Michelle Obama used ornaments praising Chairman Mao during the first year of the Obama presidency – but that was “cool and edgy”.

Michelle Obama decorated the White House “Holiday” tree with tampons. Something about women or whatnot … not the way I would “celebrate” women … but was I shocked? No. I am way past being shocked by these people. More like … meh. Gross.

We should not be too critical of her true facial appearance in the bottom photo. It is not nice. Obviously the masks she wears in her other photos are disguises to hide the real Carly.
I saw a virtual tour of last year’s White House decorations by Melania. They were beautiful — reminded me of growing up in northern Quebec. I expect this year’s will be equally tastefully done.
I’d love to live in a world where Mrs. Trump COULD use the skulls of her husband’s enemies as Christmas decorations.
The media might actually be civil to her then.

You know … the greatest holiday decorations I ever experienced in my life were my own grandmother’s. She always had the most beautiful tree EVER. It was a thing of beauty, decorated with hand collected German and Swedish glass ornaments from the 1920’s. Absolutely beautiful and eclectic. She always had a noble fir, flocked, tree that looked heavy with snow – gorgeous. Below the tree she had a miniature picket fence that formed the boundary for a gorgeous “snow” base to the tree (Dacron ticking, if I recall correctly). The snow was covered with winter scenes that included a mirror which held cast iron skating figures … absolutely beautiful!
Nothing I have ever seen came close to my (anal retentive) grandmothers Christmas tree. It was a work of art. So whenever I see someone else’s tree decorations … it just doesn’t measure up. Esp. “Theme trees” … no matter how good the designer … never achieve the quality of grandmas tree.
But does that mean I sneer at other trees, and critique them … Of course not. Only insecure, angry, self-hating, LOSERS do that.
This typical, predictable, leftist “outrage” over the First Lady’s Christmas decorations reminds me of what happened to my family at Christmas 1974. We had put up our traditional Christmas lights on the house in early Dec. … and after a couple of evenings … our next door neighbor knocks on our door and TELLS US … to TAKE DOWN OUR CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS!!! Why? The oil embargo by Saudi Arabia. Our neighbor said “we were wasting precious, valuable “peak oil” resources with our garish display for Christ”. We almost came to blows as my father told this prick where to stick his head. The neighbor said we were not “conserving” and were not being very “environmental”. That Christ wouldn’t be so greedy with energy wastage. That’s how these losers think. They just Love to tell other people what to do. Because they are soooooo much wiser and nobler than you.
Evidently the “Christmas Killahz” are so full of warmth, love and affection; that they feel the need to tell others they are not celebrating with sufficient fervor or ‘planet orthodoxy’.
Another misguided killjoy on the prowl…
