   The fact is that the “twitter crowd” has no power, ZERO – without the backing of traitorous “adults” that run the system.

   1. Exactly. Those traitorous adults are the career politicians who need to protect their office by pandering to the noisy mob. Ridding the political system of career politicians via term-limits would be a sensible starting point, and possibly the only way to salvage what remains of western democracy.

3. Interesting. I can’t see any proper grounds for dismissal. Silly fellow had an excellent damages claim until he resigned. His employment contract will undoubtedly confirm that.

   Imagine the left resigning because former students didn’t like factual data. 🙂

4. The charge …the professor touted Michigan State research that found police are not more likely to shoot African-Americans.
   The real crime …sharing content on genetic differences among different races.
   The intent …a chilling effect on academic freedom…

5. Why would the UNION & Administration not be sued…..Malicious intent has consequences…. He has SOME time to make a claim for financial damages & only a fool would not have damages….

   1. Much better case for damages had he been fired. Resigned opens a likely indeterminate ‘he said she said’ case.
      No guts, no glory.

7. The Bible does tell us that we shall know the truth and the truth shall set us free. I somehow think that the latter part didn’t mean being out of a job.

9. Sure sounds like he should press charges of anti-Asian discrimination with federal authorities plus sue them for $100 million for blatant racism in firing.

   1. You can use racism(diversity) in hiring.
      You can use racism in student selection(affirmative action).
      Asians are barely ahead of White people on the racism expiation scale.
      For a winning case he needs an identity boost.
      Maybe some lesbian or trans self-identification.
      Or a Democrat membership card.

They also stated, they removed Hsu for… “Controversial views, or, for inquiring about controversial topics, or for simply talking to controversial personalities…would also set a dangerous precedent inconsistent with the fundamental principles of “Modern Enlightened Higher Education”… Which I presume is educational doublespeak for “Coloring outside the lines of permitted norms”. Surely, the place for rational dialogue on any topic, but especially controversial ones, I would have thought to be, in the universities!

    Plus that last part about being, “Inconsistent with the fundamental principles of MODERN ENLIGHTENED EDUCATION” I also presume to mean, the dumbing down, and indoctrination of students into the leftist causes! In the next decade or two, these carefully educated students will be in positions of power in the real world. So yes, we are indeed royally screwed! Glad I won’t be around for that.
