” …easy peasy and I fell great the best I have ever felt…”

You need an intervention. You must see a doctor for you are “fell” ing all right. ( Your word, not mine) You need an intravenous of fluids, stat. You need healthy soft foods, slowly introduced, stat. You will need to see a dietician eventually. Oh, and a dentist, your teeth will start to fall out.

You need professional counselling for what is going on in your soul.

        Good luck, Al.

        1. See my doctor every week and have blood work and blood pressure taken.

          All good no issues

Teeth to fall out you must be a pharma salesperson…

You know nothing about fasting and the miracles it can have on someone suffering ailments that doctors today can’t heal

            Re: Fasting:
You did not say you “see your doctor every week and have blood work and blood pressure taken.”

There were several people here that made comments out of concern, as if it was a cry for help on your part. We’d be remiss if we said nothing. Hope you able to remedy your situation. No apologies for being concerned, with all due respect.

      2. 2 pounds = 1 kg a day.
not healthy. downright quite risky and not for everyone.

otoh I lost 20 pounds in about 2 years. still under 190 now. looking to dump another 20 pounds by, oh, say 2021 . . . .

    1. I think the swamp creatures hate Trump so much they performed ‘assisted suicide’ on the expendable Republican swamp creature so they could stage a big well timed anti trump rally in his honor. When you have the coordinated praise of the Clintons, Soros and Soetoro gang..

      1. Clintons, Soros and Soetoro gang…and Bushes=the globalist UniParty using the occasion to display its diversity and inclusiveness to the American voters.

      2. ‘assisted suicide’

McCain announced he was going off further treatment and less than a day later he was dead. I wondered about that. The geezer stayed alive and in the Senate despite going loony to wave the globalist flag in the face of Trump.

  1. I just received the following tone-deaf idiocy from the National conservatives:
    ” Dear Fred,

Thank you for being a loyal supporter of the Conservative Party of Canada.

Under Andrew Scheer’s leadership, Conservatives have consistently and unequivocally stood up for balanced budgets and low taxes.

For secure borders and planned and lawful immigration.

For a strong Canadian identity and for freer trade.

Looking back at Canadian political history, we know that a strong Conservative Party was what put an end to over a decade of uncontested Liberal rule, and the bad policy, scandal, corruption, and cronyism that came along with it.

We’re already seeing these signs in Justin Trudeau’s first term.

Ethics scandals, cash-for-access fundraisers, partisan bids for government licenses, and the list goes on.

We CAN’T allow this to continue.

Stephen Harper started this party to ensure that conservatives once again had a voice in Canadian federal politics.

Together, we were able create – under Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s leadership and a unified conservative movement – a strong, stable, national Conservative government with a common sense platform based on sound economic principles, and an over-arching concern for Canada’s taxpayers and working families.

But today, the practical policies and significant accomplishments we achieved are under siege by the Trudeau Government.

It’s why it’s our collective responsibility to unite together, as conservatives, to stop Justin Trudeau from getting another term as Prime Minister.

The stakes are just too high.

And the only person who can accomplish this goal is our leader, Andrew Scheer.

As Peter Mackay said at convention:

“As inheritor of the Conservative Party of Canada – in the vein of John A. Macdonald, Robert Borden, John Diefenbaker, Robert Stanfield, Brian Mulroney and Stephen Harper – Andrew will carry on the proud tradition of nation builders, who put our nation first in all decisions. Serving the interest of all Canadians. If we work hard, if we are united, Justin Trudeau will be a one-term Prime Minister.”

We have an amazing, united, and principled team, and we are squarely focused on what we have to do in the next year.

Conservatives are strong and ready to meet the challenge of governing this great country once again.

We need to be well prepared to fight the next election.

Will you help us out with a donation today?

We hope that you are with us, and continue to be a part of our movement.

    Sincerely,

    Dustin van Vugt
    Executive Director”

    I declined.

    1. I got the same begging email. Scheer is “Trudeau-lite”, only marginally better that Justine so while I will vote for the Conservatives I am not giving them any money. If they ever solicited my opinions and thoughts, I might be more inclined to care.

    2. Geez, Dustin E-mails YOU, too! I thought he only loved ME! Or our money.
Love the mention of the finest traditions of the Conservative Party and Brian Mulroney, who has done nothing but praise Justin Trudeau since the minute he ran for MP. Lately, Mulroney has been working diligently with Chrystia and Justin to negotiate NAFTA, a true Conservative who helps the Liberals every chance he gets. “Serving the interest of all Canadians”, which in Mulroney’s case means all Canadians whose surnames are Desmarais,Irving,Bombardier,Beaudoin, Blouin…………..

Of course, who can ever forget the many occasions when Jean Chretien and Paul Martin heaped praise on Stephen Harper, and did everything they could to help him govern wisely? Yes, when it comes to the good of the country and all us little people, the Liberals and Conservatives always put politics and Party aside for the greater good.
Justin recently gave us OAP types a 52 cents per month raise, which is smaller than the Harper raise, which was 56 cents per month, so my loyalty lies with the Party that gave me the extra 4 cents to squander recklessly. I am cheaply bought.

But, deep down,I know that a substantial raise is “asking for more than we can give”, in the words of my beloved PM.

      1. Geez, Don, you and Ken must have been the only ones to have turned the money request down. At the AGM the CPC could not stop bragging about how much money was coming in to their coffers. Of course this was true in the last federal election as well. Harper got record amounts donated and still lost. I guess they forgot about all those brown bags the Liebels had hid away.

  2. Meanwhile, a parody account called “Stephen Miller” quipped, “Donald Trump wasn’t invited to John McCain’s funeral, because Republican presidents are usually not invited to Democrat campaign rallies.”

  3. AGW FAIL.

      OK Nike, enjoy your sacrifice.
So Dick’s is out, and Nike is out. Plenty more to choose from.
