any other suggestions?

  14. Was out shopping this afternoon,new rules,masks compulsory everywhere…
I keep wondering, once you stampede the herd to utter fear and madness,at what point do the beasts just start dying?
Everyone I have asked, gives a real nervous chuckle and guess we will find out …
    The hysteria is massive.
Such a frenzy is way too exhausting to be sustained..
I am way past “Fire Them All”
It is now:”Heads on stakes until they rot away”
,so that the rest of the lunatics are daily reminded to stay out of my affairs, with their malice, incompetence and mindless terror.
14 months ago I would have said, you could not make this shit up,now I understand how “Witch Hunting” could become a public past time.

Listening to the Mumbling Morons of Public Health explain why the public is too blame for Covid Infections ravaging the statistical records.”If only they had obeyed our orders..”
    Which ones you ask?
Why all of them, especially the ones that contradict each other..
    Respect mah authority.

  15. Anyone up for working at a federal-government-designated hotel for incoming air travelers? 13 people working at Toronto hotel test positive for the China virus:
    https://www.theglobeandmail.com/canada/article-toronto-airport-hotel-where-13-staff-tested-positive-for-virus-wont-be-2/

“Public health officials in Toronto say they won’t fully shut down a federal quarantine hotel for international travellers where more than a dozen staff members have tested positive for COVID-19.

Thirteen staff at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport Hotel had tested positive for COVID-19 as of Tuesday.

Toronto Public Health says inspections on Tuesday found some areas for improvement like more restrictions in the lunch room, more signage and centralized screening.

It says the workplace implemented public health’s recommendations and inspectors found strong adherence to public health measures.

Workplaces in Toronto with five or more COVID-19 cases may be ordered to close, but public health says because the hotel provides an essential service it may only face a partial closure.

The federal government requires anyone flying into Canada to isolate at a hotel for three nights to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19”.

  16. The University of Alberta is a hotspot for collaborative science and engineering work with China:
    https://www.theglobeandmail.com/politics/article-alberta-vows-to-curb-universitys-research-ties-to-china/

“Advanced Education Minister Demetrios Nicolaides said he intends to speak to the University of Alberta’s administration about the need to curb scientific research that could undermine Canada’s national interest. National security experts warn China could use these collaborations to steal Canadian intellectual property for the benefit of Beijing’s military apparatus.

The minister was responding to a report in The Globe and Mail this week that found the University of Alberta is carrying out scientific collaboration with China that involves sharing and transferring research in strategically important areas such as nanotechnology, biotechnology and artificial intelligence.

Under an agreement with China’s Minister of Science and Technology, University of Alberta researchers have gained access to at least 50 state labs in China since 2005, while upward of 60 professors have received grants for more than 90 joint projects with state and national labs in China.

In some cases, professors and researchers at the university have set up companies in joint ventures with Chinese companies and state institutions to commercialize Canadian-developed technologies”.

Also, I will be emailing Robert Fife and Steven Chase an idea to research the NSERC database to see if federal funding is involved. NSERC has a fairly easy to use database where one can cull out all NSERC-funded research from the U of Alberta, narrowed down by security sensitive areas like microbiology or artificial intelligence.
