  1. We’ve been here before. Remember Bre-X? How’d that turn out, eh?

People seem to forget the old saying: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

    1. AOC, the Squad, and Trump supporters are on the same side of this issue. Wall Street must be terrified. Good.

  2. Of course GameStop is doomed. Just like Blockbuster before it, people aren’t going to traipse into a physical store to trade or buy physical discs when they can get the product online.
Everyone knows the stock price is going to crash and the easy money has already been made, but it’s such a gas that a bunch of rich sh*theads who think the stock market belongs to them are losing their shirts.

    1. Everyone knows the stock price is going to crash and the easy money has already been made

I learned a long time ago that by the time I hear of a great deal or a “must have” stock, the easy money’s been made.

      1. No one is buying GME or any of these stocks as an investment, or even just a fast trade to make a profit (although the smarter ones did make sure to take profits along the way). They are buying to inflict pain on regulators and on the billionaire class. The vast majority of these little guys are completely willing to lose their entire one- or two-thousand dollar individual trades. Easier than occupying a Manhattan park for many cold months.

  3. I like it.
I posted a NYT article this morning that explained some of this stuff.
Gamblers who want to bet on stocks going up or down can eat shit. You’re a leech.
Investors give hard-earned money to help a company grow and succeed and become small partial owners in that success.
If you’re a gambler, you’re a dickhead. A pox on you and everlasting syphilis for your spawn.

  4. How to make a million in the market? Invest two. I really find it odd, however, that most of the people who supported Occupy Wall Street hated Trump and supported the tools of Wall Street.

  5. It’s not the about the investment, is about taking it took the corruption in finance.

Spring is nearly here. Occupy 2.0 is about to start. I should start setting up tents in Telus square. How long before it will be overtaken by the sjws again?

  6. “I won’t rest till the people responsible for today are behind bars.”

He better get used to not resting anymore then; he’s obviously missed the #1 rule of free-world capitalism, “Being Rich And Well-Connected Means “NO JAIL FOR YOU!!!””

    – One of Hilary’s e-mails would’ve put any lesser being in jail for eight years. No if’s, no but’s, no debate; open contempt for official secrets.

    – All the sweetheart deals Ep-SWINE was given, and how quickly he “hanged himself” once he was finally jailed – Dead Men Tell No Tales.

    – All the lefty politicians accused of sexual “misbehaviour”, whose accusers could not even get their stories investigated – including two leaders-of-countries on the North American continent, I needn’t name them to this crowd. (-_-)

      1. ++ I would suppose that the rapist usually has a more enjoyable time of the two at the shared experience.
