Things You’re Gonna See On The CBC

Sounds legit;

The CBC is standing by its reporting on a self-described human rights tribunal that is “indicting” the Canadian government for alleged abuses and “genocide” in the residential school system, despite failing to note that the group’s lead prosecutor has a suspended law licence and that the organization has no legal authority in Canada.

  1. Human Rights Tribunal
Yeah, sounds like Mao’s Cultural Revolution to me … “CRIMINAL!! You Catholics colonists are CRIMINALS!!!

  2. Can we please defund all of the media? If they cannot survive on their own, tough noogies!

If government support is needed for anything, don’t do it if it isn’t viable without!

Ain’t rocket science. One reason why we’re circling the toilet once the government gets involved.

    1. The media can survive without handouts. Look at Rebel, Juno, Blacklocks, etc.

  3. So is the riff raff who’ve been torching churches going to turn their attention to those who funded the entire operation? and begin to torch gov’t buildings?

  4. (pssst CBC, for youre own good SHADDUP. let me remind you a political/social commentary production YOU produced ”This Hour has 7 Days’ incessantly poked fun at the govt of the day, you know, ‘the hand that fed it’ and was summarily dropped from the airwaves after a ‘phone call’.
youre doing it again, bringing criticism and embarrassment on the ones holding the purse strings.)

  5. Here’s the CBC story. Not sure why Juno News didn’t provide a link:

    https://www.cbc.ca/news/indigenous/ppt-residential-school-survivors-testimony-9.7212210

The story desribes the tribunal as follows:

The Permanent People’s Tribunal is an independent international court of opinion that has investigated human rights abuses globally since 1979.

And here is the tribunal’s website:

    https://permanentpeoplestribunal.org/?lang=en

“Court of opinion”? More like exercise in propaganda. What a joke.

    1. Of course it’s a exercise in propaganda, it was founded by a communist, to attack any non-communist regimes in Latin America.

Search for China on their site, and you’ll find 1 mention

  6. Written by “Joy SpearChief-Morris”.

Holy O Fck, now thats a handle.

Wonder how she feels about all the Beach-shitters and Vest-clackers, but more so the Spear-chuckers we’re importing to the Turtle Turd Island Colony.

  7. Dystopia demonstrated. Fake causes take precedence over reality, Carney appoints an avowed Jew hater masquerading as an Israel critic who has clearly demonstrating an anti-Israel bias, to “combat antisemitism:”

2 Jun.26, Jerusalem Post “Carney appoints denier of Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ terror status, encampment lawyer to antisemitism council.”

“In response to rising antisemitism in Canada, Prime Minister Mark Carney announced a new racism advisory board on Monday and tasked it with assessing antisemitism in the country.”

However, the board included among its members a politician who had previously rejected describing the Aqsa Martyrs Brigades as a terrorist organization, along with a lawyer who had represented anti-Israel encampment activists.”

And many, many, many other bigoted remarks that make him the exactly wrong choice, revealing
    the Lieberal way. Maple Maoists.

  8. I have just finished reading ‘Dead Wrong’, the sequel to ‘Grave Error’. It should be required reading for the CBC and the rest of the MSM.

I found the book to be very bad for my blood pressure. It lays out in great detail the appalling refusal of politicians, the MSM and many others to ask even basic questions about these preposterous stories about the IRS system.

    1. sometimes l wish someone wd do the ‘one time free access’ thing, blow past the paywall, then do a copy and paste here.
l was able to do this for a time by clicking on the ‘archive’ button on google search results but thats gone now.
      any takers?

  9. genocide
    I said, “Genocide.”
Do I need to say it louder? GENOCIDE!!11!1!

and the only thing annihilated was the residential school system

  10. Here’s the decision handed down by the Permanent People’s Tribunal:

    https://permanentpeoplestribunal.org/ppt-preliminary-declaration-57th-session-on-missing-and-disappeared-children-and-unmarked-graves-in-canada/?lang=en

And here’s a quote from it:

The panel of judges is composed of Frances Webber (United Kingdom) and Valmaine Toki (New Zealand), who served as co-chairs, together with Carlos Beristain (Spain), Carlos Castresana (Spain), Katsi’tsakwas Ellen Gabriel (Canada), Seánna Howard (Canada-United States), and Andrew Woolford (Canada).

The prosecution team was led by Christa Big Canoe, Sarah Glickman, Brianna Rowe (Aboriginal Legal Services) and Alisa Lombard (Lombard Law) who were in charge of presenting the indictment and the evidence.

Notice anything missing? No defense! Just a prosecution. Astonishingly, the judges found the accused guilty.

    1. Notice anything missing? No defense! Just a prosecution.

And no bodies! Don’t forget the bodies!
We’re $12 million in the hole and still waiting for someone to dig up the first body!

    2. Christa Big Canoe? I’d paddle her bum any time! Sorry, don’t mind me, after 36 hours continuous drinking I got carried away…
