Viewing any MSM output without first assuming it to be utter lies and/or propaganda is a mistake. A mistake that the Americans, at least, appear to be rectifying.

holding the highest possible trust to begin the formal classification work determining who would
be allowed access to view what portions of it.

into the highest possible classification levels like top secret for potential distribution had not yet
been allowed to see it and begin their work.
