What the hell just happened on Capitol Hill? The Senate Judiciary Committee was on track to barrel through the confirmation process for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh when, at the last moment, Arizona Senator Jeff Flake upset the applecart…or did he? On the way to the committee meeting, and after he had announced he would be voting “yes” to advance the nomination out of committee, Flake was cornered in an elevator by two sexual assault survivors. As senators were exchanging remarks ahead of the vote, Flake abruptly went over to friend Delaware Senator Chris Coons, a Democrat, and the two men absented themselves.

  2. One bizarre thing the Democrats tried to do was portray Kavanaugh as a teenage drunk. He was always at the top of his class at the best schools – he could not have been a drunk. From my experience, the people at the top of their class didn’t drink significantly. I did drink. I was in the bottom end of my class but did pick up a few degrees. Most of my drinking buddies flunked out with no degree.

  3. While one may feel sympathy for both plaintiff and defendant … there can be only ONE truth. One verdict. Guilty or Innocent. Judgements must be made … based on EVIDENCE both direct and indirect. And I do not believe Dr. Chrissy Hazy-Ford’s account of her assault … at all. Not the setting, not the parties involved, none of it. The only part of it that I do believe is her HS reputation for being a wild, drunken, slut … desperate for attention. Yes, she was likely sexually molestered … a LOT. Both conscious and unconscious. Over many, many, years … voluntarily. And I only know this because of snippets of her life story published prior to a sweeping PURGE of her entire life’s history and footprint from the internet. Why does someone simultaneously bring these charges into the public arena while ‘disappearing’ their personal identity? Her HS even disappeared her yearbook. Sheesh. You know the answer.

    So I completely reject the starting premise … that she is a “survivor” who must be heard and BELIEVED. Not necessarily. So while EVERYONE is giving her a wide berth … I am not. I refuse to check my brain at the door of political #meetoo correctitude. Instead, I will critique and analyze her “story” as I would any other legal case, as if I were a Juror. She’s not made her case … at all. Not even close.

    And that’s even before I begin evaluating her political activism and dedicated RESISTance to conservative SCOTUS candidates. Before I analyze DiFi and the DNC role in this sordid tale. Or the radical leftist and feminist legal cabal, or Planned Parenthood … et.al.

  5. You guys realize…not only did Ford’s own witnesses not back her up…Ford claimed that her best friend Keyser knew Kavanaugh…Keyser said Ford was lying, she doesn’t even know Kavanaugh

    ….and not one person has been able to present any evidence that Ford and Kavanaugh even knew each other….

    1. Is anyone surprised? I USED to worry about Islamic ‘Sleeper Cells’ throughout America … it appears as though we should have been worrying about the Leftist cells sleeping and being activated across our Democratic Landscape.

      And it needs to be noted that the general public is not invited to walk the halls and service corridors of the Capital. These shrieking activists (to be generous) had to have been invited, and cleared by some Democrap Politician. If we had a functioning Press … we’d already been told WHO admitted these Soros-funded disrupters … and how it was known to film them at the precise time of an elevator door being propped open. The Democraps have turned our hallowed cathedral of government into a den of thieves who STEAL our Democracy

          I still cannot wrap my head around the fact that Grassley didn’t have every single public Visitor who repeatedly screamed like harpies to be removed from the Senate Hearing … to CLEAR the Court as a Judge would do during any TRIAL if the public visitors were disruptive of court proceedings

          It reminds me of when I was a competitive soccer referee and refereed a top tournament in N.CA. And let me say that refereeing is something that you can only get better at doing by doing LOTS of games, and experiencing every new way that players and coaches break the Laws of the game. You have to experience it, to be prepared for it. In one particular game, two teams who knew each other quite well were facing off, and one of the teams was significantly … significantly … better than the other team. Their players more skilled, the system played more refined. Typically, in a situation like this the weaker team tries to neutralize their superior opponent by persistently fouling the best players. I was ready for this, and anticipated this. But I was wholly unprepared for what they actually did to neutralize their opponent – Serial substitutions.

          The tournament RULES allowed unlimited substitutions. So that’s what this POS coach did. He literally called for a substitution every 3 minutes of the entire first half. I had NEVER experienced this tactic before, and for a while I allowed it. Then I had a conversation with the coach saying that he was disrupting the game and to stop making repeated substitutions. He didn’t, and I didn’t. I was frozen between allowing him his “right” to make a substitution, and the Spirit of the game. At halftime, I told him that I would only be allowing substitutions when I deemed them necessary. So what did he do in the second half? He had his players fall down and fake injury every 3-minutes. He utterly RUINED the game, and managed to get a draw 0-0. I BLEW IT big time!! I should have sent-off the coach for ignoring my instructions, and for conduct outside the spirit of the game. I should have STOPPED his ruinous tactics. I didn’t, and I let the inferior team get a point by … CHEATING. “Winning” Ugly.

          This soccer coach did what the Demoncrap harpy’s were doing to the Kavanaugh Hearing. Disrupting it. Ruining the game. Breaking the Spirit of the game by using the Laws against the HONEST players of the game. Same with screaming Soros operatives in Flakes elevator. The capitol police need to LEARN to enforce the Spirit of the game. That EVERYONE has a RIGHT to a FAIR hearing … and to walk the halls of the Capital in peace.

        2. The Dems invited a lot of agitators to the hearing specifically for this purpose. Flake is more than just a squish, I’ll bet he colluded with the Dems so he could make this reversal. This is a conspiracy and needs to be treated as such.

    Ford is simply not believable and the question pertinent to this nonsense is why did she suffer in silence for all these years if it affected her so deeply? Shall we say timing is everything?

    1. As to her “suffering” … she is a full professor, which I will estimate nets her a $500k salary and full benefits. She owns a 2,000sq.ft. Home in Palo Alto that is valued at $3.8 million US dollars, she also owns a “beach house” in Aptos, CA valued at $2.2 million US dollars.

      Yeah, she is a tragic victim. Who can afford to “self-medicate” her affliction with surfing vacations to Polynesia

  11. So what is her problem? I suppose, if it were some sort of factitious disorder, there would be a pattern. Is it some sort of pathological hero complex? Something is wrong, if the demeanor, revealed at the hearing, is her normal demeanor.
    Bear in mind you have to be a real vile, malignant piece of work to go out of your way to destroy someone you barely know, based on so little.
    As for her supporters, there sure are a lot of women with “Daddy” issues. Sure makes you wonder.

  12. ms ford stated in her testimony that the incident in question was etched in her memory. One wonders why then did she have to read a script prepared by her lawyers to recall the alleged incident. I think an inquiry should be made to look for any large deposits made to ms ford’s bank account prior to he testimony. One thing is certain the democrats strong suit is character assassination.

  13. Here is my prediction. The FBI will find nothing (of course). They will make sound their nothing as appealing to dhimicrats as possible. A new false accuser will materialize on Wednesday. Murkowski, Collins or another flake will decide they are “credible”. A new investigation will be called. Vote will be further delayed. Lather, rinse, repeat until November.

    1. Thanks for this video. Very interesting. I was listening to Rush when she was testifying and he immediately picked up on her “up talk”. It makes her sound much much younger. Vulnerable little girl. Wouldn’t it be interesting if one of her many students were asked if that is what they had to endure during class? Is there a video perhaps of her teaching a class? Hard to believe that’s her normal way of talking.

    Well, here’s a credible source with nothing to gain. Unless you call treason in high places an ISSUE. For a devoted family man with a history of public service to his nation and his community, failure to be outraged at his accusers would mark him as subhuman. Kavanaugh stood up to those vermin with righteous anger at the devastation wrought upon his family. That gentleman is a fighter. This experience will inform his decisions in the future. The Americans who watched this spectacle WILL VOTE in November.

    1. Someone must tell John Brennan that no one cares any more what he thinks. His opinion on this is of no interest whatsoever. At least Obama still has a few fans, which must infuriate Brennan since he created Obama.

  16. This will only get worse. This mob is driven by a couple of things. One is their need for revenge for having their election stolen from them in 2016. The other is that they smelled blood in the water, even though they may have chummed it in themselves. If it turns out their line has been cut, and their big fish is gone, they will only become more outraged. But, it can only get worse.
    Justice Ginsburg is old enough to have dated Teddy Roosevelt. She’s well past her “best before” date. Two things are now in play. First, and you can abso-friggin’-lutely guarantee this: When Ginsburg kicks the proverbial bucket, Trump will be accused of her murder. The circumstances of her death will not matter. Pray fervently to your God that she doesn’t die alone in her sleep. Pray desperately that she suffers a fall in front of witnesses, and dies surrounded by machines that go beep.
    The first peep about murder will start somewhere like the comments board on HuffPost. Hillary will muse it at some gab fest, and Adam Schiff will take it mainstream. AND IT WILL BE CHAOS. It will get worse.
    Assuming that America doesn’t devolve into near-civil war, the notes have already been written regarding Trump’s next SCOTUS appointee. Letters have already been drawn up accusing him/her of everything from raping a baby to being on the grassy knoll to being the person who jimmied the steering linkage on Ted Kennedy’s Oldsmobile. No matter how outlandish the accusation, the talking heads of the MSM will look straight into the cameras and intone, with sincerely manufactured gravitas, the importance of national reflection in these times. They will talk about how it is vital to the future of the republic that proper measure be taken of the men who would sit in high offices.
    Think about this- I predicted Justin’s words on the death of Castro almost to the syllable. I hate being proven right, so pray that I’m wrong.

    One remembers one undercurrent that swept the run up to the 2008 US Presidential election about McCain being likely to die in office from old age, causing an unread rural woman to become POTUS by unfortunate default.

    RBG may be old, (that’s what the framers intended), and the Kavanaugh Senate hearings show that survivors of the confirmation process are as tough an old electrolux
