38 Replies to “What Constitution?”

  1. The constitution is window dressing and can be ignored at governments’ convenience,

  2. So Canada’s Constitution has the same secret clause the US Constitution has, that in case of emergency all bets are off?

    1. Very astute, except it is actually written there in black and white; it’s called the “notwithstanding” clause.

  3. Who here thinks papa gave a damn about the parts of the Constitution not concerned with the God-given right of the French Canadians to screw the English dry?

  4. The appropriate response to this would be:
Well you’ve got a choice: We can talk about them now, or we can talk about them later at your trial.

Ahhh who am I trying to kid?
    *The Canadian “Constitution”.

    * Void where prohibited.

    1. Yes!! Rocco Galati of the Constitutional Rights Centre has a case in court already.
Rebel Media is covering several businesses that have had their *charges* thrown out (wrt covid lockdowns).
Also there are constitutional lawyers involved with several media groups I have been following:
      Liberty Coalition
      Whole Heart Media.
Would so love to see them take on Pretty Sox!!

  5. When you let the government break the rules in an emergency, the government will always find an emergency.

  6. WROL means as I am sure you know Without Rule Of Law. That Is Fine because without rule of law we are free as well to ignore what laws we choose or think we can get away with ignoring. WROL is a 2 edged sword.

  7. The problem has nothing to do with Trudeau and everything to do with the country that elected him. Twice.

If you vote for Canada next time around you have nobody to blame but yourself.

    1. Who says we voted for Little Potato in the first place ?

Remember, Dominion Voting Systems was headquartered in Downtown Toronto on Spadina Ave.
They left in the middle of the night, a Midnight Move , after the spotlight was shone upon them post November 5.
I am fairly certain Dominion runs our machines also.

    2. Like voting would change anything. They’ve all decided that freedom shouldn’t exist anymore.

    3. “But, he’s a dreamy dreamboat!” Is what the brain dead declare.
Besides, votes from outside Southern Ontario and Quebec do not count.

  8. There aint no rational reason to vote Liberal.
    No budget=not doing your job

  9. Canadian voters are too stupid to understand how the media is playing them for fools.

  10. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms is toilet paper written by a communist and guaranteed to remove rights from Canadians, not support them.

What the useless Dauphin is doing is the logical next step to his father’s work.

  11. I’ve never seen a voting machine in Alberta only paper ballots here. They win by population and the media… we can’t vote our way out of this. We’re fooked good and hard. buy land in belize, I did

    1. The only time I encountered a voting machine was in Edmonton civic elections. They’ve been in use for more than 30 years.

    2. Calgary used them for the Olympics bid plebiscite. Enough voters used them correctly that the bid was rejected.
You had to fill in the circle but many people just did the usual “X”. The machines could not pick up X,s.

  12. WE don’t need no stinking constitution.
Says Blackie, in his usual passive aggressive moronic manner. While intent on fucking up whatever handling of some fake pandemic he is alluding to in yet one more instance of showing us all what an arrogant meat puppet he truly is…et fucking cetera.
That twat needs a mattock buried in his forehead.
From the journal of an out of work tree planter.
Excuse the stream of consciousness hatred of that bearded poncey goof. Queue the boxing match gif with the guy punching his head.

  13. If a referendum were held tomorrow, and the question asked would be something to the tune of:

” Would you be in favor of abolishing the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms for the purpose of rewriting a new document?”

What percentage of Canadians would be in favor??

  14. Not just Justine the First, damn near every elected office holder in Canada.
    And every bureaucrat.
All Oath Sworn to protect the citizens rights and freedoms..
    Fire them all.
As they have acted as if these rights are nonexistent.
And then that Monster from Manitoba;”None of those rules or restrictions apply to any level of government”..Blandly stating what every other powercrat was showing us.
    Rules for thee,none for me.
For they betrayed our trust and their duties when they blindly panicked and shut down the real economy, with no plan to restart and no idea of the damage they were doing.
    Their “Two Weeks” is up.

The Dread Covid has been a true revelation.
Our professional help has been revealed.
    Useless.
    Clueless.
    Extremely dangerous.
    Fire them all.

The cost of this “help” has yet to be admitted to,or even tallied up.
But we all know now,the obvious,we cannot afford such help, nor risk leaving such fools in any position of authority over us.

Awesome when those charged with providing accurate information to the public and preventing mass hysteria..are the spreaders of contradiction, confusion and idiocy, while being the drivers of orchestrated mass hysteria.
And those twits are overseen by cowering fools of politicians, who allow the single dimensional world of the “Health experts” to override all other considerations..
“We defer to the experts” As they destroy civil society.

  15. Funny, gun confiscation appears to be the only issue that manages to destruct PM Baked Potato from getting us through this pandemic. Elections have consequences Thanks to principled folks who made it possible. Thanks a pantload.

  16. The part where he laughs when he mentions the constitution should tell you all you need to know…

  17. Other then hand out money to those who didn’t need it and Liberal friendly businesses he doesn’t seem to have done much towards solving the pandemic problem. It appears he’s incompetent in every thing he tries to do. At least he’s consistent.
