This video is a bit old, dating back to the Spring of 2017, but it’s just as apropos today. It features a segment from the TV show of Jimmy Dore, a definite man of the left, but one who doesn’t walk in lock-step with the official narrative of the Democrat Party. In this episode, Dore and his guests explore the obsession that MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow has with the Russia-Trump collusion theory, frequently referencing this piece by The Intercept. Dore explains how this obsession with Russia was merely a cover-up for the Democrats’ extreme incompetence during the 2016 election campaign and, in doing so, risks starting World War 3 with Russia. While the latter may indeed to hyperbole on the part of Dore, the fact is that blaming another group for your own foibles is a tried & true technique throughout history; one which often ends in disaster.
Another tried & true technique throughout history, particularly leftist history, is to raise an unbroken hue and cry accusing your enemies of what you, in fact, are doing.
Why did the Bolsheviks call themselves the Bolsheviks? Because they knew that they were actually the Mensheviks, so they went around screaming “Menshevik! Menshevik!” and the actual Bolsheviks.

Keep in mind that this whole “Russia” thing has morphed (in the minds of the average LIV) into some sort of strange hacking of voting machines or skewing results.
All that really happened was that somebody released emails showing how crooked HRC and the Dems were in their campaign to support Hillary and shaft Bernie.
Interesting that Rachel & co. don’t seem in the least concerned with what the emails showed about what Hillary DID!
All they care about is who initially obtained those emails.
But the real issue is not who obtained them or released them, but what they say about what HRC and the Dem brass were DOING! And what they were doing was a lot more dangerous to the (true) democratic process than simply shining a light on their actions, which is all those emails did.
Funny how the blatantly evil actions of HRC, as revealed in those emails, gets a pass.
But if that “Russia” crap comes up around the water cooler, ask the pontificators what they think Russia actually DID, and remind them of what those released emails show about what HRC actually DID, and ask why bringing that into the light of day was such a bad thing. Even tho we all know the Russians had nothing to do with it…more likely a poor soul who paid with his life in a so-called robbery attempt.
I thought the public should know about candidates…. what is so bad about revealing how candidates are conducting their campaigns?
