  1. What is so professional about a police force that refuses to uphold the law equally for all citizens? I must be missing something in this measure response shit.

      1. A police officer has a shotgun, I would have used it. The lacross stick and the rocks were weapons dangerous and as such required the use of extreme force. stupid canadians

    1. Shameful, isn’t it. The entire Caledonia incident has been a stain on law enforcement in this country.

      1. Seriously. It’s like the OPP have been taking lessons on law enforcement from the even more compromised RCMP.

    2. Injun privilege. Injuns baby …. special people …

I miss the days when police did police work, not social work.

Shame on these cops. Who do they think pays to repair those injun-damaged cruisers? Stop wasting my money.

    3. This is what Liberal governments get for you …. Keep voting Liberal and before you know it, Indians will be coming to your house, break your windows and steal your shit. WITH IMPUNITY..

  2. It appears there actually is a response, it’s just not shown because the video is cut off. I suspect there is the arrival of other officers off camera because lacrosse dude starts to sprint while the officer in the drivers seat begins to exit.

Sometimes the best response is to wait until all your ducks are in a row.

  3. If you won’t enforce the law then you shouldn’t get paid.
Dis-employ police who won’t do their job.

  4. This just pisses me off. Who does Mr. Smash the police car think he is and why does he think he has a right to do that? I hope he gets arrested and stays in jail for more than one night. However since we have two sets of laws in this country, nothing will happen. It’s like being a Democrat in the USA.

  5. Whatever so-called “nation” those assholes belong to should be charged for damages and unless paid, seize assets of so-called “nation”. If they want to pretend to be a sovereign entity than they are responsible for the actions of their members. If white boys did that, does anyone think that the police would call in for authorization to arrest them? The actions of those assholes pretty much prove that they have been able to get away with that behavior – all because they might have more than 1/16 Indian racial purity.

    1. They are Canadians whether they like it or not and you pay for everything they have and for everything they damage. Have I mentioned lately that Canadians are stupid, at least the white one’s are.

  6. Would be such a pity if the valiant officers got defunded.

Imagine non-savages getting away with that. Double standard twice as good.

  7. You don’t know me or anything about me. I’m a former resident of Ontario, born and raise there. I’ve had the OPP pull over and confront me about stopping in a no parking zone while I had just stopped to turn around, I’ve had the OPP chastise me for a child car seat that was unoccupied for not being secure when there was no child in the car. There had been no children in the car for a year. I’m quite certain that these heros would have tackled me to the ground should I have resisted in any way at all however these miscreants get a pass. If you are looking for systemic racism I believe you have found it. It’s called racist privilege and if you are a normal person you don’t have it. Normies don’t count anymore. Rhetorically thinking, if I were to attack a police car with a lacrosse bat do you think the police would give me a pass? It’s my belief that I would be shot dead and it would be blamed on white supremacy because I read this website (in retrospect, by the Toronto Star). I actually know personally some opp officers and this does not surprise me at all. Boot lickers. I don t want to paint them all like this but it’s systemic racism if you are looking for it, just not the type that gets the right kind of publicity. If he had a gun instead and shot the cop the cop would have been wrong to return fire because of reasons. Twilight zone.

  8. 2 shots required, there!
    Wait, three.
This shit will not end until there is a response. Is the response going have to originate with the public? The cops are supposed to respond and are paid to respond, no? Then, if they don’t, bad things may happen? It’s well past time, guys.
Wouldn’t happen in Alberta!! Not a fricken chance!

    1. “Response to originate with the public”
Good luck with that. Every time a response originates with the public cops are all over those who respond with arrests and assaults. The ordeal of people living in Caledonia, subjected to native terrorism is decades old. And when they tried as little as peaceful protests against the native terrorists they were demonized by the media and assaulted by cops. Repeatedly.

Here is a perfect example of what happened in Caledonia when response originated with the public: https://nationalpost.com/opinion/christie-blatchford-the-disgraceful-case-against-a-man-who-dared-carry-a-canadian-flag-in-caledonia cops are not the good guys, they are on the side of injun terrorists that is why they refuse to take action.

    2. P.S. Thankfully Fleming prevailed in the end, a decade later supreme court ruled in his favour. He was awarded damages that roughly amounted to costs of physiotherapy for that decade. None of the JBTs faced any consequences for handicapping him.

  9. My idea of a measured response would be to send a letter to Ottawa:

    Dear Mr. Trudeau:

Kindly do something about your goddamn Indians within 30 days, or the Government of Ontario will deputize the law-abiding people of the province to do it for you.

Before responding, consider that the approach of the people of Ontario to permanently solving the Indian question will be considerably less elegant than any solution the Government of Canada may choose to implement.

Your co-operation in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    Sincerely, etc.

  10. “professional and measured response to keep the peace & preserve life while under attack”

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

  11. Just cowards getting paid $100k just to watch some so called indigenous smash public property. The OPP commissioner is so proud of his officers doing nothing but let this thug trash their car.

    1. How about a little background on Commissioner Carrique?
He comes, like many commenters on this forum, from a family of very good people.
As a young police officer Tom was hospitalised after being severely beaten by a gang of criminals to within an inch of his life. He spent months recuperating from that beating. Yet he did not quit. He persisted, demonstrating his commitment to his community and to supporting the rule of law. He cares for every man and woman under his command and does not take risks with their lives. He attained a University degree while on the job. He is very smart, patient, hardworking and more than capable of bringing the full force of the law down on the likes of the thugs in that video. I know, having observed his leadership style for over 20 years.
As with every police chief he answers to his political masters, elected by you and me, so he must work within the constraints of the system.
My money is on a measured and effective response from Commissioner Carrique.
The politicians though, I have much less confidence in.

      1. Perhaps thinking you work for politicians is the problem. I always thought its was the senior commander’s job to insulate the lower ranks from odious political decisions, maintain distance , uphold the letter of the law and answer to the people they profess to serve and protect (its on the friggin’ side of the car!!) and not to try and catch every fart?

        1. Ah yes…down east…spent some time there about 60 years ago. Attitudes and hissy fits don’t change much.

      2. Having read Blatchford’s great book “Helpless” and observed how the senior officers last handled Caledonia, just walking away and leaving their officers in the field totally on their own I have zero faith they will do anything. Doug Ford should go down there unlike McGuinty, who was too frightened too and take charge of the situation.

Nothing chilled me more than the sergeant standing beside me as I was a driver at the G20. The same Black Bloc we see today smashed cars and windows and the officer said we have been told to stand down! Now millions were just paid to the innocents they kettled after the Bloc had been bused back to Montreal. Depend on the police….spit.

  12. Turdholeland… where some tribes are more equal than others. If you are an English speaking “white guy” please don’t try what these lovely Indian terrorists are doing because you will be shot stone dead, without mercy and without any public or political concern.

  13. Someone clearly needs lacrosse practice.
How do you not hit a windshield with a rock from a range of ten feet?
    Useless idiot. At many things.
Tam and Trudeau count this as a win as they were wearing masks.

  14. So why even be there?
Defund the idiots if they aren’t going to do anything, at least then they won’t be around to arrest the normal people when they have had enough.

    1. I think you have answered your own question. The JBTs are there to arrest victims of terrorism if they try to defend themselves. The JBTs are not there to arrest the savage terrorists.

  15. Commissioner Carrique must have very sensitive measuring devices. I couldn’t even detect the police response, never mind measure it.

  16. So,why are people here blaming this on Trudeau? This is in Ontario land of the OPP and the government of Doug Ford that should respond to this. The Indian thugs should be arrested on the spot, with a takedown and handcuffs behind the back.

  17. Me thinks the problem is the punishment.

If I did that I would loose my 80k job-pension-benifets (Me Whity)

The laws are there to keep Joe(I’m a Jeff) taxpayer in line. No real deterrent to the revolving door native thug.

    “Free rent”

What is the deterrent to a thug? The three strikes rule sure makes me smile.

If Every little Johnny native watches his older brothers and cousins do crap like this and not walk. We need to maybe loose a generation where the little ones say OMG if I do that there is REAL punishment!!!!!!!!!!
    (After 3 convicts )

Lol I’m dreaming. It’s late. I’ve had too many covid beers for a Sunday.

    Thanks Kate. I’ll go now.

  18. This must be fake news.
It must be, because Dalton McGuinty had Bob Rae consult with “the stake holders” about ten years ago to get a peaceful resolution.

    1. Funny you mention Rae. Saw him a few days ago (anybody else aware he’s Canada’s ambassador to the UN?) after China filed that “official complaint” or whatever against Canada. Some Lieberal had oddly criticized China for human rights abuses. Rae’s response was to compare the Tibetans and Uighurs, etc to Canada’s residential schools and how we’ve failed at reconciliation
Rae responded to a complaint about Canada…with a complaint about Canada.
Wonder if he’s planning on following in his mentor Mo Strong’s footsteps and retiring comfortably in China

  19. Um … the OPP waited for backup; see the headlights pulling in front of the pickup? So maybe there was some ‘resolution’? Just kidding, everyone probably went for beers and promises were made to pay for the damages out of their next federal/provincial grant.

  20. Clearly they could have avoided this if the police had given gifts of maple syrup, like they did when indians blockaded railway tracks awhile back. I wonder what would happen if I trashed a police car, dug up highways, and vandalized a church?

  21. In other whiny indian news, Blacklock reports that only federal civil servants will get a paid day off for the new Whiny Indian Day.

  22. I’m no math wiz but that “measurement” of the OPP response looks like precisely zero.

    1. JQC – Your comment was somewhat ambiguous – “A coddled genetically retarded strain of low-iq non-productive parasites.”
Were you referring to the vigilantes or the Queen’s cowboys / OPP?

  23. The role of the police is to protect criminals from vigilantes. It appears that our ruling betters are more afraid of appearing raycissist than ruling. One could conclude that our ruling elites have been abandoned ability for diversity, so a few stupid, easily avoided mistakes are bound to crop up now and then. The vigilantes have not shown up yet, so the normals have much more room to be victimized.

  24. The police are clearly trying to get canadians to unify behind the defund the police movement.

Why the farg am I paying taxes for police again? Criminals run free in this country with impunity, and when/if they are caught they are immediately released with a finger wag. If an honest hard working citizen dares to protect himself, his family or his property from these animals THEN we see the full force of the injustice system of canada swoop in.

The police et al seem to be a body guard service for criminals and a tax collection arm of the govt. They are making it very hard for me to justify supporting them.

  25. I’ve always wanted to throw rocks at RCMP cars. I’ll do that today, and live-stream it. I’m sure I’ll get that same measured response, right?

  26. While watching natives in the news over the last year, I’ve concluded that, these people are actually “privileged white people”, who just happen to have a little native blood in their body.

  27. Shrug. This has been pretty well the type of leadership the OPP has had since Bob Rae left his stink and stain on Queen’s Park.

  28. Does it matter I am down east? The police senior leadership is still compromised. You can see it in the inaction of their subordinates.
