I shouldn’t be too hard on him. Several years ago, a Minnesota ham I spoke to a number of times activated a special events station to mark the centenary of Humphrey’s birth. I got a nice verification card for my contact via satellite.
IMO primaries often go from delegate to delegate focusing on them in succession. They get a look and a blip of popularity and then usually fade away. But every now and then they catch fire and take the nomination.

I wouldn’t count out Klobuchar just yet. Now that harris is toast and warren just dynamited her campaign while Biden has negative momentum. Much of the party wants a moderate who can push back against Trump. Klobuchar might fit the bill..,

In my part of the USA, kamala raises very little attention. Where I live, there are people that slept and blew their way to the top. We have people that drive drunk and always get off. We seem to have more than our share of thieves.
However, we don’t vote for those people to work in serious jobs. We try to point out to our kids that choices have consequences. I will never vote toward the lefties and socialists. They are a bunch of candidates who believe they can lie, plagiarize, whore around, steal, slander, practice those stellar qualities in the open and act as though they are moral.
