Hacking The Election

Awkward.

Central Intelligence Agency documents released by WikiLeaks Thursday list Canada as one of several countries asked to assist the United States while they spied on the 2012 French presidential election.
The three CIA tasking orders request that current French president Francois Hollande, then president Nicolas Sarkozy and current first round presidential front runner Marine Le Pen all be closely monitored.
CIA officers were asked to uncover the secret strategies of the candidates, as well as information on internal power dynamics within the parties. Canada is listed as one of five countries working on human intelligence parts of the operation however there are no specifics on which parts of the operation, if any, Canada was involved in.

  1. WikiLeaks is focusing on the French elites now. If LePen wins the EU is done…so that means she can’t win. At any cost. Wars have been started in Europe for much less.

  2. Indeed Martin B,”wars have been started in Europe for less”
Thing of it is Martin Europe is indeed at war as we speak.
See Sweden, France burn, a low level one street at a time, hostile take over by an incompatible alien ideology which will never assimilate.
Which our globalist traitorous elites have invited and grovel to in the hope of compliant voting blocks in our urban centers.
This week our Parliament is set to vote on a bill which would make any criticism of Islamophobia, whatever that is, a crime, they are lighting the fire under the pot we are in, time to fight back, gentle readers.
Somewhere Soros is laughing, Obama’s minions are squirming and doing what they can to protect his laughable “legacy”
A woman recites the Lords Prayer and is mocked mercilessly, children in our schools are assaulted by so called “children” pretend refugees who are mid to late 20’s and only Rebel news reports the fact is is happening.
    Wake up Canada.

  3. Asking about those things by the spy network is really nothing sinister.
    The information was publicly available.
The questions were probably to understand another opinion.
Of course if Trump has done anything close to that, all hell would broke loose for approximately a month.

  4. Nope, the KGB is gone that’d be the FSB now.
Yep, and the folks that say ‘Russia stole the US election’ can’t hold their vodka. Yer startin’ yer drink a little early in the day…
Marine Le Pen is for traditional marriage and against abortion and not for the elitist EU. Hey the trifecta of political incorrectness!
That ought to push over the Soros applecart…”Alla youse politicians, belongs to me!”

  5. “This week our Parliament is set to vote on a bill which would make any criticism of Islamophobia, whatever that is, a crime…”
While I agree that M-103 is an abomination, it’s a private member’s motion, not a bill to enact a law.

  6. Probably since 1917 or slightly later, I’m thinking. Definitely since 1920. Why, are you surprised?

  7. See Sweden, France burn, a low level one street at a time, hostile take over by an incompatible alien ideology which will never assimilate.,/i>
So what do the leftist elites do? Import more “refugees”, of course.
It seems in the leftist mind, the rioters feel left out of society and are, therefore, justified in trashing it. By bringing in more of them from the home country, they’ll settle down as they can now establish enclaves that have everything they can relate to, such as their native language and culture, completely separate from the country they are living in.
In other words, they deliberately want the “immigrants” to open up a branch of their own country by deliberately inviting and allowing colonization by a culture and society that is completely hostile.

  8. Why not if US spying and interfering in their elections is fine. Good for the goose is good for the gander.

  9. It seems that nations spy on one another!
Worse yet, they’re not gentlemen. (Gentlemen don’t read each other’s mail.–Henry Stimson, justifying the closure of the U. S. State Department’s cryptanalysis office in the 1920s.)
Reading each other’s mail and monitoring their communications, as we know it today, goes back at least as far as the Zimmermann telegram.

  10. hay feet, send me your E mail addy so I can alert you privately to humour intent, I think most others in here would “gitit”

“CIA, weren’t they once called the KGB????”
    The stupid is astounding!
You’ve now shown everyone why you never have a legitimate comment or opinion on SDA – Do yourself a favor and stick to the regular trolling and name calling, your actual “opinions” are a gut wrenching reminder that they closed down the mental institutes.

  12. NME666…You’ve now shown everyone why you never have a legitimate comment or opinion on SDA
In fairness, I wouldn’t say NEVER. Perhaps RARELY would be a better fit. Just sayin.

  13. “So Russian spying on the US is OK then?”
It certainly is – if you’re Russian.
Likewise US spying on Russia is OK – if you’re American.
It’s a fundamental operating principle that you highlight the espionage activity being conducted by another country against you while obfuscating the espionage activity you’re conducting against them.
Remember, espionage conducted against you challenges your sovereignty.
Espionage against them challenges theirs – but that’s their problem, not yours.

  14. “These days, juxtaposing ‘Canada’ and ‘Int’ makes me chuckle.”
All joking aside, you might be quite surprised by our national capabilities in some areas.

  15. Ordinarily I’d think that these revelations would put an end to the farce that the Russians manipulated the USA election. They won’t, of course.
What’s far more important than the USA Spying on French election candidates is the known active attempts by the Obama administration to prevent Netanyahu’s election in Israel.

  16. glasnost >
    “….I wouldn’t say NEVER. Perhaps RARELY….”
Truth be told I never read his retarded gibberish enough to know. I doubt anyone else does either, unless he draws the eye to their “moniker”. That’s how I noticed anyway.
I did read him say a few times on SDA that in life he’s an honest to god “two bit loser”, dumped by any women that know him, and a frequent welfare sponge.
Whatever, I was just surprised that he risked showing his stupidity on this thread again. He did.

  17. The US/Canada spy angle on French presidential candidates sounds tame compared with the DIRECT FUNDING OF OPPOSITION GROUPS BY OBAMA in the last Israeli election: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/jul/12/obama-admin-sent-taxpayer-money-oust-netanyahu/
Not that Israel’s election was the only one that the US under Obama interfered in so as to get the result it wanted. The US under Obama encouraged and helped engineer the ouster of Mubarak in Egypt and the “election” of the Muslim Brotherhood that ensued.
At every turn, Obama chose poorly and interfered gladly to support leftist and Islamist parties. Indeed, the only memorable time he didn’t interfere was shortly after his election when Iranian opposition groups were trying to make things in that country more reasonable and instead the US turned a blind eye at the suppression of dissent that the Iranian ayatollah and security forces brought about.

  18. All joking aside, you might be quite surprised by our national capabilities in some areas. ~ JJM
In the INT field what you call national capabilities need to matched with national will. So the INT guy whispers in the PM’s ear, “there’s an Islamist threat”, then the PM …?
    And that’s no joke.

  19. Giving intelligence to Obama is rather pointless, he already knew everything before he was elected, right?

  20. glasnost, I expect stupidity of this caliber from the like of nite99 but not from you and Hans, butt then we all learn something new every day. I just learned that comedy in here writes it’s self, when rectums like you don’t just the jest of a post.
It’s shit like this is why I don’t bother with serious posts in here, you fools are about as smart as posters at huffpo:-)))

  21. NME666 >
No situational awareness with friends either. LOL
Every troll tries to rewrite their stupid after the fact. Too late for you, what an idiot.

  22. …While I agree that M-103 is an abomination, it’s a private member’s motion, not a bill to enact a law…
Now it is a motion, once we get used to it, it will be a bill,
thenafter the dust settles and we get used to it, it will be a law.
then a few years later Sharia law will be tried in a town near you.
Once the dust settles and we get used it, sharia law will be applied every where.
    baby steps, baby steps.
Rome was not built in one day and
the caliphate will not be built in one day.

  23. This is so true, I could weep.
Seriously, do people not understand and still think this is a simple innocent member’s motion?
Canadians obviously don’t deserve freedom because they take it too lightly.

  24. You would think, Gellen, that the sponsoring MP’s refusal to remove the specific reference to “islamophobia” would provide a clue as to the ultimate end of this motion.
If we had a functioning free press in this country, someone would have already dug into which group the motion’s sponsor is fronting. Remember, it eventually came out after the fact that she who couldn’t show her face during the last election as she was deeply religious, had ties to at least one islamist group.

  25. No, the OSS: Office of Strategic Services was the World War II forerunner of the Central Intelligence Agency. The KGB was in The Soviet Union, a different country on the other side of the world. Ever heard of these things called ‘maps’?

  26. What’s happening in Europe and Scandinavia should be a warning to North America.
=This is What Happens to Countries that Muslims Invade and Occupy =
As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a “peace-loving minority”, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:
    United States — 0.8%
    New Zealand — 0.9%
    Ireland — 1.1%
    South Africa — 1.5%
    China — 1.8%
At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in:
    Australia — 2.2%
    Norway — 3.0%
    Canada — 3.2%
    Italy — 3.7%
    Denmark — 4.1%
    Philippines– 4.6%
    United Kingdom — 4.8%
From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal food (clean by Islamic standards), thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:
    Sweden — 5.0%
    Switzerland — 5.0%
    Germany — 5.7%
    Thailand — 5.8%
    Belgium — 5.9%
    Russia — 6.5%
    Austria — 6.8%
    France — 7.5%
At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.
Sweden shows what becomes common at 5% occupation, and how political correctness ignores it and buries the stories.

Sweden: A New Hell for Women
    http://www.d-intl.com/2013/10/15/sweden-a-new-hell-for-women/?lang=en
When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris, we’ve seen car-burnings, riots, and now terrorist attacks. As a group they simply cannot be trusted.
They won’t integrate and will always want special treatment. We already have a large group of first immigrants who do that. We don’t need any more.

  27. “So the INT guy whispers in the PM’s ear, ‘there’s an Islamist threat’, then the PM …?”
It’s the int guy’s job to advise on the threat but it’s up to the PM to decide what to do about the threat, even if that includes doing nothing.
That’s why he/she is the PM and the int guy is, er, the int guy.
In the military context, simply replace “the PM” with “the Commander”.

  28. Like this ?:
Irqa Khalid was President of the Muslim Student Association when she was a student at York University (early 2000s). The Muslim Student Association was founded by adherents of the Muslim Brotherhood in 1963. The Muslim Student Association has a series of alumni who have become suicide bombers, ISIS fighters and ISIS propagandists.
    http://tsecnetwork.ca/2017/01/27/member-of-parliament-iqra-khalid-is-an-islamist-hypocrite/
    or this ?
Ms Khalid is the daughter of Dr. Hafiz Khalid, a long-time associate of the ISNA and formerly a vocal supporter of Jamaat-e-Islami.
MP Iqra Khalid, like MP Omar Alghabra, is typical of the Islamist extremists that are using political Entryism to infiltrate our political system. She leads and supports front groups which espouse Islamist extremism, such as the Muslim Student Association, yet at the same time claims to be a victim of the (largely) fake concept of Islamophobia.

  29. Electronic hacking and spying is not illegal. Same as looking at your neighbor through spyglasses while she suntans, or listening to your other neighbors fighting about ”the blonde at the office.” If you don’t trespass on their property, you’re OK. If however you gather the information and utilize it for covert or illegal acts, then problems arise.
So Canada and the USA hacked foreign election strategies. What we need to know is who is sending money to what party, how much and what for. I do know that the RCMP were spying on Trudeau Sr. for many years, as they were on Tommy Douglas. Obviously, they didn’t dig very deep. They both got elected.
It’s the same as hiring a private eye to watch your girlfriend. Where you run into problems is if she finds out.

  30. when it comes to islam ignorance is bliss for Canadians and all other “western” countries. We really do not need millions of words to show or explain the obvious and that which is under our proverbial noses.

  31. No one ins more un-Americamn that a Trumpite who’s OK with Russian spying and manipulation of elections. So I suppose if the Russians meddled in a Canadian election, that would be OK, too? That realli is treason.

  32. No one is more un-American that a Trumpite who’s OK with Russian spying and manipulation of elections. So I suppose if the Russians meddled in a Canadian election, that would be OK, too? That really is treason.”
    Here I agree with you.
No one should be “OK” with foreign states spying on their country.
It’s one thing to accept the reality that it’s going to happen, but it’s another to think it’s OK.

  33. All major powers do it as well as some smaller ones like Israel. What I meant was that it is hypocritical for some to complain about Russian spying activities on politicians in the US and Europe and at the same time condoning spying and interfering in Israel’s, Ukraine’s, and Russia’s elections as the Obama regime did.
We know George Soros poured money into Canada’s last federal election to defeat Harper and elect Pretty Hair through the Canadian Tides affiliate of Tides US as well as through other so-called charities. Obama may well also have been involved with Alynski’s blessing.

  34. Re: Is Hacking illegal? In order to prosecute someone for theft, you first have to realize that you’ve been robbed.
Perhaps I should have worded that differently. No doubt that in some instances, (IE: National Defense files,) you could get in serious trouble by hacking their info. However a pro (or a pro. organization) that has been hired or commissioned to spy on election procedures and/or similar government info has a very remote chance of ever being caught, much less ever being prosecuted. The reason is simple, the victims rarely know they were being spied upon. That’s why I thought it was so ridiculous when the American leftists claimed that Russia had hacked the last American election. Do you believe that Russia would be ignorant enough to spy (electronic hacking) on an American election and leave their business card behind?? Russia, Japan, China, South Korea, Canada, France, Germany etc. have all spied on one another. What laws were broken??
The most interesting I ever read about is when the USA developed a small remote control submarine that could go down in the ocean, wrap itself around intercontinental telecom cables and listen in on other countries communications and transactions. Pure genius, until the Russians developed their own subs.
The following is 1960’s technology, and even today, no one can decipher the coded messages. Enjoy!! This is one of many videos on this topic.
