  1. We are all equal then there are the elites. The Hollywood elites in my thinking are all airheads that think they are the smartest people in the world but nothing their!! As for the Washington group they think they are the smartest elites in the world, they are the DEPLORABLES!! Rosanne Bar show depicts it like is…love it!! The people in the small towns and cities in middle America are the most wonderful people I have ever met…too bad Hillary has never spent the time in the small towns. She doesn’t know what she is missing…too bad!!

  2. Reminds me of the Toronto vs the roc. They fail to understand that their feelings of hatred towards us is mutual. I’d argue we hate them even more than we hate them. I mean you have to actually understand a place exists before you hate it.

  3. It always pisses me off when a news story from the Toronto media report a story outside of the GTA. They always report the incident occurred X kilometers north south east or west of Toronto. It’s like no one else knows of the existence of other communities in the province. In one instance a reporter described a community about 100km from Toronto as “hicksville.

    1. Lotusland is the same way. The typical resident there behaves as if anybody not living in the region is a hillbilly from Podunk Corners who just fell off the turnip truck.

Oh, but that makes the Lotuslanders experts on how the rest of B. C. should live. No wonder the interior and the northern part of B. C. despise Vancouver and Victoria.

  4. The coastal elites find solace in their memes. Such as all Southerners are racists who won’t touch or talk to black people. So clueless. Or the meme of a beer swilling simpleton NASCAR fan. Simplistic character sketches of people and places of which they are completely clueless is so much easier than thinking and learning. The same thing goes for the coastal elites POSITIVE memes … such as all Europeans are kewl, and more sophisticated than us backward Americans.

  5. geography.

I like to poke ginormous holes in the sci fi stuff about ‘deep space’ or ‘distant galaxies’.

once you get there, look around, you realize you’re in *someone else’s* ummm, back yard.

    ‘deep space’ bla bla bla.

the common denominator is humahn ego.

  6. What a load of babbling horseshit. Sorry, not sorry, but rural America is not thriving nor does most of it even have a purpose. Indeed this was the crux of Trumpism: that small town America was dying and it was the fault of Chinamen and Teh Elites (TM). Fact is, small town America is mostly going the way of the dodo. It’s boring to live there.
