Jamie. I agree wholeheartedly. It seems that today you can get PTSD from a paper cut. I served 21 years in the RCMP and have PTSD from the many traumas I saw and experienced. No where near as severe exposure to trauma as CF personnel, but PTSD all the same. I’m managing well due to good doctors and a commitment to myself to do what I can to improve.

I served for 27 years (and PTSD attributable to me three tours in AFG – 20 months total) and released a few months after Justin got elected PM. No way I’d serve under that soy boy.

He doesn’t have PTSD what he’s experiencing is remorse over his crime, and is starting to grasp the depth and magnitude of his actions, the feeling he’s experiencing is called guilt. This is a completely human response for a heinous act of this level. That does not require treatment, it requires the perp to experience torment for the rest of his days.
