There were no arrests despite damage to private property. And, they very easily could have been charged with violating the Noise Ordinance (which in that neighborhood is 55 decibels at that time of evening…carrying a $500 fine and up to 90 days in jail). Alas, repercussions for behavior is a thing of the past, which just encourages more bad behavior.
Judging by the draconian sentence the bike lock thug got, I would not hold my breath the Antifa goons will pay any price.
