If Justin Had A Son, He’d Look Like Colten

Again, and again and again.

A firearm was discharged during an early-morning break-and-enter in a rural area near Spiritwood.
According to an RCMP news release, no injuries were reported in connection with the incident, which took place Tuesday around 12:30 a.m.
One man is in custody, RCMP said. The man in custody “did not discharge a firearm,” police added. No charges were immediately laid in connection with the incident.
In an update Tuesday evening, the RCMP said they have charged Ronald Joseph, 28, of Big River First Nation.
Joseph has been charged with possession of a weapon for a purpose dangerous to the public, unauthorized possession of a firearm, break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime, operation of a motor vehicle while disqualified, and three counts of theft of motor vehicle.

Check into the Gormley show later this morning. John will be reading texts “from a phone found in the SUV with Colten Boushie”.

  1. I was relieved when I read a description of the missing truck. My daughter and son-in-law, twenty minutes from Spiritwood, do not own a truck like that, but I think, and I believe I might have seen the truck a couple of years ago, friends of theirs that ranch and farm closer to Spiritwood do.
My daughter and her family live on a farm the yard of which is at the end of a road with only a trail continuing on past their place. Last year sometime, a vehicle came on to their yard very early in the AM, spun around and left. They thought it might have been some of the local reserve drug entrepreneurs.
Btw, daughter and family do Biathlon.

  2. It seems as though Lauren Southern needs to return home from her work in South Africa … reporting about how the “natives” are stealing and murdering white “settlers” … and start reporting the same thing about her own native land.

  3. Wow, the media do love their agendas.
For example, if not for entities like Brietbart, I would not be aware of actually how desperately the US needs a physical barrier on it’s southern border. Ha, which leads me to this question. How do you cry ‘gun control’ on one hand and then be stupid enough to demand ‘open borders’ on the other? But then, how do you genuinely champion women and gay rights at the same time you promote Islam and Shariah law? Disingenuous pricks, that’s what loyal leftards are.
On another note, a few people here love to slag Canadians as stupid, but then in their next breath, marvel at the depth of propaganda the left wields in this country. I have long hated that hypocrisy. When someone otherwise busy trying to afford daily life in Canada is repeatedly told misinformation by media, politicians, bosses, celebrities, scientists, peers, the Pope, teachers, athletes, parents, Hollywood, bureaucrats, world leaders, etc, etc, what chance do they really have? If they ever did run into an articulate Conservative, why would they listen? They have been hardcore brainwashed into believing we are all evil.
You can call ‘unwoke’ Canadians stupid if you want, but I say they are simply programmed. There is currently NO conservative message/narrative effectively being told in this country. None.
On that final note, thanks yet again for your work here, Kate.

  4. So you are mowing your lawn and working in your yard and 5 people kind (2018 ) come in your yard and aggressively attack you and attempt theft of your property at the end of their crime spree and you are the only one who gets charged . That tells you all you need to know .

  5. Yep. It tells you that the RCMP are part of the group that actively hates you. Just like your PN. Your MP. Your MLA. Every government functionary you have veer dealt with.
Sometime soon, I can see that the RCMP are going to stop getting calls, and the official crime stats from certain areas is going to drop to zero. People will start getting the idea that “well, if it happens to me in my yard, I better have the hole pre-dug and waiting to be filled, rather than call anyone. I don’t want to be Stanley’d like that farmer with Boushie”. Once the Ferguson effect takes hold of your official police forces, people quickly learn that they can no longer be counted on; this creates a vacuum. Vacuums are always promptly filled by nature. The people who engineered this will of course publicly declare that it is deplorable, but privately will be celebrating that their plan is working. This is how civilizations are undermined.

  6. So was the weapon used by the felon in the RCMP’s registry copy and has anyone in the media bothered to ask that question of the authorities? I would bet that it wasn’t, and the laws trying to prevent guns don’t work.

  7. I await the new federal government gun Bill the Liberals are hustling through parliament, just to see how badly treated gun owners will be when trying to defend their property.
The situation in rural Saskatchewan is obvious, the FN kids have no incentive to do anything other than remain on Rez and get into trouble via drugs, alcohol, and crime. The area farmers are the victims, the FN kids are the perps.
Justice depends on the degree of political correctness of the local cops and the Judge if the case ever goes to trial.
the situation doesn’t give one much hope of improvement any time in future.

If you live west of Kenora and east of Abbottsford, this is going to be how it is very shortly. Know a farmer, get on good terms, get a hole dug.
I’m not advocating for violence, I am advocating for defense against those that wish violence against others.
BTW, welcome to the Alt-Right now.

  9. Wow! Death by “half a garden shear” … what an awesome idea ! I have an old rusty pair of hedge clippers with really long, wide blades that could be detached and sharpened to a point with sharp edges on my grinding wheel. More of a hand-sword than garden implement. “Traveling Community” beware. But leave your young daughters … ayyyee matey!

  11. What are the laws in Canada on defensive works on one’s own property? I’m not talking about a moat and drawbridge, but surely there’s no law against digging some holes and filling them with pungi stakes.

  12. *
“surely there’s no law against digging some holes…”
oh, i’m sure there is. remember the jeweller
who electrified the entrance to his shop?

  13. The law worked perfectly well. AFAIK natives were never required to register their weapons forn”cultural reasons.

  14. Sad but true, you will be liable. Same as if you have a pit bull in the house, who tears the perp a new one.

  16. according to the RCMP:
“We want to remind the public that introducing a firearm or other weapon into a situation can be very dangerous. Our message around safety has not changed. Please secure the safety of yourself and your family, call 911 and pay attention/observe all details if you are able. If you can avoid a confrontation, please do so.”
this appears that the RCMP believes that you have a duty to retreat; someone should ask them that. Section 34(2) of CCC doesn’t appear to show any duty to retreat. bit of an old article on it here (https://robichaudlaw.ca/self-defence-law-in-canada-murde/ )

  17. Why do you suppose the RCMP doesn’t warn the scummy predators to stay out of people’s homes?

  19. Serious question: Is it legal up here to drive with a loaded rifle in the car? (I’m American, and constantly amazed at the draconian gun laws in Canukistan.). If not, why no charges?

  20. Adam, no it is not. A rifle must be unloaded and out of site.
A restricted weapon must be trigger locked, unloaded and in a locked case.
An automatic weapon must be the above plus the bolt removed. (If you were so lucky)
