Sadly, it has nothing to do with balls or not having balls.
It has EVERYTHING to do with the money. Carbon taxes are an extremely powerful way of governments’ justifying the forcible taking of more money out of citizens’ pockets.
Governments could not care less whether man-made global warming / climate change / whatever-it’s-called is valid or not.
All they want is the money and carbon taxes are too much to resist.
Brad Wall just happens to be able to resist the siren call. I give him an enormous amount of credit.
I think Wall is a good and decent man. He is a circumspect politician not driven by ideology. He’s a pragmatist who realizes socialism is just below the surface in Saskatchewan and the election cycle is short.

During last year’s election debate, Prime Minister Trudeau said the federal government imposing a climate change plan on provinces would be “nonsensical.” I supported that policy.

In the last provincial election I campaigned for a lady who does not have the negative characteristics you so much love. And she won.
