You want to “depoliticize” the court? Refuse to recognize any more its alleged right to declare acts of Congress unconstitutional. The court’s job is to interpret law, not just throw out any law the judges don’t like.
You think perverts, communists and Muslims have a god-given right to force decent people to employ them? Fine, stand in the House of Representatives and make the case for that, if you dare. If you don’t dare ask the people of the United States for their consent to your mad scheme, go away and think about why the insanity of it is obvious to them and not to you.
And while you’re at it, stop insisting that they allow perverts, Muslims or communists to live next door to them or even show their faces in their communities, unless their community is home to a prison where capital punishments are carried out.
…and do NOT interpret portions of the Constitution as giving credence to things that people weren’t even thinking of when they were drafted! If you want the Constitution to countenance certain new aberrant behaviors then bloody well draft an amendment and go through the rigamarole of trying to get it properly ratified! And when it fails? Oh well…tough luck! Back in the closet you go.
