Former Donald Trump lawyer Michael Cohen issued new denials on Thursday that he was in Prague, in the Czech Republic, during a period of time in 2016 when an anti-Trump intellignce dossier’s author wrote that he met there with Russian agents about how to interfere with the presidential election.

His flat rejection came after McClatchy reported that a cell phone belonging to him was detected near Prague during the late summer months before Trump beat Hllary Clinton. The story was based on four separate sources with independent contacts in unnamed intelligence circles.

What sort of adversary would do such a thing?

There was a Michael Cohen in Czech, problem was it wasn’t Trumps Cohen.
This was key to exposing the weaponization of the US intelligence agencies.
Someone plugged in a search for Cohen into NSA (I think) database and got the hit.
That was fed back to Steele to include in his dossier.
Problem being that Trumps Cohen was never there.
So how can it be that “the Russians” told Steele?

Intelligence fields verify the source as well as the information. If the same source is giving the information to four different agencies or media outlets, that is still single source information and virtually worthless.
