This would have to be followed by the most massive blood letting in the civil “service” (all levels; fed, prov, muni, school boards, health boards, …) in the history of the universe.

It was my understanding that “healing lodges” were for native people to be in line with our special treatment for native offenders, and were to be run by natives for natives.
