@Barnes_Law — it appears the #RogerStone judge already denied a new trial despite evidence of the juror bias, demanded the motions be filed under seal to keep key details hidden from the public, and implicitly threatened Stone with prison if he talked about it.
Meanwhile, it emerged that U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson had denied a defense request to strike a potential juror who was Obama-era press official with admitted anti-Trump views — and whose husband worked at the same Justice Department division that handled the probe leading to Stone’s arrest. And, another Stone juror, Seth Cousins, donated to former Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke and other progressive causes, federal election records reviewed by Fox News show.
Makes you wonder how one sided things were before the internet, doesn’t it?
That being said. Stone did commit crimes, and should have a penalty applied appropriately. That word, “appropriately,” is the thing with which I have a problem. The DOJ wasn’t being appropriate in their sentencing recommendation. And, I have no doubt that the Judge will stumble over that word as well.

One of his “crimes” he was convicted on was false sworn testimony. He swore that he sent a text. He actually sent a email. Gotcha!

Did Stone hire the same incompetent and conflicted lawyers as Flynn before he woke up and retained Sidney Powell?

Plus, the “judge” issued a publication ban and gag order. How convenient, justice in a vacuum, what everybody wants?
