Crazy prediction: NYC voters will overwhelmingly vote Democrat in November. But remember, it’s all Donald Trump’s fault.

I have concluded that people simply cannot be that stupid. The Dems must be cheating and committing massive voter fraud.
That is happening throughout America in city, state and federal elections. The media continue to ignore blatant fraud even when it has been uncovered and prosecuted. Much of it is actually accepted by the people running elections. I do not think America will survive much longer.
I’m worried as well. After reading Insty the other day, I suffered an anxiety attack that took a while to dissipate. Times are dire. Do Marxist politicians and the media really want to live in Venezuela. It will be just as hard on them and their families as it will be on us.
2016 election – the 4 major boroughs of New York City – not one borough exceeded 60% turnout
Manhattan – 86% for Clinton
Brooklyn – 79% for Clinton
Bronx – 88% for Clinton
Queens – 75% for Clinton
“NYC voters will overwhelmingly vote Democrat in November.”
– And I bet if they can get-away with mail-in ballots, they’ll do as well as Philadelphia with Mitt Romney – in all of Philadelphia’s boroughs, Romney did not get so much as a single vote.
As my old mentor W.C. Fields put it in “Fields for President”, “Remember my friends, cast a vote for Fields and watch for the silver lining. Cast several votes for Fields, and watch for the police.”
Also in Phili Ogabe got about 120% of votes in several ridings when running against McCain.
Have you considered, it can be both at the same time?
Majority stupid, means that in general, they make the wrong choice. But, sometimes, being stupid, they make the wrong wrong choice, so voter fraud.
If your base is stupid, you cannot rely on them to know how to mark the ballot for you.
“Hey, Bill? Don Iveson here. I love what you’ve done with your city. I can’t wait to have the same thing here in Edmonton.”
“Dear Don. Just keep up the good work. Some day soon you’ll hit the same level of success we have attained.”
Maybe Iveson’s Edmonton is actually doing quite well. I can’t tell though because the four-foot-tall grass is blocking my god-damned view of this wretched, wrecked city.
(With apologies to Ogden Nash)
The plague is here,
The grass is rizz.
I wonder where
Edmonton is.
I know what you’re referring to, though. There are places where the grass has grown so high that it’s bent over.
It’s All Trump’s Fault(TM)
dems have convinced a whole lot of people that they are going to give them something…
…that’s all
It’s very easy for them and they really don’t promise to give anything, it’s that there is an idea firmly planted in their heads that cutting government waste means cutting benefits.
So anyone campaigning on cutting government is seen as a threat to anyone receiving a government cheque.
It’s so well ingrained that they don’t even have to say “conservative “ anymore.
You really have to wonder about this, don’t you? Most of the people I talk with (I’m in Canada btw)
seem moderately on the ball, but the results of elections speak for themselves. I seldom encounter
people who voted for the idiots (unless they’re too embarrassed to admit it), and I would hope clear corruption
and scandals might dissuade some voters for choosing the dolts again. I’ve also heard about results in the US where
1 candidate gets every single vote in a district. Mighty fishy!
There hasn’t been an honest election in the US in a long time. But hey, don’t try telling Canadian leftards there’s massive Dhimmicrat voter fraud in the US. They’ll tell you elections down there are as honest and clean as here in Canada. The real irony is that elections in countries the US “liberated”, i.e. Iraq are cleaner than in the US. And why is that:
(1) in person voting only
(2) paper ballot only
(3) purple finger after voting, so you can’t do it twice.
(4) voter ID
What does the US have:
(1) mail in voting
(2) voting machines that can be and often are fixed to produce Dhimmicrat votes no matter what the voter input
(3) no safeguards against multiple votes in multiple districts
(4) no voter ID
Elections in the US are a sick joke. They’re the most corrupt and corruptible in the G7, if not the entire developed world, and everyone knows it. And the fraud is perpetrated by only one side – the left. The Republicans, being the stupid party, don’t do a damn thing about it when they’re in power. Weep for the US. It will not survive this decade intact.
I think the voting process is quite honest in Canada with paper ballots. Any problem would be voting by non-citizens although that is hardly an issue as you can apply for citizenship after spending a long weekend in Canada or so it seems. Voting should require a Social Insurance Number that is supported by a list of citizens developed from births and naturalizations. That info would be available in each SIN file – use it.
Well Tanker, after watching Elections Canada work,
“They’ll tell you elections down there are as honest and clean as here in Canada.” is true.
Our Elections are neither honest or clean, as Elections Canada is a Partisan Liberal Agency, which never finds Election Fraud..when they “investigate” themselves.
Also apparently only Conservative can violate the election rules in Canada.
I see Billy the commie is trying to beat out Dinkins as the worst mayor in US history.
The definition of insanity is to voting Democrat over and over again and expecting different results. – Alfred E. Einstein
Albert Einstein or Alfred E. Neuman??
The simple truth is, socialism can’t destroy anything; it’s designed to destroy; so the word “can” is not correct.
Socialism shall destroy any system it is introduced to. The only choice, is letting it in in the first place. After that, the fate of your condo board, school board, church, union, club, business, city hall, county, province, state, country, … is sealed.
I did read the other day. NY all of a sudden has plenty of apts for rent. Even the $$$ ones. So. I’m guessing a few folks have had enough. Now the bad part. Where ever they may go. Pray they leave their stupid lib voting ideas behind.
We’ve seen this entire movie before. In 1950, Detroit was the fifth largest city in the United States with a population of just under two million. Today, Detroit has less than 668,000. Two thirds of Detroit’s population has fled over the past 70 years. Its downward spiral is uninterrupted. The city has gone through one complete bankruptcy, losing its political autonomy to a state-appointed management.
Seventy years of essentially uninterrupted Democrat rule destroyed the world’s principle manufacturing centre of automobiles. It may take longer, but with two serially damaging Democrat mayors in a row, Bloomberg and De Blasio, NYC is on the same road to destruction. And the incompetence of a string of Democrat State Governors has not helped. The downward spiral accelerates when the people who can afford to leave do, leaving the city to the criminals and drug addicts. This in turn accelerates the departure of the remainder.
New York has three main industries: big finance; Broadway; and culture. All of them have been shut down by C-19. Big finances has discovered that business is even more successful when much or most of its skilled workforce works at home. The other two major industries are dead in NYC permanently.
The show is over. Bring down the curtain and bring up the lights.
The other two major industries are dead in NYC permanently.
Yup. After the phony plague started, the Saturday afternoon Metropolitan Opera broadcasts were dusted-off archive recordings of earlier performances. It looks like the lights at Lincoln Centre will be switched off for good.
“But remember, it’s all Donald Trump’s fault.”
A few months ago I was talking to a friend about the problems facing New York. He claimed he never watches CBC but his take was word for word what the US media broadcasts daily. When I suggested the governor and mayor are at least partly responsible for the crap going down he flipped out. He told me his hatred for Trump is so great that if he were a younger man he would probably attempt to assassinate Trump.
That is where we are at folks; ‘crazy’ aided and abetted by crazy media.
I’ve encountered people here in Canada who thoroughly despise and hate Prinz Dummkopf, but are quick to add, quite smugly, that at least he’s not Trump.
Canada: a country where logic goes to die.
I agree with you, nold. Except the media isn’t “Crazy”. They are acting out their role. The US media is essentially owned by six large corporations. Except for Fox, there is basically no relevant distinction among them in terms of their left-of-centre approach. Some are downright deceptive in appearance. We may have odd approvals for things like Disney, based on television specials, children’s programs, theme parks and old movies. But Disney is a highly voracious media conglomerate. Among other things, for example, it controls CNN.
We live in an age where old values are now obsolete. We were all brought up to think of a free and unfettered media as an essential adjunct to a free society. George Orwell would have disagreed. And he did. Think of the role of the media in the novel 1984. Think of a society where your television watches you. That’s our world now.
Remember O’Brien’s remarks in 1984. “The purpose of power is power.”
Trump played a big role in the economic renaissance of NYC by building the Trump Tower in what was then a crappy area of town, at 42nd and Lexington (near Madison Square Garden, if I recall correctly). If the person’s name had been anything but Trump, they’d probably be considered a hero to this day.
In DC, the owner of the basketball team built a new arena in a crappy area of town and completely revitalized it. What’s more, he built it with his own money. It’s where the Capitals, Wizards, and Georgetown Hoyas play under normal circumstances. Even posthumously the gentleman, Abe Pollin, is given a great deal of respect in DC. Unfortunately, the neighborhood where the arena is located has backtracked a bit in the past few years, but it’s nothing like it was before the arena showed up.
But I agree that NYC is forever changed. Now it’s got a lot of people looking to leave and people who wish they could. And as cdh noted earlier, two of the three big draws to the city are decimated and one is well on its way.
Canadians enjoy the worst media that Liberals can buy.
Cuomo and Kaiser Bill have successfully duplicated the stench and ruin of the 1970’s.
I am reminded of “The Simpsons” episode where Homer takes his family to New York. At least that was intentionally funny.
Maybe this is a big real-estate play. Drive down property values. Buy up cheap(er) buildings. Wait for the inevitable Democratic defeats. Enjoy huge returns in about a decade once new Republican administrations (city, maybe even state) clean up the place.
Gee whiz…a lot of light hearted comments here. Maybe you should watch that video again.
Wakey up folks…
