Bushwakkers is my fav.
In Regina, I like Rebellion.
In Saskatoon, I like Prairie Sun Brewing although Paddock Wood makes some good brews.
Black Bridge in Speedy Creek is good, too. They just need to expand their hours. The trip through isn’t always on a weekend.
Nothing will ever come close to the moonshine that came out of the Mankota–Val-Marie area. Especially the recipe where they used potatoes to make the mash. Interesting to note that what is often considered to be the world’s best Vodkas are made from Spuds.

I have been a fan of craft brewers — beer is better quality and there is such a variety. The smaller companies are much more innovative and have much more interesting ideas.
I think the last 20 years have avoided most of the big brewers and stuck to the smaller guys. Also prefer buying directly from the brewery itself.
So far that has been here in Ontario & Quebec but feel solidarity for those out west. 🙂
