I propose Alberta and Saskatchewan tag team an effort to build the first North American transportation network of the future. Highly Efficient Vacuum trains that could transport people, commodities of every description all over North America. Screw the pipelines, and antiquated rail systems, we could even give airline travel in North America a run for its money.
