The Left’s probably in part still pissed at the Duke because he was an important figure in Ronald Reagan’s fight to keep the Screen Actor’s Guild from becoming a puppet union of the communists in the 1940’s which preserved some integrity in Hollywood until the end of it’s golden age in the early 60’s. Times have changed and so have popular views in society but I don’t think there’s anything John Wayne believed that was much different than many other men of his day. It’s telling how binary snowflakes are in making moral judgements and how unwilling they are to take into account historical context. That’s the product of a lazy conformist mind which of course is exactly what those who run the progressives want as their most obedient red book preaching soldiers.

      1. Just get google to scan all the documents and put it on the net. No need for an Obama library. It’s carbon footprint, including construction, would be too high.

        Although if they do build one it should be heated, powered, and air conditioned by solar power electricity.

  3. I would argue that the most interesting thing about the LGBT haters of John Wayne … is where they insert their male sexual apparatus. Or where they shove the silicone replica penis into one another. I’m not being crude, for shock value (God knows, such activities don’t ‘shock’ anyone anymore), but I am pointing out the PRIME CHARACTERISTIC of the LGBT. It’s their sex acts. That is the CENTER of their identity and lives. It’s not their ‘culture’, or their ‘achievements’, or ‘families’ … but their primary identity is astroglide and gaping bungholes. Or the Lesbian equivalent. There’s nothing else on which they self-identify.

    Never ONCE in my herterosexual life, before and after marriage, did I ever parade around in public declaring how and where I used my biological tool. It’s been FUN, for sure … but I don’t have an acronym to describe my sex play. An acronym that I wield as a weapon against at least 92% of the general public.

    Enjoy your “superior” porking of one another, which is quite biologically aberrant. Oh … and if you can manage the contortion … go fkcu-yourselves!

  4. The problem is not John Wayne, the problem is that today’s males are no balls, no spine semi effeminate losers.

    They are dysfunctional low testosterone heavily brainwashed sheep.

    And that is because I feel I should be polite, other wise i would say what I really think of them.

  5. On the other hand, if the left had any intelligence, it might remind people of when the Duke appeared on Laugh-In dressed in a bunny suit. The story I heard was that he did it on purpose just to poke fun at his tough-guy image.

    By the way, Richard Nixon was on the show as well while he was running for President. From what I remembered, all he said was “Sock it to me?”
