  1. my understanding is, the privileged idle aristocracy on horse back decided they could traipse all over the place on private land in pursuit of said terrified fox.
    for THAT reason alone I would find a way to have them ‘accidentally’ fall off said horse and break their goddamn ‘we’re different’ neck.
    fox hunting bears some similarities to bull fights.

      1. Steve, “traipsing all over private land”, says it all. Around here, I call up the fools who’s dogs were disoriented and damn near getting hit by cars, and then going on private property. Don’t know what has happened, but I haven’t seen a herd of dogs traipsing all over the place in the last couple of years.

        perhaps I need to make it clear for those who interpret to suit themselves.
        aka ‘all over the place on OTHER PEOPLE’S private land’

        and as far as feral cats, well, just do like Mao decided and wipe them out as a symbol of ‘the bourgeoisie’.
        then find a way to deal with huge numbers of rats and mice.
        he also did it with sparrows that got blamed for ‘dipping into’ the tree crops.
        then they had to deal with an infestation of flying insects.

  2. This makes it all too clear why there’s been little to no investigation into the grooming gangs who were abusing hundreds of children. There was simply no one left to investigate as they were all out hunting down Jack the (Feline) Ripper.

  3. Here on Van Island there was a similar problem with missing pets in SWPLburbia, mystery was solved when a bald eagle nest full of pet collars was found.

  6. If that’s true, bully for the foxes.

    Cats are parasites. All cats do is turn lawns into litterboxes, kill wildlife and have more cats. They are responsible for the destruction of a lot more species than humans are. About the only thing cats are good for is feeding coyotes, animals not native to Great Britain.

    If you must keep one of those monsters, keep it indoors. Let it keep YOU up all night beseeching the local tomcats to pump it full of kitten batter at the top of its lungs. Let it destroy your furniture, not my lawn.

    2. I like cats. They’re fantastic creatures. I think your problem is more to do irresponsible cat owners.
      Just imagine the damage that would be caused if dog owners were as irresponsible.

    3. We have cats. Back in the day, ours would get out and do a bit of prowling. Neighbours complained so we kept him in. Next thing we hear, said neighbours are complaining about being overrun by mice. Turns out cats do a very good job of keeping the rodents in check.

  13. None of you people know anything. The foxhunt was instituted so that the aristocracy was seen as doing some useful task, instead of just idle layabouts. In effect, it was instituted as a means to stave off rebellion, or thoughts of rebellion.

    You will note Britain never had aristocrats getting beheaded like France…

  14. Aside from clearing out feral and domestic cats/ dogs, Fox’s clean out plenty of game birds, rabbits, and many other small wildlife the Progressive left appears to hate. Then the diseases rise, but at least “white people” don’t get to enjoy cultural traditions that go back centuries. Aaaaand that’s all that really matters at the end of the day.
