Rona- you could have done it – play tough, BE a conservative – let them come at you with all the bashing and toss it back at them Trump-style. Vote for me because I am simply nicer and smarter than those Liebels. My def of ‘Red Tory’. The CPC is full of them now. Never met Ambrose but met many of the Harper cabinet over the years. A few had philosophical backbones but not many or near enough.
I am betting that over the coming months and years we will be reading stories of her living the life of the rich and famous.
I am so utterly disgusted with the CPC, they are just more pigs at the trough with the same contempt for the “working man” that most incoherent leftards have. I suspect the party itself has already fallen to the left, at least, they have that substituting political correctness for morality and common sense thing down pat.

Using cleats while playing an ice game pretty much sums up the CPC and Ambrose for me. Clumsy, stumbling and unable to figure out why they keep getting beaten in the corners.

Just another fatally compromised centrist getting out of the game. She seemed somewhat classy, likely preferring style over substance. She was the perfect Conservative for our existing culture – allowed to hold office but never to “govern” as a conservative.
