Trump Tax Returns!

MRC;

What Maddow and the fine folks over at MSNBC actually managed to do was get part of a copy of Trump’s 2005 tax return. Which was already 12 years old. And which the White House had already released.
And which the Wall Street Journal had already reported on – a year ago.

And @ggreenwaldThe moment people began realizing this wasn’t going to be devastating for Trump was when they speculated that Trump might be their source.

  1. Call me sceptical. Rachel Maddow doesn’t have that kind of co-ordination or ability to put things together.
Ha! captcha strikes again with “gratuity career”

  2. I would like to find the person that wants to increase their income tax. CNN sucks. they are calling Trump on this. What a sh..t load.

  3. People still don’t get that Trump is saving his returns. It’s so damn obvious. Tonight we saw why. He can at anytime make dnc/luggenpresse look like the scumbags they are. Just wish he had leaked it to CNN.

  4. Well you people were looking for the Russian connection – here it is!!
Everything that gets leaked comes from the Russians, not the 16 federal agencies leaking classified info like sieves thanks to Obama’s poison pill EO.
After all that, this is the best they can do, he paid $38 million in tax at a higher rate than the taxpayer fed establicos and media miscreants.
He signed way more paycheques too.
The White House, aware that the report was coming, even disclosed figures from the documents about a half-hour before Maddow’s show started.”
“It is totally illegal to steal and publish tax returns. The dishonest media can continue to make this part of their agenda, while the president will focus on his, which includes tax reform that will benefit all Americans,” the White House said in a statement.”
Maddow, however, said that “for the record, the First Amendment gives us the right to publish the return.”
Oh really, isn’t the first amendment intended for actual journalists, not ethically challenged prog peons like Rachel Maddow.
Isn’t this another case of their failing attempt to keep Trump off policy and impotent?
Nobody cares about Trump’s returns anymore than they care about Romney’s returns. Handled and done. Move on to your next conspiracy theory.

  6. Social media lit up with mockery for Maddow’s rambling anti-climactic monologue. The harshest criticism came from Maddow’s own colleagues in the media:
    http://www.breitbart.com/big-journalism/2017/03/14/epic-fail-rachel-maddow-mocked-after-dragging-out-trump-tax-scoop/
“Maddow is going to show us the tax return at 9:57, isn’t she?”
“I think Maddow’s staff lost the tax return”
“It’s 9:08. And we are talking about yachts being parked next to one another”
“What is the left’s version of black helicopters?”s? What’s she hiding?”

  7. While the screw-up here is amusing, the relentless anti-Trump messages from the media are not. They are a deliberate attempt to undermine democracy, motivated by cynicism and intentional deception. The level of “group think” among journalists and MSM news organizations is astonishing. I have given up even expecting fair coverage of Trump by MSM– including Canadian media. I believe some of this one-sided animosity is fueling the populism and divisiveness the media seems to fear. Many people are tired of the propaganda and simply refusing to be manipulated. The “media party” (as Ezra labels it)has gotten to be a bore.

  8. This had all the excitement and climactic conclusion that we saw when Geraldo Rivera opened Al Capones vault.

He will still lose the election.'”

    Ha.

  10. We need to move beyond Trump’s Income Tax returns. He had the best CPA’s do them. They could have been an aggressive tax return. Both sides need to calm down and focus on more American jobs.
