13. I had to visit my TD Canada Trust branch today. Signs saying “Standing together by standing apart.” Barf! At least when I sat down with my advisor she asked if I was okay with her removing the plexiglass barrier from her desk before we did business.

       At the Edmonton airport, when one does the near strip-tease in order to pass through the security check, each space beside the conveyor is now separated by plexiglass.

       In the rental office of my apartment complex, there’s plexiglass at the main desk and everyone wears a face diaper. I don’t know who ordered that, but it wouldn’t surprise me if the local manager was responsible for that doozy. She’s far from being a candidate for Mensa membership.

       Speaking of that office, I had some work done in my bathroom. I had to swear up and down that I wasn’t sick or going to contaminate the tradesmen. I was also requested to either stay in another room or wear a face diaper.

       And then the office wonders why I want to move after I’m done settling my father’s estate….

17. The elites want to stop the little people from flying ( travelling) all together. Mask mandates, vaccination passports, PCR tests, quarantine hotels are all behavior nudges. For now an inconvenience. For some, they (we) will just stop travelling to avoid the ridiculous hoops.
    Soon, rules will be only for the small and free for the rulers. Rules for thee, not me.
    We are already ruling out any out of country travelling. Hopefully the leaked Liberal Covid strategy plan does not come to fruition or inter- provincial travel, maybe even travelling within the provinces will be curtailed.
