When it comes to decrying the concept of “vaccine passports,” conservatives have company. The idea’s detractors now include certain business owners, who fear customer backlash and the hassle or danger of enforcing the policy, and even prominent public health advocates, too.
The proof-of-vaccine concept is gaining traction in some circles globally and within the U.S., including among some professional sports teams, a major university, and highly vaccinated countries like Israel. In New York and Hawaii, among other states, governors have pitched the idea as a means of returning to normal life.
If one does not require proof of vaccination for most scenarios/jobs/travel, then why demand this now?
Anyone who has been paying attention can see that this is all a ploy to control people.
I will be getting vacinated but I will never have a passport and I will not go into any business that supports them.

If they persist with this horrible idea, they’re going to run headlong into some pretty serious privacy laws that are specifically designed to protect medical information. I hope it hurts like hell when they do.
If those laws can’t be ignored then a simple swipe of a pen on an executive order (or order in council) takes care of any pesky privacy concerns. Things like constitutions don’t seem to mean much anymore.

In BC the Pfzier/BioNTech shot comes with a nifty little card indicating the type, lot number, date, nurse, and your name. There’s space for your second dose. On the other side it says “COVID-19 Immunization Record Card” and “This is a permanent record. Keep in a safe place.” I don’t have a problem with this. It’s a lot smaller than the Yellow Fever card I got 61 years ago before going to Africa.
There will be no need to carry a card of any type, your compliant identification number will be tatooed on the inside area of your fore arm. Any organization, government or otherwise will be able to access your complete history online once they have your identifier number. 5 G will enable this and much more in the not too distant future, the great reset will soon be upon us with consequences we can only imagine. When Trudeau signs Canada into the Huawei agreement your privacy will be a distant memory and Canada will become little more than a Chinese colony.

My parents had me copy their vaccination cards last week. Looking back, I should have scanned one as well and then made my own, hindsight being 20-20 of course.
What about all those with natural immunity from having recovered from Covid? Maybe instead of a vaccine card there should be an antibody card. Then there are those with natural resistance to the virus in the first place. Wasn’t it posited that those with O negative blood are more resistant? Bring on the blood type cards and the “I’m young and healthy” cards. Insanity. Doofi.

I think it may be time to create a modern equivalent to Draft Card Burning in the 1960s. It is ironic that the leftists so anxious to burn their draft cards are the ones now most in favour of vaccine cards. If the ‘vaccine cards’ are on smart phone apps we could have App Deleting Parties.
