  1. Nepotism has no place in governing a country. But here we are.
I cannot believe the kind of garbage that passes for government in this nation. I guess we do all deserve to starve and freeze to death, if this is the best Kanaduh has to offer.

    1. Isn’t she married to Morneau’s cousin?

You know, Bill Morneau, who rose to become the great corporate leader…at daddy’s company.

    2. Don’t worry, she has all the bad guys quaking in their boots. Seriously though, at some point these people must realise that they are a joke, right? I mean, how stupid must one be not to understand that you are totally incapable of your job. I know, some will say blissful ignorance or they have convinced themselves that they in fact are good at their job.

However, deep down, in the middle of the night the truth must surface to themselves.

Yes, commissioner, you are a joke. No-one respects you, they are either using you and/or ignoring you be they certainly don’t respect you.

  2. Man, I’m white and not 6 feet tall. I definitely can not broad jump 6 feet. Pretty sure thats not systemic racism. Try your Luck(i) again.

Not to mention, there should be a minimum physical requirement to becoming a cop (or fireman). There’s a lot of bad hombres.

    1. Not sure I was EVER able to standing-jump 6ft. I appear to lack the “jumping bone”. And I’ve not been bred for such work … as when the Southern slave holders would breed the biggest buck, with the healthiest, strongest female slave to produce little slaves who could do the work of 3-average men (and jump long distances). I heard that from Jimmy the Greek. He put his own money on the line for his historic knowledge.

In accordance with this rule alone, ALL the RCMP’s should be Somali immigrants or descendants of American slaves who “emigrated” during the VietNam war.

      Right?

      1. Memories fails me. I know I was close to it, but I am not sure which way. I know I had a 42″ vertical. But that only got me to within 6″ of the basket. I was only 5’3″, but jumping flat footed under a standard 8′ ceiling, I could put my forearm flat against the ceiling.
        Now, I have a vertical of 2″.
I hope you will pardon me for bragging on whatever physical accomplishments. I don’t think God ever intended me to be an athlete. But with all due modesty even if I have squandered His intellectual gifts, I think I have achieved more than my due in sports and games, considering my scrawny body and terrible eyesight.
But definitely a requirement of standing broad jump of 6′ is systemic racism in the approved direction.

    2. John Davis, You realize that by using the antiquated term ‘fireman’ you could lose your job or even your family. :0)

    1. I would have thought that jumping broads would have been sexist at the very least.

  3. I’ll start.

The Official Languages Act. Ensuring that if you’re not French (or Chinese) the greatest heights you can aspire to be in the federal civil service is being the IT guy who does all the actual work in an office of 20 people, with no possible chance of promotion because he can’t speak French like a drunk from Abitibi.

My ex-wife complained daily about the minion she inherited when she took a job doing SFA in a government agency. The “technician” was clearly doing all the actual work, had been for years, didn’t need my ex’s help, and in a sane world would have held my ex’s job—and earned her salary. The issue was that the “technician” didn’t speak French and my ex did.

Then my ex whined about how bitter her minion seemed.

    1. Bruce Lee could have done it, so Asians are good. Next will be jumping hoops 3 in a row to make RCMP qualification.

  4. I used to be able to jump six feet when I was a racist. I’m 84 now and can no longer jump 6 feet, so my racism is cured.

    1. I haven’t been able to jump anything in many years so I can’t possibly be racist, that includes broads.

  5. I’m sure the whole point of jumping 6 feet is that it is not accomplishable by other than the best athletes. It is likely a test on whether people are persistent and don’t give up. Lucki is lucky she is head of the RCMP because she is so dumb.

The answer to the question about systemic racism in the RCMP is there is none. There may very well be individual cases but I’m sure that when a cop’s life or well being is at issue they don’t spend a lot of time deciding whether to take down the scumbag. The scumbag goes down.

You have to wonder how much time Lucki spent cracking Indian heads in northern Saskatchewan or did Lucki get promoted by making her superiors luckier?

    1. I lost all respect for our law enforcement and military many years ago when they all became nothing more than laboratories for social engineering. But, I guess that is the goal of the left: to gradually de-legitimize traditional institutions such as the RCMP, police and Armed Forces. It’s shameful and embarrassing that we’re even talking about such crap.

      1. 1’ve had some interesting discussions and “interactions” with Arse Cee’M Peein over the years, in places you would think were too far from the office. Just think of them as another Sibble Serpent money siphon. Their “pension plan” owns old folks homes, where the only income that pays for it are CPP and OAS. Full circle on money to .GOV.
        Kan-eh-duh.

  6. Not RCMP but systemic racism in Canada’s legal system.
    The Gladue report.
IIRC Section 718 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
People are treated differently based on being native or not.

    1. Thing is … most Natives are different than the white-eyes. They have different mannerisms and values. They ARE different. Black people are most often different as well … values, culture … that is what makes the world interesting … the variety of beings who inhabit it.

The left want to homogenized us all … one big grey line of miserable human beings serving the state.

Young people have been taught to promote that grey line .. because they are so vapidly stupid, they are now passionate about destroying our world.

Kill all the young people! .. no wait … kill all their teachers and profs! No wait .. kill all the lawyers too! … and maybe some politicians! …

no … not really .. the answer is to get rid of all the white people

      … then

      Nirvana.

  7. One of my favorite cartoons of all time was from the early 80’s, a simple rendering of the front of a movie theater.

    Theater 1 : “White Men Can’t Jump”

Theater 2 : “Black Men Can’t Get a Job That Doesn’t Involve Jumping”

In these current times, the only “systemic racism” in Canada is from the race-baiting left itself.

  8. Just pulling the curtain back on the incompetent people PM Blackie has put in place,,, but at least she has a vagina,,, right!

  9. “Broad jumping”….. isn’t that an offensive term and, if so, why hasn’t the various social media services been lit up with outrage?

    1. ‘cis gendered and non-cis gendered jumping’ seems much more appropriate, you damned systemic racist.

      I’m old school, I’m a non-systemic racist.

  10. Isn’t it racist to assume only certain races are less capable than others?
Or sexist to presume women incapable of growing as tall as a man?

As was pointed out to me previously, if the person at the top says there is a systemic problem, it’s not the individual responsible but a matter of being directly from the top. This would make the top person ultimately responsible and if the new rules prescribe the one responsible get canceled, well then …. it’s time for the commissioner to resign.

  11. Does anyone have any questions remaining why the RCMP went from being one of the most respected police forces in the world to a laughingstock? Didn’t think so.

    Let’s hope Alberta does better.

  12. The RCMP have a systemic preference for hiring non-White candidates. That is racism, and it is systemic.

  13. Lucki is a perfect example of intersectionality: Systemic Reverse Discrimination AND Peter Principle.

  14. She is so perfect.
The best the Liberals could chose.
Perfect sample of Delusions of Adequacy.

We need to get separated from these fools before we really get hurt.

I note ,so far there has not been one definition of “Systemic Racism” from those insisting “it is real”.
    The Indian Act is Systemic.
The weird exclusions for natives created by the Supreme Court are also systemic.
    Affirmative Action is Systemic.

All Liberal ideas made law by Liberals.
So are the Liberals the Systemic racists?
    I think so.

I could get real offended by the guilty trying to punish me for their acts.

  15. The term systemic racism means the following to me:
    1. the person using the term has no clue what it means, aside from having no evidence in the first place.
    2. that virtue signaler just revealed they think they’re racist. They may be but that doesn’t mean I am, and I’m not.

No, I won’t complain or apologize to anyone who thinks they’re a racist but somehow salves that by believing we all are.
Those who bleat unconscious bias think they are mind readers who know better than the person does are prejudiced.
This will solve nothing anyway. There is no easy way out, where your desired outcome in life is your right.
The Marxists only support minorities, such as tagging on LGTBQ to their keep the blacks in their place, dying in gang wars.
As Jesus said you will know the false prophet by their fruits. BLM doesn’t care at all about black on black violence.
If they don’t get what they want they’ll burn the institutions down. They want to destroy civil society. How is that a race issue?
Everybody knows it isn’t, especially the DeMarxists. Hopefully Independent voters do too, though my confidence is not strong.

    1. Back in the day cops were reasonably tough. In high school I saw a kid brush off a cop in the local pool hall. The kid did a nice arc as he bounced off the wall. The kid then talked to the cop. Cops are now a lot of girls and men that wished they were. No fistfights – they draw and fire.

      1. Isn’t that a part of why people get shot? Bigger criminals? Smaller cops? Just speculating of course.

  16. Wow!
It’s not just racism and systemic racism we have to worry about, there are other problems much more nefarious than those.
    She’s a Systemic Racism Denier.
Did you see how she didn’t come up with any examples of systemic racism?

    How dare you!

  17. Post Millennial reports that a senior aide to one of Blackie’s cabinet ministers, is calling for the RCMP to be abolished.

  18. Seems to me the Quebec controlled Canadian Government overall is systemically racist! Preferential treatment for native people! Preferential treatment for visible minorities! Preferential treatment for Quebecer’s! Preferential treatment of BLM and black looters! Preferential treatment for allowing Muslim females to keep their faces covered on ID’s, Licenses, and passports! Preferential treatment to allow Sikh’s to not wear helmets for motorcycles and bicycles, and construction etc! However, if you are white, you are SOL!

Legislating different laws for different segments of the same society creates dissent, division, and animosity and is systemically racist, intentional or not! As for the RCMP, all I can think of, is allowing only Muslim females to wear Hijabs, and Sikh Males to wear a turban with their uniforms is racism in reverse, but because it’s reversed it doesn’t count, right? Remember, “only white people can be racist” Right? (sarc off)

  19. That a bull-dike can’t think is no surprise. Soon men will start going public about her raping them.

  20. After hearing her speak so eloquently, with such a depth of knowledge of the subject, I feel hugely relieved. With her heading the RCMP, we are in good hands. I will sleep better tonight, knowing she is on that wall protecting all of us.

We all owe Prime Minister Justin Trudeau a huge debt of gratitude for his strong leadership and foresight, for appointing such an amazing leader of our RCMP. As Toby Keith said………I am an RCMP……sleep in peace tonight……

    Cheers,

    Peter

  21. The virtue of systemic racism is that, if you could point to a specific example, it wouldn’t be systemic! The fact that she couldn’t cite one proves the charge.

  22. She speaks with the same halting cadence as our illustrious Prime Minister. Almost like they both got training in public speaking from the same place.

  23. The people of the British Commonwealth are known for fair-mindedness, accommodation, self-reflection and cooperation. That these qualities could be turned against Caucasians and their cohorts is a refection of the accuser, not the accused. Their willingness to blame themselves as a group and not the few individuals within that abuse others is the hallmark of a culture that wants to heal itself. This moral uprightness and self-criticism must not be confused with the motives of others who stand to gain by blaming whites. Blaming is a symptom of social pathology or at least immaturity, and making others wrong is not the same as being wrong. These are the tactics of fighting, of adversarial name-calling, of winner-take-all triumphalism, not of collaboration and cooperation. So which group is to blame and which is response able?

The only systemic racism in Canada is this: Aboriginals are a class of Canadians based on race; their Treaty Card entitles them to certain benefits provided by taxpayers not available to taxpayers (you are disqualified); First Nations are first class citizens in Canada exempt from paying taxes (that is, a “free ride”) because they are sovereign whereas Taxpayers are second class citizens (and not sovereign). Taxpayers are condemned to vote for career politicians (a classification which didn’t exist in 1867) that serve their own interests and are not “representative” (they have no real-world experience except contrived popularity) thus proving Lord Acton’s dictum; taxpayers are not sovereign (just try not paying your taxes on the premise you are a “sovereign individual”). Therefore systemic racism is plainly visible for all the world to see in Canada and we live in a defacto apartheid country. How do you like it so far? If you too are dissatisfied we have a politically acceptable solution: separation from the rest of Canada. Just the threat of that has altered the spirit of the British North America Act for Quebec and made the Canadian news reportage unintelligible to the majority of North Americans.

When a marriage in civil society is not working for both parties, divorce is a possibility (and half of married couples chose that option). Why must Albertans continue in an unhappy, abusive, and corrupt relationship with central Canada? The children have already been forced to leave home to find work; we have been denied the guarantee enshrined in the Alberta Act of 1907 that our exports be accessible to tide water; the tag-team of Pierre and Justin have already demonstrated what the rest of Canada thinks of the value of our provincial exports; resource extraction and farming are anathema to The Big Lie of man-made global warming and our postmodern political administration; the future for Alberta is no better than that of an abused spouse.

Pay attention to the electoral results of our giant to the south in November. If the flawed but effective Donald Trump gets re-elected, we have a promise of resource export via the moribund Keystone Pipeline from Hardisty AB to Morgan MT and thereafter the world. If the Americans can save us while the Rest of Canada turns up their noses at our backward ways, lets surprise ourselves and break free. The world is changing so lets change with it. If we are deplorable racists, lets fire the Plantation Overlords and flee.
