Sadly, I have intractable economic reasons for remaining in this State for several more years. However, I am counting the days … counting down to my escape. I only hope I beat the coming economic collapse. Because the State will most certainly be facing an EPIC economic collapse. Jerry Brown has papered-over California’s massive deficit owing in no small part to multiple $ hundreds of billions in unfunded pensions. Unfunded MASSIVE UNION pensions that have been LOOTING the taxpayers for decades. My fellow Californians are eating, drinking, and being merry … smug in the “security” of SiliCON Valley wealth … smug in HollyWOODen “wealth”. Sadly, they are all too dimwitted to see what is coming. They got a tiny glimpse in 2008 … but that was just the PREview.
As a third-generation Californian … I have truly become a Stranger in a Strange Land. The ROT I have witnessed in my former Golden State is shocking. I can deal with the traffic … the prices (barely) … and the “browning” of the population. But what I can no longer tolerate is the HATE. The HATE for conservative thought and philosophy … despite PROFITING daily from every conservative construct remaining in this State. But soon, the hardcore leftist philosophy of my neighbors will catch up to their Venezuelan lifestyles of the illusory wealth and (youtube) fame.
Google’s culture of HATE, and retribution is endemic in the SF Bay Area. What you see at Google is what happens when leftists attain “top dog” status and wealth. Google IS the Politbureau of the Union of Socialist California Counties. This is what leftists do when they attain POWER … they purge. They binge and purge. Binge on taxpayer (and borrowed) funds … and PURGE their enemies.
With all the backstabbing and diversity training going on you have to wonder when Google employees find time to work. They must not be working much these days because Firefox is eating their lunch in the browser market. Firefox Quantum is really fast compared to Chrome.

Google ‘Free Bikes’ Stolen by the Hundreds Each Week
Stroll through Mountain Valley, Calif., and you’ll probably notice some funky-looking bikes out and about. Red baskets, yellow frames, and green-and-blue wheels are telltale signs you’re looking at a “GBike.”
And if you do see one, there’s a good chance it’s stolen. That[s according to a Wall Street Journal report claiming the complimentary campus bikes for Google employees go missing at a rate of up to 250 per week.
According to the report, Google has generally written off the pedal-pilferers. But the uptick in theft has the Silicon Valley behemoth adding GPS trackers, hiring a bike recovery team, and – for the first time – considering locks.
Ha ha ha ha … just imagine what would happen if Google moved their famous FREE snacks for employees to an outdoor food truck or kiosk !! All the Silicon Valley Gardeners, Nannies, and Day laborers (doing the jobs that Americans just won’t do) would be lining-up around the block to get their FREE snacks. Not to worry … Google can afford it … because they are very, very, adept at International Tax Avoidance.
Given its pervasiveness, I’m mostly wondering at what point Google becomes large enough to be treated like Ma Bell was back in the day…broken up into its constituent parts. That would truly be best for everyone, I think, short of “burning it to the ground and salting the earth of its ruins.” All that should remain attached to the Google name is the search engine, if that.

The Communists want free election until they seize power, via either the ballot box or the gun. Then there is no more free elections. The Muslims want freedom of religion when they are in the minority, in countries like the Philipines or regions like Xinjiang, and they will riot or conduct guerilla warfare to get it. But it will be only rule by Sharia if they can do it.
Totalitarians never believe in what they mouth in a country where they are in the minority. They will do and say anything to gain power. As a country, we were very fortunate that in the Founding Fathers, we had leaders who truly believed in freedom. Unlike in France, the loyalists were not summarily rounded up and executed after the successful revolution. Or Russia, or China, or Cuba, or Cambodia, or Persia, or Lebanon.
The Progs in Google show their true bloodline with the persecution of conservatives when they are the ones in power. When I worked in aerospace, there was no question of a conservative majority. That is not surprising since most of the work involved defense of the country. But the liberals spoke freely and openly, and if anything had more representation among the managers. (This is not mere surmisal, as an attempt to unionize the engineers went down in glorious defeat by 80 percentage points.)
OMG I just read through various parts of the legal document, focusing on the things that other Googlers said about Damore. If there is any justice in the world, Google is going to lose big time! Whether or not he can find justice in a California courtroom is an entirely different matter though.

With the gender based assessments and feminist affirmative action, the federal civil service has become a “whitemen need not apply” zone closely followed by various provinces and municipalities. The amusing aspect is that their unions campaigned against the adult in the last election and many of the civil service eunuchs voted for this government. Pass the popcorn.
