Another #WalkAway Story

This free thinking young woman scares the hell out of the Democrats, the MSM, and the NPCs. It’s hard to believe that the first instinct of some people, watching this video, is to seek her out and destroy her.

  1. Actually, it is EASY to believe that is their first instinct. The tribe tolerates NO dissent. Witness the removal of Elizabeth Warren’s ads from Fakebook. Even SHE is not Communist enough for the tribe.

  2. It’s hard to believe that the first instinct of some people, watching this video, is to seek her out and destroy her.

Sad to say, after the events of the past several years, I don’t find it hard to believe at all.

  3. This is no average young person.
Checked out her two-year old Youtube videos.
    World traveller.
    Smart lady.
    Thinking Minds.
    Leftists worst fear.

    1. I think she is a cunned stunt. It only took *3 months*??? The non-stop media bias and hustle has been obvious for at least two decades now. And with the internet, nobody can claim to be uninformed anymore

I know, I know – we should all be happy that she woke up and smelled the coffee. But hell’s bells – if 8 years of Obama doesn’t convince you that the left is full of chit …

      1. It took David Horowitz until he was 35, and, only because a radical group he was helping murdered an innocent woman, to walk away from Marxism.

Good for her to have the courage to act on the truth.

      2. Now, now, we all have our aged levels of waking up (not to be confused with the ‘woke’ evil ideology). For instance, my awareness of what she has now realized began in the 1970s.

And I never was not a Marxist to begin with.

  4. Not hard at all. Scientology has solution 45 for apostates, (Colt .45 ACP) for people who left or tried to leave the cult. They have 35,000 lawyers scanning news, TV, everything, looking for anyone saying anything bad about scientology 24/7/365.

Why would you think the cult of Marx would be any different? Brainwashing doesn’t stick, unless it gets reinforced every minute of every day.

  5. Breaking away from the cult is no walk in the park. I think she knew progressives were toxic much earlier but needed time to build trust and understanding that Trump’s on a much better path. Heck I was a Cruz supporter and needed a couple of months to fully come around to Trump’s way of dealing with others. This is how to save America: one individual’s heart at a time.

  6. Why Trump wins?
He asks only for support for what he is doing.
He does not ask for ideological orthodoxy.

  7. It’s a combination of things. A lot of these “refugees” from the other side of the aisle see this as a chance to fulfill a dream. What dream is that, you ask? Well, to be highlighted as a victim. This has been drilled into them. Being a victim is a goal. It’s curious that a Lefty (who needs safe spaces and refuses debate because they honestly believe that countering opinions are battery) can then “escape” and seem to relish the negativity that follows. They publicize it…discuss it…bask in it. The example above. First she does a facebook post. Then she follows it up with a Youtube post.

A normal human being has their values, ideology etc. They don’t need to announce it to the rest of the world unless an ulterior motive exists. In this case, attention…and the Holy Grail of achieving “victim status.”

  8. Always interesting and fun to hear stories of Democrats and Leftists awakenings. However, I might caution this cute young girl (OK, woman) to keep “researching” and studying the universe. No, not because she is a Buddhist… I actually have much respect for practicing Buddhist’s and have worked very closely with several of them. Despite what you may think, I am not a pushy, proselytizing Christian. Everyone is on their own journey with God and has to come to a place of spirituality from the inside-out.

But she needs to keep “researching” her Big-L Libertarianism. She should reconsider her rather orthodox statement that “America should not be the world’s policeman”. Yeah, that’s a slogan which has really resonated in the shallow minds of many. To which, I would ask … what if your own little town had NO police force? What do you think would happen? All your neighbors join hands and sing happy songs of Gaia? Or would … “The path of the righteous man become beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men.? She is engaging in a little bit of a fantasy world. Without America “policing” the world … Every little Hitler in training would be firing missiles at weaker nations, and the national boudaries of the world would be redrawn faster than Google Maps could keep pace. Sadly, the whole world is in need of a policeman. And the world should thank God that America and her “good” Allies are the ones doing the policing. Have the policemen been perfect? Of course not. Should the policeman be nation-building? Nope. But without the constraint and restraint of our policing (military AND economic) power … Iran would be rolling over it’s neighbors … and Russia? China? Total chaos and WAR.

This girl (woman) got close to understanding this when she talked about the border. She reluctantly acquiesced that Trump’s defense of our border was temporarily necessary because the world is not currently a “fair” and “loving” place. The problem is … which probably stems from her Buddhist beliefs … is that she believes her idealized utopian nirvana can be created on earth … by man (or when womyn are in charge *snicker*). Hint: It cannot, nor will it ever. People will never achieve their idealized utopian dream, because we are flawed. And not even the gulags and death squads of central governments can force mankind’s “idealized” behaviour. Once she accepts this fact, she can grow and work to devise systems that constrain man’s anti-social impulses … such as border walls.

    1. Pity the “policeman” installed the Shah, direct cause of the current regime.

      1. Yeah … that was pretty awful when Iran was a thoroughly modern, Westernized, society under the Shah where Mercedes dealerships abounded and women earned college degrees. Yeah, the Shah should have capitulated to the “Holy” men calling for his head on a platter, and a Theocratic Govt. The Iranian people are sooooooo much better off … now that every husband can legally beat his wife … not just the Savak.

        1. That reminds me of when misguided women in Persia wore chadors over their miniskirts to protest against the Shah. When asked if they were serious about their new choice of fashion, they answered of course not, but it is symbolic of their support. Symbolic! Little did they realize. Just like all the feminists are finding out now that even three check marks on the victimhood list (lesbian female of color) are trumped by only one by the current fave (trans).

        2. Which makes me wonder why so many Middle Class Conservative Iranians fled the Shah’s Iranian Paradise to live in Europe?

Certainly not because they were extreme Muslims. They could not return to Iran following the fall of the Shah, they were not Muslim enough for the Ayatollah.

Possibly the lack of Freedom of Speech in both regimes?

          1. I have no doubt that your proposition is true … lack of freedom of speech by both regimes. However, since Khomeini said that “Democracy is the equivalent of prostitution” … I’d rather take my chances with the Shah.

In my experience ALL the conservative Persians (they won’t even ‘identify’ as Iranian) I have known, fled WITH the Shah to avoid life (read: death) in prison under the Ayatollah.

I have never met a single Iranian who fled the Shah. Perhaps those types all fled to Europe … like the Ayatollah Khomeini.

        3. Under the Ayatollahs:
“Iran has highest ratio of female to male undergraduates in the world, according to UNESCO. Female students have become prominent in traditionally male-dominated courses like applied physics and some engineering disciplines.”

But the women have been too successful, so the powers that be are about to reduce the female presence from 65% to less than 50%.

“Under the new policy, women undergraduates will be excluded from a broad range of studies in some of the country’s leading institutions, including English literature, English translation, hotel management, archaeology, nuclear physics, computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering and business management.”

And, again, an exodus of talent from Iran to Western Universities.

          (Quotes: Daily Telegraph)

        4. I am not in favour of the current Iranian regime.
I merely state that the overthrow of the Mossadegh regime was ill advised.
The USof A put the kaibosh on our Suez Canal adventure, why not do the same to our Iranian regime change?

(Yes, I, too, prefer ‘Persia’ to ‘Iran’. I also prefer Constantinople to Istanbul. )

          1. I don’t disagree with you … it’s just that I find it hard to choose one form of Dictatorship over another. I suspect that the most important component of a Dictatorship is … the people … not the Leader. If the people “accept” their abuse, then they get what they are too lazy to overthrow.

In the case of Iran, they overthrew one tyrant just to accept another

        1. Yep. 100% and I loathe Carter because of what he did … and CONTINUES to do for Radical Extremist Islam. He can NEVER build enough habitats for humanity to erase the number of deaths he’s directly caused.

    2. Yes, she is a little naive about some issues but overall she is on the right track.

  9. yep.
nuthin like a ‘reformed sinner’, the most ardent, outspoken.
I said this about myself in front of a group just last nite.

  10. major reason I believe the Donald is like NONE OTHER:
he did NOT need a friggin PENNY from the establishment for his campaign.
he is NOT ‘cottening’ to ANYONE for same. does NOT owe ANYBODY ‘favours’.

    1. Wrong!! He owes … ME!! And every VOTER who colored-in the bubble next to his name. I have NEVER had a bond … so direct … and so STRONG between MY Candidate and myself. Trump owes US!! And he is paying off in spades.

There are NO middlemen between MY President and me.

  11. “It’s hard to believe that the first instinct of some people, watching this video, is to seek her out and destroy her.”

Collectives don’t like it when their slaves run away and escape.

(Islam is a prime example. Leave Islam and one puts one’s life in one’s hands.)
